What a great shop!! I have been looking for a living-room set for some time now. The challenge has been finding a quality set that I liked actually in stock. Lane was FANTASTIC! He was punctual, made sure to listen to what I wanted but also explained everything simply with no sugarcoating and he wasn’t pushy which I appreciate. He let me go all over the store and check out all the beds a million times so I was getting what I really wanted. The prices are fantastic. I appreciated that a lot because Mattress Firm cared more about selling us a Tempur-Pedic than finding the right fit for us. I purchased a mattress 7/3/19. The price was incredible compared to the initial quality of the mattress. Yes, these are new mattresses in their plastic bag with manufacturers warranties. The process was far easier than any other place Ive purchased mattresses and other furnishings. Lane was courteous and personable. He walked me through the inventory and was knowledgeable of the designs of the different models. I liked that he asked questions about what I was looking for with my comfort and that there was a test bed for the different models to see which one fits. I opted for the $50 down, 90 days to pay, and that process was quite simple. Lane walked me through it and I was out of the shop rather quickly with my new mattress. If youre going to go to a larger size, make sure to measure your area where the the new mattress will go to ensure it will fit. Overall, this was a great experience and the mattress is very comfortable.
