Brought an iPad in to have charging port repaired. They said it would be a couple days. Three weeks later after multiple calls on my part and trips in trying to find out if it had been repaired they tell me it’s all set. Get it home and parts of the screen no longer respond to touch, and now a day later it no longer charges. Would just as soon set money on fire before bringing something in for repair to this place.

Abraham got me right today. Hooked me up with a new phone with a cheap price. High quality low prices. It cant get better. Did me right. Went to some bootleg cellfix across the street and wlaked right out. Imma be back with more business

Man the manager at the this place is amazing from the moment you get on the phone till you get in the store. They believe in chemistry and value and service over money . And they will make sure you are taken care of trust me. And to add a cherry on top they are very quick . A must stop

IF YOU HAVE A NICE PHONE DONT TAKE IT HERE IT WONT STAY THAT WAY!!This has to be the worst phone repair shop in Tampa.So I took my broke phone in there. The screen was busted only the front I have otterbox defender series case I have broken my phone two other times before this and all times including this time the back glass has never broken.I had insurance the first two times. It was fixed through UBREAKIFIX GREAT WORKSo after I took it in there he gave me a discounted price and told me to come back in couple hours. When I arrived to pick up my phone the screen looked good but he told me he went ahead and changed the back too the other place had never done this btwAt the time I didnt think nothing of it even though the factory samsung s10 markings were gone. I left happy my screen was fixed.Later that night I removed my case to look the phone over some more and noticed a gap between the back cover and middle of the phone also some glue coming out the corner. I returned the next day and asked about this he responded that he would have had to dig in the phone to get all the old glue out. He said it would be ok so I said ok and left. About a week or so later my screen started making noise when you touched it so I took it back up there to show him. He took the case off to check it out it was at that point I seen the whole back of the phone was cracked starting right there were the gap and glue was. He told me it was my fault I dropped the phone and caused it to crack. Even though I was under warranty and it clearly was his poor quality parts and craftsmanship that I never asked him to change in the first place he refused to replace it for me. If you have a nice phone that you paid good money for WHAT EVER YOU DO DONT TAKE IT HERE He will make you think you are getting a deal when really they are using the lowest quality parts.

Fixed my iPhone 11 and the quality is great. Definitely would recommend.

I dropped off my phone with the promise that it would be ready in 1/2hrs.It took 4hrs and the new screen is not attached properly. There is light along the outer edges. To top it off I could have bought a new one for the price for the screen replacement.

Fast and reliable. I try to be careful with my phone but things happen. Staff is always very nice and they have my device looking like new!

This was the first time Ive been to this shop and would be my last. I brought my tablet in to get the charging port fixed. I was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks due to whatever reason they didnt give me. Around 2 months later I finally called because I havent heard anything from them. Then it took another 2 months for them to tell me that it was done and ready to get picked up but they couldnt find it then 2 weeks later they find it only to tell me they never fixed it. I got a full refund back so thats one positive thing and even though they were poor communicators they did offer an apology and thats about it.

If you want lies and laziness this is the place for you otherwise buyer beware!!! The Alex who claims to be the manager is a pathetic manager at best. He never ordered my part but lied about it. When I asked if it was ready he didnt even bother to check and told me yes. When I got there no phone. Waste of time! Called higher up manager it never got better. Still took almost a month to fix the phone. On top of that, they called me to pick up the phone a second time just to find out they had shipped it somewhere else. Still havent seen the phone. Terrible rude lazy service. Beware!!

The customer service I experienced from Cell Fix was amazing! My screen was cracked so I looked up phone repair companies online. I found Cell First. I started off at the West Hillsborough Avenue location and ended up having to go to the North Florida Ave location to get my phone fixed the same day due to an issue the Hillsborough location was having. Both locations provided excellent customer service! Im hoping I will never have to go back but if a need should ever arise, I will be going to back! The prices are very reasonable!! My phone looks brand new! I highly recommend!!!!!!

Do not come here save your time and your money!i do not suggest this place, Both I and my roommate have taken phones in to be repaired and both times it was way (OVERPRICED)and afterwards her phone didnt respond to touches properly and my screen was very loose, to the point that light was coming through the gaps around the sides.There is a lot of places willing to use better screens for a better price.

Poor Customer Service. Made my husband & I do a run around to their different locations to pick up our phone the next day. We were told that the phone would be available anytime next day. When we showed up, they told us to come back at 1. We arrived at 1:30, the phone still wasn’t completed & we were told it would be completed tonight. We showed up an hour & a half before closing the phone still wasn’t done!!! They refused to give us a refund! Had to call the bank to dispute the charge since the phone wasn’t even worked on!! The workers have nasty, and grimmy attitudes! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Horrible. I wasted my money taking my phone to this place. These people are SUPER unprofessional. I took my phone in for a cracked screen, THEY dropped it breaking the replacement screen, now my phone is more broken and damaged than how I took it in. Went back to resolve the issue and they made me pay another fee to fix it, however, my phone is STILL broken. Not a good experience at all. I will NEVER go back there or refer them to anyone.

Anas, Mo and MJ were great ! I have always purchased all my phones from cell fix. They have always provided me with excellent service. And their phones are very good quality. I never had any issues with their phones. The only time i had a small issue, they were quick to replace the phone for me under the warranty and gave me another phone.
