Definitely worth the five stars! It was 5:55 PM when my phone went down, and I called a dozen other places that didn’t have a tech on site, and or were closed, so Cell City 813 was the last hope of the night, and I was in at Pete, I don’t know how I made it in the nick of time! I’m very pleased wit their professionalism, and sense of urgency to fix the phone I’m overwhelmed with joy, thanks guys you did a great job, see you next time around if I need anymore repairs!

Joke of a company. Bought a phone from these guys and ended up getting scammed. Phone is rendered useless and is locked from use. Do not buy from these clowns. The owner is a clown. Avoid doing business with these frauds.

The tech fixed my phone. It was cracked so bad I couldny use the screen without a stylus pen...guess who lost the pen? glad 2 have my phone working again thanks!!!

Cell City 813 has the best customer service.from the boss to the entire staff I am very impressed with how awesome they were. They are more concerned about the customer being happy than getting their money unlike most phone companies. The entire staff was amazing and I am more than satisfied. Ive been coming to sell 813 for over 7 years now I have never had an issue about getting a phone now there have people that work here that dont even speak English correctly and they dont even have somebody else that does speak English here to provide for her Im standing here literally would have paid phone in my hand already from them and having to wait over 20 minutes for the man to get here to help me transfer everything over to my old phone to my new phone. I highly recommend going somewhere else next time I will not be doing business with them no longer I recommend everyone else in the Tampa Bay area to look elsewhere..

Anytime someone comes up with any issues with their phones, they solve it instantly but if theres a little waiting time involved. Get assured that you will receive free gifts from the owner. Went to a couple of stores in tampa looking to buy a note 4. Everyone was trying to charge me 400+ until i came here. They gave me an unlocked note 4, case, tempered glass screen protector, and a charger for only 299$!!! Awesome deal guys!!! I love my new phone.

This place has ABSOLUTELY GREAT costumer service! I recently bought a galaxy s7 and had a glitch with the mother board not only did he help find out the cause, he gave me a solution and didnt try to break my pockets like other phone places... if I ever need another phone this is my go to spot 💯💯

I called 2 places further away and they did not seem interested in helping me as it was a friday. So i checked the Google and Yelp reviews to find this had the highest rating and one of the highest comments that are active. Well I WAS IMPRESSED! This is not like walking into the well manicured knowledge bar at the iphone store. This is a zero frills shop that will take what the name brand people quote (199) cut it more than half. Plus it was very friendly inside I would recommend this to my mom! The gentleman that worked on my phone gave me a price that actually shocked me pleasantly! it was so far below what i was hoping for at best, that i chose to upgrade to a new battery also, STILL below what i was hoping for! But even if they charged full price or more, after meeting them and my experience with them personally, sometimes money doesnt buy you good service. This shop and their guardians love their job and working with people and will be successful for a long time regardless what business they are in . Thank you and I will be back and with friends.
