Very fast, honest and affordable repair services. I have my Toshiba laptop repaired by Valentin many times, from new hard drive, new screen to outlook settings, he knows it all. I highly recommended him to all my friends and family.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I brought a dead phone to them today in hopes it could be fixed, and they did not disappoint. In fact, they went above and beyond. The repair was reasonably priced, they were very efficient, and they even gave me a complimentary case and screen protector for the phone as I was giving it to my dad. My Samsung Galaxy S8 phone battery needed to be replace. I met with the owner and wife and they checked it out and said they can get it done in 30mins. This is the most friendly and customer service oriented business I have frequented lately! The cost was much better than when I inquired at the Apple Store! I had two batteries replaced on old phones that Valentin had in stock. He did this quickly and efficiently. His wife cheerfully chatted while I waited and the time flew!! I love this establishment for friendly efficient repairs.

My iPhone 10 had a very swollen battery & my phone insurance wanted to replace it for a steep price. The phone was in good condition & did not need to be replaced so I took it to iCUSTOM. Unbelievable excellent experience at iCustom Repairs & Retail. I showed up at 4:05 on a Saturday and saw on the door that the store closed at 4 pm. I was desperate to have my 13 year old daughters phone fixed quickly because she was heading on an overnight trip and needed the ability to get in touch with me. I knocked on the door and Valentin welcomed me with open arms. In 30 minutes not only did Valentin repair the broken screen on my daughters iPhone, he also provided tempered glass for both her and my phones. I found this place through Google, because I needed my screen replaced on my Motorola G7 power. I dropped my phone off to Valentin on Thursday last week, he ordered the screen, and bright and early Tuesday morning he let me know my phone was ready! The estimate he gave is the actual price I was charged, and the repair is rock solid! He was $20 less than the next cheapest place, and a full $75 cheaper than another place! I recommend Valentin to anyone who needs their phone screen fixed! My husband is up next, since he has that particular screen in stock, he can fix it in 2 hours!

ICustom is a very helpful, customer-friendly, and honest business. My iPhone decided to jump out of my car, got ran over, and with the exception of a broken back panel, seemed fine. However, I could not unlock my phone. I figured the damage came down to damage to the digitizer or the motherboard. I called iCustom & explained my situation, and the gentleman I spoke with (owner?) suggested I stop by so he can take a look.I expected that when I stopped by there will be some sort of charge to diagnose the problem even if it was irreparable. I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped by! He was quick to assist, examined my phone, and even tried plugging in a new screen to rule out a damaged digitizer. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the digitizer so it’s likely a fault with the motherboard.Although he wouldn’t be able to fix the problem, he suggested I reach out to a local data recovery business if I wanted to recover the data on my phone, wished me luck, and didn’t charge me a dime for his time. There are very few helpful and honest businesses these days, so if you’re looking for one to repair your phone, I highly recommend you contact iCustom! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! The family that work here is amazing, best customer service I have ever experienced, they are so respectful and professional also funny and they treat you like an old friend. They solved all my problems very fast (same day). I took 3 iPhones (5s, 6, 6s) for screen repair, charging port and home button, they gave me a complimentary glass protector for each of the screens, they also sell used phones over there and computers at a very good price, I’m glad I found this place, they’ve helped me with many things on my phone that I thought couldn’t be fixed and was already thinking about buying another phone but Valentin gave me many options, I think there’s nothing he can’t fix.

I called around and did my research and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This place was quick and was better priced than any of the competitors. We actually went to i hospital which was right down the street on kennedy and they wanted $65 more than I custom. I would recommend this place to anyone. We fixed an I phone 7 screen and he placed a screen protector on my Apple Watch for free!

This place was great. I had completely destroyed my phone in water and desperately needed another ASAP for work. They didnt have the iphone I was looking for in stock so they drove to the warehouse to grab one and had me up and running again with a new (refurbished) phone by my lunch. During that whole process they made me feel like they were really going to do what they could to help me out and they followed through. Went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.
