Went in expecting to be turned away, or to be told we had to have a bunch of money upfront, but when they say $40 down, they mean it. We were way overdue for a new bed, and they got us set up quick and easy. Our appointment was at 4:30, and our brand new bed was delivered by 7pm, same evening. To top it off, it was probably the most friendly shopping experiences Ive ever had.

Very nice and friendly, the process was easy and quick. My reason for the 1 star is that I was not given all of the information regarding fees. I purchased a mattress last month on the 15th with $100 down I called in today to pay the remaining balance and I found out that most of my $100 was put towards fees and taxes so after paying $100 towards a $485 mattress I still ended up paying $460.06 today. I made it very clear that my plans were to pay for the mattress before the month was out. Good customer service would have notified me of all these additional fees that is not listed on my receipt. I had plans to go in next week to buy a king mattress but they have lost this customer

First and for most I would like to give thanks to Raymond and Diana(?) for helping me as a young adult just starting my life. I appreciate the kind gestures and the help needed to pick out a mattress. The down payment for the mattress and boxspring together is at a cheap cost for those that are currently on a budget. Although you would have to make an appointment to pick out a mattress, these two workers/business owner make it very much worth the time and effort to buying a bed. I appreciate everything they have done to get me started.

I absolutely love the people here! They were extremely respectful, helpful, kind and they really work with you. I found them on Facebook market place, and I’m so glad I did.They worked with my budget. They also have coloring books and crayons for my three kids that were with me to color on. And the BEST PART is they delivered the mattress boxspring and frame as soon as we paid, we didn’t have to wait three day or more like lots of other mattress stores. Not to mention they treat you like you are family!

What a wonderful store! We received amazing service from two of the nicest people and a great, high quality mattress for a phenomenally low price with a ten year warranty. Raymond the proprietor made us a fantastic deal and even loaded the mattress and provided straps for us to transport it home, overall just a top notch experience after all of the frenetic searching and absurd prices of everywhere else. So I went in for a low price bed set and ended up with an AWESOME deal on a quality set. I surprised myself. If you’re looking so stop by, you won’t be disappointed.

Me and my wife were in need of a mattress for my mother in law that is coming to town and visit for a few months. Me were not trying to spend thousands of dollars on a brand new mattress since she was just going to be here for those few months. Everything we found was either really cheap but used or new but expensive. We contacted Dana and Raymond and decided to drive to Temple to take a look. We were received very cordially by both. I can say that these two know how to handle customers and knew customer service. They showed us a couple of mattresses that we can try out and discussed prices. The prices are very comfortable compared to what we had seen and it fir perfect within our budget. I originally needed it delivered but Raymon and Dana made me feel comfortable with being able to strap the mattress to my car and drive back home to Killeen with it like that. We made it home safe and the mattress is very comfortable. They provided us with straps as well at no extra cost! I would certainly recommend this place with these prices to anyone in need of mattresses. I believe that there isn’t anyone out there to compete with prices and level of comfort with the mattresses. If you need a new mattress and don’t have thousands of dollars to pay for one or to make payments, I urge you to give them a shot. They do have a $40 down payment and they do also deliver and they will work with you with prices as well for delivery prices. If I ever need another mattress I would give them a call without hesitation. If I would’ve known about this place before going to mattress firm, I would’ve saved a lot of money. Not taking anything from my mattress from mattress firm but they so have great mattresses and excellent customer service.
