This is probably one of the coolest BB I have been to. Its a mall anchor with this huge glass pyramid dome giving way to a ton of natural light. Place is very clean and organized. Friendly staff who are there to help and dont pester you. Nice product displays. Very cool home audio demo rooms. Overall very impressive. Wish I had a BB like this closer to me.
John from GeekSquad in the back service area was very knowledgeable and extremely professional, following in great detail the safety protocols. He helped me back up my broken iPad to the cloud so that I could open my new iPad at home and restore from the icloud, effectively saving my data and hours of preparation work on my new device. Amazing service today. Thanks John.
Can’t leave a half or no star. Service was very bad,lots of 15 dollar an hour employees and lots of managers,none with authority to fix a simple customer issue. Will not shop there again. Now a days there are too many competitors to remain faithful to one store.

Garbage service. garbage customer support. wasted 2 saturdays waiting on a deliveries; first scheduled delivery showed up damaged. replacement delivery appointment wasnt kept and wasted an entire day waiting around for them to arrive. Awful phone support.
I purchased a refrigerator from this store. I picked it up and when got it home, the doors were scratched and dented, and it was missing parts. I tried calling the store but was given the “run around” and sent from customer service to other stores, etc. now I’m told that they won’t do anything about this and that I have to call the manufacturer.Clearly this store lacks integrity and is only out to make a quick buck selling defective products. You’re better off buying from a local store.If Best Buy reads this (which I doubt), you need to improve. You’re terrible.
I have never experienced a Best Buy with the friendliest stuff. Every floor person, cashier and greeter had the best customer service. I will I can take them all back to our Best Buy in NY.
They use a third party delivery service and the delivery service is not insured. The company put 2 6inch gashes in my fiberglass front door.The company took pics and said sorry.They uploaded the pics to best buy(so they said)Then the next day the delivery company lied and said they didnt scratchmy door. I recorded the company telling me there sorry for doing it and best buy would take full responsibility.Be careful with a company that would send third party mover with no liability insurance!!!

Bought a brand new MacBook got home turned it on screen was out and cracked they expected me to pay 500$ to repair it when it was brand new outta box when I opened it! Never going back. A different bestbuy was able to help me and gladly replaced my product for me for free!
Had a curbside pick up, process was easy and the associate brought my items right out with no hesitation. I also like that he took the time to explain some things about the product that I had no knowledge of. My experience at Best Buy Taylor is excellent very trip I make there.
Salesman was very unprofessional, gave incorrect information. I was told I cant buy a phone here due to the fact that I have consumer cellular as my carrier,, which is completely untrue, as my last phone was purchased at this location. I asked about phones with a higher quality camera and the salesman basically just tried to shoo me away. Very unprofessional, and you lost a sale. Wont be coming back!

Im not sure if its their fault or a fault at the corporate level, but they are having a extremely difficult time taking care of my issue. I pre ordered Madden 22 and was supposed to get a Barry Sanders funko pop. 2 days before the release, I got an email stating the pop wouldnt be available with the game and I would be notified when it shipped or arrived at the store. Over a month later, still no word. Ive went to the store, called corporate and continue to get the run around. Ill update if anything changes.
Update: over an hour outside they wouldn’t bring it the order. I left. Call d customer service they were Surprised this happened when the order was ready for pickup. Future customers don’t place orders using curbside unless you have lots of free time. Placed an order for pick up and I selected curbside pickup because that was the only option available. I am here parked outside and it’s been well over 30 min, when they stated it was supposed to be a 5 minute thing. That’s why I’m not going to do this again, I’ll buy from Amazon prime with next day delivery guaranteed. Now I’m very late. By the way I’m writing this review as I’m still waiting outside.
Ok I get it gamers do over the top things to get systems. I learned the night before that they would be selling the very HARD to get PS5. I get up there 30 mins before the I THOUGHT the opening of the store. I get there and the already had signs up saying the store was sold out. Huh? Oh yes the store opened early for these over night campers. So 9:30 was too late. SMH.
The staff in the wireless phone area didnt seem as though she wanted to help and came off as though she was happy the item I asked for was out of stock and eagerly directed me to T-mobile

I tried getting help at the customer service desk and was treated with the worst service ever. Then the customer service manager David was the most unhelpful and rude person I have met. I am completely upset by the whole situation. I buy all my tech stuff at this Best Buy. Now because of the awful experience I received from David, I will never come back to any best buy.

Didnt want my money back or anything just wanted to exchange it for the same game but on the correct system. They didnt even think about it just said nope. To hell with this place. Let me start by saying that Melissa is by far the best sales associate on the sales floor. I came to Best Buy looking to buy a new refrigerator. I really didn’t have the best patience considering we just suffered from a power outage. Melissa put my mind to rest by listening to what I wanted. I told her that I initially wanted just a refrigerator but after discussing stove options with my partner, we decided to purchase both a stove & fridge. After browsing through a couple of refrigerators that were open box. I was able to locate the one that I wanted to buy. To my surprise here comes Melissa with a look of eagerness. She tells me that there’s a Samsung stove with a 5th burner with a bunch of other blah, blahs. My partner is the technical one so the stove was his purchase. So after taking a good evaluation of the stove, from prices to capabilities. We decided only to buy the fridge. Melissa kindly express to us the huge savings that we would be missing out on considering the stove was a open box never used 2021 Samsung stove. Melissa also talked to her boss about any additional mark downs he could possibly do. The stove was over 1k store price, mark down 809. We ended up purchasing the fridge only 😱 As we walked out to leave, Melissa said you’ll be back . Granted Melissa was right, the very next morning my partner was back in Best Buy to purchase the stove. Melissa thank you for being so kind and friendly. Our shopping was by far the best shopping experience we’ve had in a while. Especially making larger purchases. People tend to be pushy with customers, but you put our minds at ease.
Great customer service! I was also impressed how I didnt have to search around the store forever to get someone to help. Last but not least the manager that was on duty and checked me out was awesome. As we were leaving my daughter had my wallet and dropped my debit card on the floor by accident. The manager seen my card and put it in the safe for me. I couldnt thank him enough that was so awesome because anybody could have picked up my card and tried to use it but because he actually took the time to pick it up I didnt have to go through reporting it lost and waiting for a new card.

Let me start by saying that I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this best buy in the past with no issues. However, a few days ago I went in with my husband to order new phones. The gentleman that helped us was nice. The issue was after. The next day, my husband went to check on the order (the phones had to be shipped because there were none in stock at the store), and he noticed that the address was not updated to our new address! (We had given the new zip code at the time of purchase so we assumed they had the correct one). We called the Best Buy shipping customer service and the store, both told us that they couldnt do ANYTHING about it. One was particularly rude and just didnt care that $2000 worth of phones could be delivered to the wrong people! They told us we had to figure it out on our own and hope that the people it is being delivered to dont steal our phones! I have loved this store since my childhood and now I do not think I will ever be going back. BEST BUY: If your employees make a mistake, you need to fix it. Not tell the customers they are out of luck and hope they dont lose nearly $2000 worth of merchandise.

Love the staff always helpful no matter what and the stuff is always easy to find i go here when i want my best and most reliable electronics. I also love the fact that they have proce check for verified sellers so if theres ever a sale going on instead of ordering you can just goto best buy and get it day of.

Fantastic staff and a great location, love their space in the former food court at Southland Mall, has a huge glass pyramid (Great Pyramid of Taylor?) bringing in lots of natural light throughout the day. It seems to be an experimental store, with some quirky new products you dont find at the other Best Buys (solar-powered portable chargers, smart skateboards, whatever crazy new thing Dyson just came up with...), so its always cool to see the new stuff at the store. Robin the manager was especially nice, as well as the gentleman working in the drone/camera section. High regards for this store overall, happy its here on Eureka Road anchoring down Southland!

After walking around the store, we had to find a sales clerk to help us. No one asked if we needed help except for wallace when he saw our confused looks. The sales clerk we found, Wallace was very polite and knowledgeable on products as well as where to find them in the store. Cashier Noah didnt try to up sell and was more interested in the gift of gab to his coworkers than anything else. Store lacked products on small electrical items and kids things. Shelves could have been stocked better.

Cant look at phones without a appointment? Salesman cant take but two more appointments for the rest of the night? 6pm and your open until 8pm and you can only take two customers? Looks like you just lost a $1000 phone purchase from this customer! Never again will I make a purchase at this Best Buy (not the Best for customer service!)....guy at the door wasnt even cordial when I mentioned the rude salesman (his response: oh well). Suggest they hire a more friendly salesperson staff if you dont want people purchasing from online rather than in store...
Used the deliver to car option. Couldnt have been easier. Highly recommend. The option is available up to 2 hrs after the store closes
The sales clerks arent ready to walk up and offer help. We stood for 1 hr before we had to compel someone to show phone models. Otherwise buying experience was okay.

Curbside pickup is a nightmare!I ordered a Google home mini for store pick up at this store. When I arrived at the store I mistakenly put in the slot number right next to where I was parked. I told TWO employees working outside that I put the wrong slot so please don’t give my item to the car next to me who was in the slot that I put. They both reassured me that they check IDs and my item would not possibly get to someone else. Red flag. 10 minutes pass and I go into the store to find out where my item is and they say it’s picked up and I told them I got an email saying that but I do not have the item because I saw the employee give it to somebody else. The customer service guy and another pick up employee give me the runaround acting like they’re going to look for my item until finally my brother comes in the store and the store manager says he believes that we are lying because the item says picked up. He then acts like there is no more in the store and holds us up even longer! An hour later, confirmation of the truth, a call to the 1-800 number and they “find” more google home mini’s on the shelf and give me my item. Worst experience ever!!!
I was told yesterday from an employee at the Ann Arbor Best Buy that this one had 2 of these hue bulbs in stock. After work today I called to make sure they still had them. I was already driving in that direction, I was on the phone for over 10 minutes while they “look” for the bulbs. When they pick up after being on hold for awhile they said they can’t find them. I asked if they still had them and they told me it’s crazy, the system says they have 2 I stock but they don’t know where they are. Well I was in the area so I stopped anyway and SHOCKER they were exactly in the spot they are supposed to be in. Great customer service.

An electronics store that sells electronice, it is not a cathedral of consumption, they dont sell rugs, clothing, nor do they have free coffee. Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.

This place is madness dont buy phone from here . They be telling you its unlocked but its not working with no other carriers. When returned the phone they will charge you more than 50% returned. They are cons please give yourself a favor dont buy electronics here they are thieves.

Bought a PS4 controller here a few months back, it was marked up a few bucks but it was a solid purchase either way. The selection of accessories for phones and electronics is solid but the PCs on display are way overpriced as an enthusiast builder myself, not fault on this store but just on the company. Staff were nice and helpful. Good staff, slightly pricey goods. I recommend, just watch your wallet.
One of my favorites. I almost always find what I need. Yesterday I went in for a new microsd card that showed in stock online. Got to the store and couldnt find it. One of the employees helped me and literally looked EVERYWHERE for it. Even though they didnt have it, she was super apologetic and helpful. Even though I told her it was no big deal I appreciate the effort and willingness to help and actually look for it. Six-star customer service!
I LOVE BEST BUY
Went in on last Friday looking for a cam corder for my desk top computer they had absolutely none in the store. I was also looking to buy a small deep freezer they had absolutely none! I was very very disappointed! The 4 stars is for the people showing up to work while we are still in a pandemic and for good customer service from the guy in the appliances area.

Bought a PC keyboard in the beginning of March here in Michigan. Then the pandemic hit and Ive been hesitate to leave the house till just recently. I went there yesterday to ask for assistance in returning it (with a valid receipt), even perhaps a restocking fee that I would be willing to pay. Basically pack sand is what I was told. I called corporate and they were no help at all either. The gentleman asked me if he could do anything else for me, and I told him he didnt do anything for me at all so I will be taking all my business elsewhere in the future. On a recorded line he simply hung up on me. My wife and I have spent great deal of money there over the years, and now a mere $50 return will be the reason I never buy there again. These are different times were all living in and they were absolutely NO help in providing any sort of assistance, just bad customer service. So long Worst Buy...…..

Friendly employees just not enough employees on busy days like the weekend we had to search for someone to answer a simple question and they did not even show us where the product was they just pointed in the direction.
They had what I was looking for in stock as the website suggested. The cashier was very nice. The store was not open to the mall, which was a little disappointing but I understand its because they are limiting traffic for covid 19.
Your same ol Best Buy. Overpriced electronics and as of late they never have common items for their electronics other than the overpriced high end stuff. Expect to not find what your looking for and have them to have them order it and delivered to your house.
