Went in at 2:00pm for an update for my Daughters phone. Got out at 4;45 with a new phone. The service was extremely BAD . non couterous and unfriendly. I wont ever be in that store again and probably wont be back to Verizon . I will be looking for a better place when I need phone service again.

They need to expand their staff or give the ability to check in online and only come in when they are ready for you. We went during a weekday in the middle of the day. There were 4 people ahead of us when we got there, and an hour later the same 4 were still waiting, so we just left.

Customer service has gone way downhill.It took forever and we still had to do all of our loading of our phones from home.They used to handle all of that in the store for you. I am 68 years old and not very tech savvy and Ive always depended upon Verizon helping me, they didnt even walk us around to show us different kinds of phones with different options.Very disappointed in their new policies and procedures.

Similar poor experience to many other reviews. Was first told to put a mask on (no longer required in TX but we’ll get a CDC quote). Then waited for someone. Asked for a specific iPhone and was told that they were out of stock. I had just been listening to the other sales person sell the exact same phone so I questioned it and was told no again. Asked once more and the manager said that they were in the safe. The employee never even checked the inventory system. Thought we were in business at that point but then found out that Verizon no longer gives out boxes to return the old phone in in-store so you have to turn it in (which I have done on two other phones in the past year for upgrades). By this point I’ve been here about 45 minutes for something that should have taken about 10. I’ve got about 180Gb of data to transfer off of my old phone so there’s no way I’m doing it in-store. Was told that there wasn’t another option. Moral of the story, I left the store without a phone. It appears that I can upgrade phones online and they will ship it to me and I can transfer it in the comfort of my own home then ship the old phone back to them but I cannot get the same service in-store. I have Verizon because I travel to a lot of semi remote places and generally get service. Wish their customer service was as good as their LTE.

***UPDATE***It is very, very suspicious to me how the owner responds to wonderful reviews in a very timely manner, yet I have heard nothing from the store or corporate on an investigation into this matter.I was extremely disappointed in this store, especially two of their employees. I walked in because I was having trouble paying off my phones on my computer- not my phone. I was told to use the phone app (although it should be personal choice). When that didnt work, the phone was taken from me. A software update was done which basically fried my phone. No one at Verizon was willing to help, one person helping me actually went to lunch and just stuck me with another person who was too busy talking and texting on his personal cell phone. I believe Taylor and another woman in the back area were the only two people actually working.. When I went back in, close to closing, I was treated like scum. Needless to say I will not be back at this location.

This store accommodated every need that I had. They found a different store to send the phone I needed over. The employees are very nice, but if you ever get to go you should talk to Angel. He was hands down the most down to earth, funny, and sweet employee that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He went above and beyond for two days to make sure that all my accounts were set up correct. This one employee made my whole experience a 10 out of 5 ❤️ Would recommend this store to everyone. Happy shopping.

The Customer Service Team at Verizon ConnectNowon 31st Street was instrumental to me joining Verizon. Their service, professionalism, diligence, personality, care and concern made the entire experience enjoyable and productive. Angel not only exceeded every expectation I had of a Verizon employee in helping me, but simultaneously trained a newer team member to attain his same skill proficiency. Kim had amazing follow-through and demonstrated a willingness to assist and research issues and concerns I had every time something arose. Cody was the penultimate store manager and went to great lengths to ensure that I not only got the device I wanted, but that I got it quickly and conveniently. Overall, this team is the best Ive worked with across multiple cellular service carriers in over 10 years. Went into this Verizon store to update my and my daughters phones.was told that my phone was wireless compatible...it was not. We were there for 4 hours with technical issues of their computer, the say that they almost had it fixed. We walked out of there exhausted, i had to go to another Verizon to get the phone to work it wasnt giving texts or able to make calls. And had to buy new chargers.

I highly recommend the Temple Verizon store for your wireless needs. We have had nothing but positive experience with this store. We bought 2 phones today! Our sales associate, Rodney P, was awesome!! He helped us get the best deals Verizon could offer. He was a straight shooter and a man with integrity! I went here on a Saturday with my son to upgrade his phone for his Birthday. I’m also a single Father. I walked up to the store with covid19 going on I waited for a customer service to come outside. He asked me what He could help me with and I told him. He says unfortunately I have a one person policy. I said Im a single dad and I cant just make my son wait in the car. He said basically to bad. I wonder if a single mother in same situation would get same treatment. I was refused service cause I had a kid. Shame on Verizon and there arrogance is getting old. I took my business else where.

Went in to get an iPad. They gave me the wrong one. I pointed at while still there after opening it. They wouldnt take it back since I opened it because of covid. Called 611, after 2 and a half hours and multiple transfers, I got the right device sent and was told I could take the other one back to the store, and that they were required to take it. Took it back and was told no again. If I can go into a restaurant and sit at a table, Verizon can take back the wrong device that they handed me. The non corporate store nearby is fully open and would have happily taken it if Id gotten it there.But the real reason they get 1 star is that when I went back the second time, I was told to call and get a box to send it back. I asked if they could assist me, and they handed me a box. Thats not what I asked for. I wanted them to facilitate the return. Now I get to call back and go through who knows how many people before I get the right person to take this thing back.Customer service. Its not that hard. If youre going to put your customer out, you should facilitate them. I expected the store to apologize, take my information, and then arrange for the box and prepaid label to be sent to me. Not tell me to go do it.

My mom and I walk into the store and there are 2 guys at the desk, 1 young woman on the phone, helping a customer I believe and an older couple sitting at the counter. One of the guys takes my moms info says hell be right with us then stands there watching and listening while the second guy at the counter is already helping the couple at the counter. That one guy could care less about my mother or me and helping its; guess we werent cute enough or something; he basically ignored us!! Thankfully, the young woman finished her call and stepped right hip and helped us!! WOMEN!!! WHERE WOULD WE BE WITHOUT THEM/US!!!

Giving Verizon a second chance (especially this corporate location) is something I regret. The customer service is subpar. I dont need to be told putting on a screen protector is complimentary because I ask how long it might be.As for being generally incompetent. I go to pay off a phone for over $750 and the representative apparently runs my card twice. Guess who had $750 taken out of their account AND an additional hold of $750 that neither Verizon apparently sees and my bank cannot reverse because the money hasnt been taken out.To top that off, I had the single most pathetic response from the manager and after spending most of the day between bank, this location and calling customer care.. they offer me a $15 credit for my troubles. The hold is still on my account (and have taken proof to store) and nothing has been done.Imagine someone messing up and now you cant take out over $700 of YOUR money with no resolution in sight. Customer care said one day -- yet the hold is still there.Just avoid this location. Avoid this company. Because customer service doesnt seem to be part of their company.Edit: After 24 hours, the second amount has been taken out of my account AFTER being told multiple times it wouldnt. Absolute joke.

Im a Verizon customer, but Im not a fan of this location. Ive gone in just to look, and Ive gotten the cold shoulder. When I ask about prices Ive actually had an employee write things down on a little post it note. If you go to the products, the prices may not show, and if there is a special its like pulling teeth to get the information. My advice, go online and do your homework, before going into that location. They do have a couple friendly personal, but its a commission driven store, and it certainly shows.The online experience is much nicer. Thats if they dont lose your order.

I have always had excellent service until today. We have 2 hum auto locator systems that are less than a month old and neither works. I was very dissatisfied with the ability to assist me. Have now spent over 3 hours between Verizon and Hum. Lots if if finger pointing in the other direction. I strongly suggest against the hum system.

I have been to this store twice. The first time the two gentlemen who helped me were very nice, polite and professional. I was sitting there for almost two hours, but I was fine because I could see they were trying to help every one including me and keep their customers happy. The second time though, the lady who helped me was very rude, had a terrible attitude, and was too lazy to ask someone else about the things she didnt know! So quality of the service you get here is really based on how lucky you are and who helps you that day!

I talked to Mitchell who took my unlocked S8 to verify if it would work with Verizon. He used one of their SIM cards to verify. As soon as the phone was turned on he said it would not work; then took out the SIM card almost immediately. The way he acted since the very beginning was obvious that he wanted us to buy new phones. I went to another store in Harker Heights and the guy who helped me out said the phones would work. They were tested again and finally was able to get my phone connected with Verizon. I just want to give a heads up that this guy Mitchell is not someone to trust especially if you are trying to save money.

I really like this place as theyre attentive, fast at setting you up, and respectful at giving you time and space to think about if you want to go through with their deal or not.Theyre also cheaper than Best Buy when it comes to the newest ipads. I will suggest saving your money for the ipad and phone cases though. You WILL find better and affordable cases on amazon or eBay.

By far one of the worst customer experiences I have had I a long time. Five employees walked past me without even acknowledging me. When I did get help the employee thought he knew better than me and walked away from me with my phone without telling me what he was doing. I asked another employee about him and when he came to me he was sarcastic and still not listening. That is the very reason that I use a monthly plan from Walmart. Too many of us know how to care for our phones now. Their job may become obsolete!

I was told to go there to the location by customer service on the phone...took forever when I let them know that I was to get a phone while my pixel had technical issues and had to sent for free exchange.. however when you do that you can be up to 3 days without a phone unless you upgrade or purchase a different one even though you were given a faulty phone... thats the way it was explained in person and they were rude about it.. parking sucks there too.. however phone customer service was excellent.. avoid having to go in..

I do not like this companys greedy little pig methods. The physical Verizon store may well emulate the evil Verizon heart. The store has no interest in helping you with phone related issue. They will only exist to sell you a phone. A sales associate stated to me ...theres nothing in it for me to help you... I had to summon the GM. I would recommend you buy products from Verizon online or another trusted vendor. On several occasions Verizon store sales people have made statements I knew to be wrong or misleading. I believe it was done to sell me a product. Perhaps they didnt know. Why take the risk? Avoid the store for buying products. I would say avoid Verizon but in todays regulatory environment and with Verizons monopoly your options are zero. Verizon knows this and smiles! Oink, Oink...

Jamie I think was her name, we were only told once. Has low customer service. She didnt clearly explain the new plan we were purchasing. She did not let us know the price difference between the 32g and 64g. I have to ask a lot of questions because she didnt not explain anything. She told me to sign her tablet a few times and each time I had to ask what I was signing. Then it took forever for us to get our phone back because she kept giving us different times that the switchover would be completed. I will not be going back to this location .

Generally pretty helpful. These guys seem to be one of the actual Verizon storefronts rather than an authorized retailer. Havent had any issues the few times Ive visited for upgrades or help with a screen repair. Experience depends greatly with the associate who helps you.

Have always gone to this store, and have been with Verizon for seventeen years, but recently was ready to find other services. While Jamilah is sooooo helpful and nice, the manager Brandon Howeth is the most arrogant,worst employee I have ever encountered. He told me that my car wasn’t working when I tried to get a new car charger for one I just bought earlier that day that didn’t work. After several tries, none worked in my car, except for a “tester” they let me use from behind the counter. I took screenshots to prove it wasn’t charging my phone, but to him my car was the problem, even though the lights on the chargers were on. What a douche. He belittled me in front of other customers and employees. Has been reported to corporate. 1bad apple ruins it for the whole bunch. Horrible store because of him. Less than 1 star if I could.

Try to get a hold of the manager at the new store on 31st because he told me he would call me back in 10 minutes regarding a IPhone X I wanted to purchase. Well that 10minutes has quickly evolved into 3 plus hours. When I tried to look up the number online for the new store they have a disconnected number listed. WOW a new location that just opened and they post a disconnected number as there only contact how embarrassing. These people at the new store are unprofessional and obviously not concerned about sales or customer service, but then again that seems to be the universal consensus with Verizon Wireless.

I called today to ask about a deal that my friend and his dad got with store credit to buy items in store with the purchase of a I phone. The lady I was speaking to flat out told me I was a lier and my friend was a lier about the promotion or deal that was offered. She could have said oh we don’t have that going on or I haven’t heard of that before. Instead I was called a lier. I’ll never do business here and highly recommend you don’t either. I also doubt this store has been here 14 years highly or that she’d been with any company for that matter with that kind of attitude that long.

So we went to two Verizon stores today. The first one in Belton, Tx next to walmart. The guy there was nice enough, but the girl could barely be bothered to look up from her phone. So we went to Temple Verizon, Bailey was the sales person to help us. She was knowledgeable and friendly about every question we had, and helped me figure out how to get my screen replaced on my phone. We were only there 10min. That included answering all my questions helping us pick out accessories, ringing us up, and putting my husbands case on for him. Never going to Belton again.
