I went to the location at Exchange Plaza in Temple to pay am insurance claim for my son. The guy working took the payment but refused to assist contacting insurance company saying it wasn’t his job. I asked for managers name and he refused to give it to me saying “it don’t matter bc she will say same thing”. Very poor customer service and huge inconvenience if you have to make an insurance claim.

Had trouble switching phones

Would give one star if possible. Tried to activate a new phone and they were trying to charge me double the price. Luckily I had already spoken with customer service and new the deal. Go anywhere else but tia location!

Metro my experience is that metro is not fare with its customers on a variety of thing like cases fone foldersan etcs. When they know that they have sold damaged products they dont own up to sales they tell u they are as is once u purchased the products including thier phone I would not advise any one to deal with Metro PCS Store period. Until metro pcs get it together I just would not advise no one to buy a thing ! Im sorry but just cant
