We came in with a group of 7 and they made the experience so good.We all got tattooed by James and he was so personable, gentle with our first timers AND captured our vibe perfectly.The location is extremely clean and put together.Also got pierced and they were so quick and incredible.Highly recommend this shop.

Came here with my brother and we both had an amazing experience. The woman at the front desk was so kind to us, and made me feel so excited to get my piercing. And then we were both pierced by Pat. He was amazing! So knowledgeable, and he made sure to explain to us not only what every step was, but also why. We were referred to the Tempe location by the Mesa location because they were all booked up and I am so glad they did. Pat is awesome!! He is knowledgeable, patient and keeps things very clean. My friend got her nose pierced and I got my septum done. He explained everything and even helped my friend with some breathing exercises. We had an amazing experience with Pat and plan to go back to see him next time. Ive even told friends about him and they plan to go see him when they get pierced. I got a rook piercing and the experience was regrettable. This was my first piercing besides lobes and both my piercer and the counter lady were very rude. It is not a friendly environment. The piercer seemed irritated for some reason, and quite condescending. The pain was terrible but I can’t rlly blame that on the facility. Reasonably priced. Had I known they were going to be so rude I would’ve gone to a different place 😕

Pat and Jordan were amazing. Helped me out immediately when I walked in. I went to the one in Scottsdale and got nothing but attitude and a rude piercer who wouldn’t even look at my piercing that I got done by them in Mesa. Pat immediately looked at my piercing (with a flashlight too!!) and gave me advice on how to help heal it and gave me a fantastic experience with my new piercing. Jordan was nothing but polite when explaining the different sprays to help heal and ringing me up. Every time I’ve come in I’ve had a fantastic experience. Highly recommend.

This is a great shop to get your piercings done! They have a great jewelry selection and you can tell right away that they are made with good materials. Everyone there is very polite and the piercers are very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve gotten all my piercings here and every time the piercer has been reassuring. One night, I went here on a whim to check out their jewelry and ask a piercer about an old navel piercing. I have been to 4 different piercers since I let my piercing close up in 2016, but no one made me comfortable until I met Pat. He was extremely genuine, informative, friendly, and thorough, answering all my questions with ease. Plus, our names rhyme, so it was clearly meant to be.I usually hate having to heal piercings, especially my navel which now had scar tissue along with bad memories, but I almost impulsively had mine redone right then and there because I finally had a good vibe from a piercer. Others were too hasty and did not have the extensive knowledge like Pat did. Not only has he been piercing for 26 years, but he has also been an excellent teacher. His passion is evident in his demeanor and work.The next day, I found out that my friend had her nipples pierced here years ago, which healed perfectly fine without any issues. I ended up getting my navel done again by Pat later that night. I dont know how he does it so fast to be honest. My first piercing (at a completely different location) was painful and dragged out. Pat? His piercing felt like someone had poked me with a fingernail for a split second--thats it. He worked so swiftly that I did not even know he was done since it seemed like only 10 seconds had passed. My boyfriend watched and agreed that he did an excellent job. My old piercing was pierced too shallow, and it seemed to migrate due to bad placement. Five years later, and I finally have my favorite piercing again!Thank you,Kat

Pat is an amazing piercer, extremely gentle and patient! My nostril piercings were very quick with very little pain, Pat took extra care to make sure they were symmetrical and that I was happy with the placement. Clean and nice atmosphere. Got my ears pierced by Plaid. He was super knowledgeable and gave a lot of aftercare advice. He also gave advise for sizing up my gauges once the piercings have healed.

Im a student over at ASU and this was my first time ever getting body piercings, I got my nipple piercings done with Pat and he was the best!!! I was pretty nervous but he was great a guiding me through the breathing and making the experience as painless as possible. He was super conversational which really helped distract from the pain and was just overall great. I had an absolutely great experience at Club Tattoo in Tempe. On a whim, I decided to get my nostril pierced after thinking about it on and off for more than ten years. The staff was courteous and nothing but professional.I arrived early for my appointment, and I was seen a little bit later than my scheduled time. The studio was clean, comfortably air conditioned, and their music selection was great. I could have hung out there all day if they let me! I was given a coupon for a futile visit for the inconvenience, however I was not bothered by the wait time at all.Pat Tidwell did my piercing and I cannot say enough nice things about him. He made me feel so at ease, he told me precisely what to do to alleviate any anxiety in the back of my mind. I told him I eventually wanted to put a hoop in it, and I trusted his judgment 100% on the placement of it. It is so nice to deal with down to earth, professional people in an environment like this. He found the perfect font, offered insightful guidance about size and placement, and gave me a beautiful, perfect tattoo. Exactly what I wanted and he did not rush even though it was late. The shop was extremely clean and everyone was respectful and kind. I have plans with Los for cover up work soon- his attention to detail, meticulous style, and pride in his art means I will be back. Pat was intent on creating a better almost painless experience for me and he most definitely did. It was the best piercing experience i’ve ever had and he was so nice. Walked in for a small tattoo and was able to get in right away with Artemis. The shop was super clean and honestly the girls at the front were amazing! Full of energy and so helpful. They greeted EVERY person that walked in and offered to help them with anything they needed. They were very knowledgeable about jewelry and piercing laws which was cool to see. As for the tattoo it was a simple design and turned out super cute so Im pretty happy with it!

She was super friendly and helpful.Some tattoo shops can be so pretentious and to me that is just silly. We are all people who just love art and expressing ourselves so there is no reason for ego. His experience mixed with passion, creativity, and skill make it well worth the 6 hour drive for me from LA. If you are local to the area, he is your dude. Popped in after work for a walk in today to get my nostril redone, after a previous shop didn’t do so well with making it line up with the piercing in my other nostril, and ended up with the industrial I’d always wanted as well. Pat is amazing, super chill, pretty hilarious, and definitely knows what he’s doing. Cleaned everything and changed gloves constantly, which we all know can be a pain, and was careful and thorough with cleaning the piercing sites before and after. He even changed out the jewelry I purchased in my other nostril so it would match the piercing he did. This was my first time coming to any Club Tattoo location, and I will definitely be back.

Came in late on a Friday night without an appointment for a nose piercing. Staff behind the counter was very welcoming, despite us coming in just before closing. Pat, my piercer, was fantastic! Helped me with the anxieties you get before shoving a needle through your face and made it the least painful piercing Ive gotten. Last Thursday I went in to club tattoo to get a piercing. My piercing professional was Patrick he was absolutely amazing!!! I wanted to wait a few days just to see how the piercing would do before creating a review but it is doing absolutely great all the the after care instructions given from my piercing professional Patrick have helped tremendously and I’m having a wonderful healing process. I have gotten all of my past piercings from the club tattoo in tempe but this It was my first time getting a piercing from him. And per usual they exceeded all expectations. The establishment is always very clean and sterile. The staff are warm, friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in the the door, the professionals are just that, professional ! ...I wouldn’t go to any other location and would definitely recommend this location and Patrick for any piercings you may be considering !

Im really disappointed, I went in for 3 piercings, lobes and cartilage. Within 24 hours one feel out, luckily, I found the gold top but couldnt believe this expensive, specialized jewelry fell out (I spent $500!!). The piercer spent so much time telling me the jewelry was made more secure with the screw-on tops! I had not done anything for it to fall out, was so careful and followed all instructions. The piercing was closed within 1 hour. I called and was treated with much disrespect, told a manager would call back and they never did. Then called again, the receptionist was much nicer but again as told a manager would call. Never did. But the receptionist called instead to tell me they would repierce for free and give me 10% off on the post which was lost. This is not customer service. The jewelry they provided either did not do its job, or the piercer did not properly tighten it, and now I have to pay 90% of the cost AGAIN!? I can either go elsewhere and pay everything or go back to Club Tatoo and spend money again which not trust in the jewelry. Either way, its a bad deal. Im really bummed, and the fact that the manager made no effort is a big sign.This may be great for tattoos, and piercings with basic jewelry but if you want a high end look and quality jewelry, with good customer service, this is not the place for you.

The tattoo artist who did my tattoo quit so I cant get a touch up now which is what comes with you purchasing a tattoo. So now I have to go somewhere else an pay for what I have already paid for. They always say they will call me back an never does. It has been over a year now dealing with this an still no call. I will never go to a club tattoo shop again. No good customer service. An dont recommend this shop to no one. They act like they dont care either. I had to call corporate office to even get the first call back. Seems like its favoritism going on here to. I would say more but ima let yall make it. This place isnt fair at all though.

I got my helix pierced by Pat, and it went great! It healed very well with no infection, and I am not known to be the most meticulous at cleaning piercings to begin with. Swelling and pain went completely down within a week, and now a month later it feels totally healed. Pat was very kind, professional, and efficient, and the desk staff were great, as well. There was a backup and they were running a bit behind, and they offered me a coupon to apologize for the delay. Prices were lower than I expected, too. Ill definitely be coming back for more piercings here!

Hands down best place for piercings. Everyone there was SO friendly especially Pat!! He was professional, took all the right precautions, and talked me through the entire process! I will never go to anyone else for piercings again! HIGHLY recommend Pat and this shop!!

Never had piercings done at Club tattoo but it’s safe to say I will definitely be back to not just Club Tattoo but to see Pat specifically. He took time to suggest jewelry and look at my ear before just randomly piercing my ear. He also made sure I was aware of how to clean my piercings and make sure they heal properly. Pats awesome !

The person that pierced my nose did not sound confident going in, and made me anxious. Other than having to do my septum piercing twice because the first time it wasnt straight, it was an overall good experience. It looks great now and I got a lot of expert suggestions on aftercare.

My tattoo artist (Artemis) did an amazing job on my sleeve. That is why I came back and saw him twice. Artemis is very professional when it come to tattooing, his tools are clean and his area is very sanitized. He also gives tips on tattoo after care for the healing process.. If you want to get an amazing tattoo, I recommend Artemis.

When getting ready to get my first tattoo, I researched, read reviews and looked at portfolios for different parlors and artists all around the Tempe area and Club Tattoo had always felt the best. So I made an appointment for a consultation and was blown away by Club Tattoos professionalism. The whole team was kind, the parlor was clean, sleek and beautifully decorated. The girls at the front desk, Joran and Sid were friendly, helpful and shared excitement in me getting my first tattoo. Joran had suggested Los for the design I wanted and when I met Los for my consultation, I was even more excited to get my tattoo. Los helped me solidify my design by showing me other fonts, sizes and worked with me to pick the perfect spot for it. I love how detailed and patient Los was with me through the whole process. Even when actually getting it done, he made sure I was comfortable and let me know what to expect. I would suggest Club Tattoo to anyone looking to get a tattoo, whether its your first or 100th! I know I want to go back!

My experience at ClubTattoo in Tempe was really great!I walked in to get help with my bridge piercing. I talked to Pat. He was really nice and helpful, explained thoroughly he was very informative.Got my bridge piercing downsized was a calming and quick experience.Overall customer service was really friendly!:)

Went to a shop in Mesa to get both my nose piercings done but they got bumps on them and did not look good at all. Went to club tattoo in Tempe to get it checked out and see what I could do. Pat helped me out and knew exactly what was wrong and what to do to help. He very quickly got my piercing changed out and I was honestly expecting to pay more because of other places but they have suck reasonable prices. Hayley helped me at the front desk and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Both were super sweet and They kept it clean and the atmosphere was so welcoming. I’ll be sticking to this shop for any future piercings !

Had a walk in piercing done with Pat. I was very impressed with his professionalism and charisma. He seemed to know I was a bit nervous given the location of the piercing, and before I could even express any concerns, he walked me through his past experience, processes, and suggestions. He has been doing piercings for a long time. I definitely felt at ease and any questions or worries I had were addressed before I could ask them.During the piercing, he was very clear and calming with what he was doing and what to expect. After, I got a bit flushed and had to lay down. I never felt rushed, and he had a cup of water waiting for me. He gave me clear directions on how to care for it, and got me excited to come back for jewelry change in the future. I was also able to buy some saline solution for cleaning from their shop, which was nice.I would definitely suggest Pat as a professional, very experienced, and calming piercer. He does a large variety of different piercings, which you may not see on their site. If you are curious if they will do your piercing like I was, call them or walk in! :)
