My parents bought a new mattress set and loved it. After 2-3 weeks of enjoying their new bed, they realized they had purchased a box spring that was an unsafe height for my Mom. They called the manager and he personally delivered a replacement box spring later the same day. There was no charge for the mattress swap, or for delivery. The next time I need a mattress, I know where Ill be shopping.
