Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review. I took my phone in to get the screen fixed a few months ago. I called and they said they could take me at a certain time. I walked in and the entire shop was in shambles, to which they explained they were undergoing repairs. I honestly felt uncomfortable leaving my phone there, but reluctantly I did so. I found it extremely strange that they made me pay IN FULL up front before the repairs were done. As if leaving your phone there is not already collateral enough. I would have even been okay with paying half at drop off and half at pick up, but that was not an option. I left and they told me one hour. This was in the middle of the work day, mind you. I went back on the hour mark and they told me 5 more minutes.... 30 minutes later it was finally done. I got my phone back and while the cracks in the screen were gone, the damage it now has is 10X worse. I would say my screen works about 25% of the time. It is impossible to to text, unlock... basically anything that requires the TOUCH SENSORS in the screen... doesnt work. I called them the very next day to ask them to re-do it. The lady that answers the phone obliged and told me they would be happy to repair it in one week when their shop was done with renovations. I was unhappy and confused, I didnt see why it mattered since they happily took my $150 the day prior while their shop was under reno, but I agreed (like an idiot.) A week later I heard nothing. I called, and called and called. Still have never gotten a response. Ive dealt with my broken phone for months now and it is ENTIRELY because of their work. If I could give it 0 stars, I really would. If you guys see this.... call me back and fix my phone. Thanks

I had my phone screen fixed here last April and I have had SOO many issues since! Do not take your broken phone here!!! To begin with, the screen is not the same lighting/coloring. It has a blue tint and every picture/message/app looks awful. Second, my phone now lags ALL THE TIME when it definitely didnt before -it was actually only 6 weeks old when I had brought it in. Third, the phone now flashes light(s) or just turns completely white a couple times a week. Absolutely ridiculous.

The friendly and professional staff at My Cell Phone Doctors, located in Britton Plaza, knew what was wrong with my Samsung Tab 3 charging port as soon as I called them about it. When I arrived in the shop, the technician confirmed the model and informed me that he didnt have the part in stock. I wasnt in a hurry so I left the tablet while they ordered the part. When I picked the tablet up the tech fired up the device and showed me it had a full charge and was working properly. The staff was wearing masks both times I went in the store. If you need an expensive phone or tablet repaired I highly recommend My Cell Phone Doctors.Thanks for the great service folks.

Charged more than average.Replaced my iphoneX screen with an LCD screen instead of OLED without even mentioning it.Lost some phone functionality.I went in to discuss the latter two issues and they refused to do anything. Moreover, the guy working raised his voice and spoke condescendingly to me.Wouldn’t recommended this place to anyone.

I was skeptical before going here because I read the mixed reviews on Google. However I found them very personable and professional. They fixed my iPhone screen quickly for a fair price. There were repeat customers and others seemed happy. Overall I would recommend for screen repair.

PLEASE do not go here took them over a month to fix my phone screen, the people there are pathological liars, and they over charge, and they make you pay up front ppl dont do that. I had just moved here so i was just looking for a place nearby but OH NO please there are way more places to go do not take it here!! Youve been warned.

I cracked my Cricket phone about 3 months after I purchased it and I did not have insurance. The Cell Phone Doctor was able to repair my phone and get me working quickly. I was advised up front that it may not be repairable and that I may have to purchase a new or used phone. The suggestion was either to try and repair or make a decision on purchasing another phone. I decided to try and repair it and glad I gave it a chance. I am rough on my phones and appreciate this company for being honest and upfront about the repair. Suppose to fix phone. Instead they did a quick fix was broken again in 2 days. The first day very glitchy so I thought take it in tomorrow and then the next day off. Horrible customer service. No refund process or another quick fix. 200$ I was charged as wel for a new screen.

DO NOT GO to this place is the worst! They replace my screen and the LCD on my iPhone XR 3 weeks ago, and now my screen is completely black. I haven’t drop my phone or anything it happened out of know where. I took it back and they said that the LCD is broken, but the screen is completely fine. How the LCD will brake without being dropped? Now the lady want me to pay her $130 just to replace the LCD after 3 weeks she’s crazy. I’m 100% sure they place a used LCD in my IPhone and that’s why it broke they were trying to make me pay more. DO NOT COME HERE! Is the worst place I’ve ever been. This guy is terrible, bad customer service and a pathological lyer. I had paid 100 dollars to replace the screen up front and its not even secure. not to mention he disrespected my woman over the phone and he is very lucky I didnt show up to send him back to where he came from.

UNETHICAL AND DISHONEST!!! They used my Google account without my permission while they had my phone for repair! I took my phone in because the screen blanked out, and they used that time to write themselves a positive review from my account. I dont know what other apps or accounts they used while they had my phone. This review used to have 5 stars before I edited THEIR writing under MY name. Who knows how many other positive reviews they wrote themselves? All of the reviews written under accounts with only one review are a red flag. Completely shady!They charge upfront so it feels like a gamble. I could have bought a new iPhone 8 for what they charged to fix my screen, but I wanted the data on my phone.

Quick and easy! Cracked my phone real bad, literally the glass was chipping off and cutting my fingers. They were reasonable priced and my phone was back to perfection! Definitely will return.

My husband took his phone in to get the screen fixed and they fixed and did what seemed a good job then 2 days later it kept over heating then Less than a week the phone screen went and we cant get it back on. We took it back and was told it was a coincidence and they are not liable. They said if we wanted to have it looked at then we would have to pay. Wish we just paid the extra and gone to apple. I guess you get what you pay for!!!So an up date, just had the phone fixed by a great internet company who came round and fixed and told us it was a bad screen that was incorrectly fitted. There was no water damage at all the the tab in the phone was still white. He put a new screen on and now works great. So as we stated before it wasnt a coincidence the phone stopped working as soon as you fixed it. It in fact was your fault because you did a bad job and when we brought it back to you you had a bad attitude about it. Really I would like my money back but seeing how your shop operates I wont hold my breath

Company is awful horrible customer service as well! I cant tell you how many times the owners wife lied to me constantly and told me she would call me back and never Ever did. I would always have to call back ....what kinda customer service is that? Also they broke my phone and tried to pin it on me shady people to do business with.... The owner of this company is so unprofessional the day I went up to his store to pick up my phone (thats still not fixed) I was at the counter and when I picked up my phone and turned to leave out the door, the owner insinuated that he thought I called him a b**** when I clearly said Thanks. I wasnt pleased at all with the service they provided while they were even fixing my phone but I still came into his store with respect and said thanks. He just wanted to start a confrontation because of the review I wrote about his horrible business and didnt hide my name. I didnt hide my name because I dont fear anything but God. As the confrontation escalated outside because he followed me and my girlfriend outside clearly instigating the confrontation. He tried to threaten me by telling me he was this and that back in the days but didnt do anything because he knew what would of happened and he has no clue also who I know as well so he really didnt want to go there. He just continued to say things and clearly didnt want any type of problem as we were face to face and I told him to his face he broke my phone and how his wife constantly lied about my phone. This company had my phone for 5 MONTHS!!! So Im pretty sure you can see why Im frustrated and would write a review. Anyways this company sucks I would recommend Mobile Tech as they are a lot cheaper and they will fix your phone a lot faster and are very professional and dont lie to their customers

Went for a screen repair. The camera and flashlight would not work after the replacement screen. Went back they would not fix said it was not their fault, they do not touch the back of the phone. Went to apple under warranty. Per apple store Camera was disconnected, and they said the lines to the flashlight had been broken. Even though a 3rd party fix does not void apple warranty, damage caused by a 3rd party repair is not covered. Not worth the money, costing me hundreds more in the end to fix the damage they did to the phone with a simple screen repair.

Do not trust these people with your phoneThat charged me $70.00 for a charging port xx then told me my battery was bad and tried to charge me for that. I dont think they even touched the charging port. I put in a new battery and still have the same problem. She was rude and said I had to sign a disclaimer to get my phone back. I refusd and took my phone. ImI still out $ 70.00 plus frustrated.
