I came here because I cross threaded a bolt on my exhaust as I was installing my exhaust system. I drove there and they got me in and out in no time. We’ll see how well it holds, but I would definitely recommend this place

My husband needed to get his muffler hinged back up. He had me do it and told me not to have a shop take advantage of me. The 1st one I went to was goin to be a 3 hr or more wait. Cant do that with a 6 year old and no other transportation. Called another and theu couldnt fit us in today. Her recommended D&M in Texas City. I called they were honest said depends on whats ahead of me. Got there they looked at the truck, gave me a quite and time frame. A little over an hr later and BOOM finished. They even told me why the issue happened. These guys are honest and hardworking. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much!!

They not only did the work on my car for FAR less than other places, they did it quick and even offered me a ride home while I left my car there to be worked on. I couldnt be more grateful for these guys! My radiator blew while my baby and I were driving to texas city. I seen D&M and pulled in and asked for help. They got my car straight in for a repair. They didnt try to over charge me, and were super friendly. Highly recommend these guys.

I have been to this shop on multiple occasions and have gotten my truck taken care of a responsible price and was completed in a timely manner. First time was to get my truck dulled out and we get a lot of compliments on the nice mean sound it has and the most recent time was to get my fluids changed and a tune up on the same truck. I highly recommend them!

I dont understand why this shop has such a bad rating. Craig and Doug took great care of my truck and were very polite to me. My truck had an issue with the trailer break system, and Doug got it diagnosed and repaired in less than four hours. Did I also fail to mention I was a drive in? I wouldve had to make an appointment with most other shops. If I ever have anything that needs repaired, replaced, or added to my truck, I will definitely be going back to D & M Muffler & Auto Repair!

These guys are great. Solid team, fair price.

Brought my car in on a Monday for a three day repair. They were replacing the timing chain and seals on the bottom of the engine. Was quoted $1800-2000. On the 4th day I called and the man on the phone identified as Craig told me it would be longer, how much longer he did not know. He said they had put everything back together, started it, it died, and now it would not start again. This was annoying, but I tried to be understanding. It took 11 days on my 3 day repair. When I picked up my car the new bill was for 2700. Craig demanded cash for the repair, most likely because he knew I was going to be upset about their work. They replaced the radiator for some reason and it made several noises when I drove it away. I took it to the dealership and I must now pay $4000 to fix what they broke. This place is a tragedy. The people are rude and the work is substandard. They used substandard parts after assuring me it was all being done to the highest standards. Long story short. I paid these people thousands and they broke my car. Avoid like the plague. I wish there was a zero star option.

When in on lunch break for muffler, pipe and tips they jumped right on it got it all took care of it and 30 mins and $150 later I was back on the road then 2 weeks later when back and had a 3 lift put on same truck took about an hour to be installed and they went the extrastep a put a new breather tube on my rear end would recommend everyone to go there fast service good prices

Ive never been treated as politely & professionally!! They came & picked me & truck up off side of hi-way, checked out my truck, got a new radiator for it & had it installed in 2 hrs. I was 6 hrs away from home, Craig & his staff made a horrible situation very pleasant for me!!

Came in twice so far, and defiently going back. They did excellent front end work the first time; they worked with me to give me the best deal - even gave me a 10% discount when I used cash. I would recommend them to any one!

Went primarily for an inspection however went ahead and got and oil change while I was there after they did the oil change then they told me the inspector was not there. Very disappointing

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT RECOMMEND . So I thought I would get a state inspection during my lunch break. I asked for a approximate time frame and immediately caught a attitude from the owner. Dissatisfied with his response I immediately walked out before things began escalate.

I paid these people $579.00 last Tuesday. Like in other reviews the guy had me pay cash. Did not show me old parts that were supposedly replaced. I paid for timing belt. Two other belts, a oil leak on top of motor, waterpump and change the oil. First they didnt even change the oil but added oil to old oil which over filled it. Didnt fix the oil leak. Charged me $25 for a gallon of antifreeze and didnt put it in. The told me I needed a valve cover redone because of major leak. Different mechanic says it wasnt leaking yet, but would have had I not had the oil drained and changed since they over filled it. When I picked it up Craigslist said she pursue like a kitten and you have 5 quarts of oil in it. You idiot I drive a 96 Honda civic. It is not suppose to have 5 qts of oil in it. I cant help but to think they over filled it to cause future problems. Never go there. Especially a woman by herself. They fully took advantage of me and my lack of knowledge.

Terrible service ! I asked a guy to remove a resonator off he told me It won’t make a difference on my 2008 dodge, so I asked him if he was to do it how much it would cost and he’s answer was that he didnt want to do it . Very Unprofessional .

My husband was referred to this muffler shop from a parts store. The guy speaking with my husband was VERY rude and did not want to help. He kept coming back with cocky remarks and lost our business.
