Steve was great, thats the one star if not for him, it would be zero! first off I have owned many luxury vehicles in my lifetime, never have I ever been charged diagnostic fees, let alone $189 per item that I had them look at even when I was having the work diagnosed completed. I will not be owning an Audi for long.

Lackluster and frustrating experience in the service department. Made an appointment 3 weeks out to have a leak and a vibrating sound checked out on my 2020 Q3. Sat in the lobby almost an hour before being fully checked in-apparently other people coming in need to be addressed prior to completing my check in. Sat in the lobby another 5 hours waiting for my car- they fixed the leak…told me that I need to bring the truck back when the sound gets louder because they couldn’t pinpoint the sound and they would give me a loaner the next time. (I don’t think they really tried to find it)I call back in a few days and tell them the sound is louder than ever. I arrive, they tell me my insurance coverage has to be at 300,000 per accident in order to get a loaner. I call Progressive to get it raised immediately and the manager now states he can’t give me a loaner. Then they ask can they drop me off somewhere…I can’t wait so I say no thanks. He proceeds to look up the next appt which is a month away! I say, I’ll just have to wait today. The rep then states they can’t look at it until tomorrow.Utterly disappointed and a complete waste of my time to drive from the city!

I have bought many vehicles from this dealership and overall, I like it. However, now that service departments are the main source of profits ( too many sources for consumers to check on pricing a new vehicle now) I sense they are recommending services you really don’t need. In my case, they recommended a $264.00 4 wheel alignment BEFORE the vehicle was inspected or even on the service rack. Also, I had an alignment done by this same dealer on my prior scheduled service. HUGE red warning flag for me. Of course there was the ever present “ fuel system” service recommended as well. I use nothing but top tier fuels and the vehicle is just now approaching 30K and it runs just fine.“Trust but verify”- disappointed to see ( but not surprised really, after all at the end of the day it’s a dealership there to make a profit ) that my service cost could have been much higher, thankful for my history as an auto tech in past years. Feel sorry for those that don’t have that knowledge and are trusting others to do right by them.My advice, just do “factory” recommended services that are in your owners manual. Make them prove your alignment is bad by showing you unusual wear on your tires and if your vehicle is running well, don’t consent to additional “ services “

A young gentleman named Will was ready for me when I got there at 7am. He was very polite, service orientated and focused on answering my questions. The service was seamless. The only thing to note is to make sure you call a month in advance to schedule your routine maintenance. I didn’t know this and my 10,000 mile maintenance was overdue by 400 miles because there were no times available sooner.

My experience was great from start to finish. The online scheduling was easy, and there were appointments available within a one week time frame.When checking in, Tracy, greeted me, we went over the options for service, she thoroughly explained everything so I could make an informed decision.The waiting room was nice, clean and offered refreshments.Tracy called me regarding the recommended services once the technicians were under the hood. I gave my okay for the ones I thought were needed right away. She called me again to let me know my car was ready.When I picked up my car, the two ladies taking the payments greeted me, and gave me my keys. Id highly recommend them and will be back for future service appointments.

Honestly, probably the best service Ive ever received at a dealership. Robert went out of his way to help me get my car sorted out. While I waited, he gave me an excellent loaner and treated me like I was his number one priority. I went to the same dealership and was serviced there about 2 years ago and had a complete 180 different experience. It looks like this dealership took a look at what their customer experience was and did a complete revamp when they hired Robert. Just an excellent customer service experience all the way around! Great job guys!

We went to Audi of Orland and were greeted by Amir.Amir showed us all of the vehicles that were available, new and used, in the model we wanted. He offered test drives and explainedall of the features of the vehicles.We came to the dealership late in the evening but Amir assured us that it was fine and not to worry about the time. If I could rate the service a zero I would. The amount of money we pay to have a premium car you would expect subpar service. It takes forever to get through the phones, even longer to make a service appointment and the quality of service is not what you would expect from a luxury car supplier.

I have had nothing but great experiences here at Audi of Orland Park. For this service appt Gerald Wilson was my service advisor. I went in for one repair, and the technician found another issue that was causing a problem in conjunction with the initial issue. That issue required some extra parts to be ordered and additional time to fix, and while waiting they provided me with a suitable loaner for the duration of the repair. Gerald kept me constantly updated with the status of the repair from ordering to installation of parts and was professional throughout. Thank you Gerald and Audi of Orland Park!!

Roberto was absolutely amazing. He was attentive to my needs, caring and kind. My Audi needed service on its system. He took great care of it, and ensured that I had what I needed to drive my family to and from safely. He went the extra mile and gave me updates quickly, responded to all my questions, and even made sure that my little one and I traveled safely. Hello,I had a wonderful experience at Audi of Orland Park Nick Majka was the absolute best!! Even though My Q8 was delayed Nick kept in touch during the entire process. He FaceTime me on several occasions to show me different interior options, sent photos and answered all questions I had during the process, when I picked up my vehicle on April 22,2021. Nick made sure I downloaded the Audi app and walked me through set up. Nick also made sure to go over the main features of the vehicle with me. Nick is extremely passionate and knowledgeable. Service was slow and bad I had a nail in the tire which I could have gotten fix for twenty dollars they replaced the tire costing me a couple of hundred dollars. Then they couldn’t find my car and since I was also there to check my charger they tested it and didn’t even charge my car.

I wish there was a way to give -minus 100 - This dealership is the worst place I have ever been to. They are extremely short on staff so work is constantly behind. The customer service reps run around like chickens with there heads cut off apologizing all day for poor service. The service department is terrible, my vehicle was there for months, then when I thought it would be done, the young man I was dealing with was fired.I no someone drove my vehicle while it was there. The customer service was horrible. My husbands car was there for repair for over a month. Working with car shield to get parts for the car. Audi always wants to know about their service and send reviews. At this time my husband was unhappy that they had his car for over a month. My husband gave a review and rated them a two because of the lack of communication. This morning my husband received a call from a service person that was rude and said that they were not fixing his car because they received a bad review from him. The person was rude and did not give my husband a chance to talk and he hung up. Is this the kind of customer service you want representing your company. The car still had not been worked on and yet you are concerned with a review, which means the car still had not been repaired. Then you were rude. It’s a shame the way people treat one another. Fixing the car may have very well redeemed and rectified the situation but instead the service person chose the be unprofessional, rude and somewhat more concerned about his review. The car is stilled not fixed. I will never refer ANYONE to your dealership.

Every time I need service, I call the guys I know that will make it happen. Audi Orland Park is second to none for sure. Gerald takes care of us and is very proactive letting us know when we need to come in for preventative maintenance ultimately mitigating the risk of other costly repairs. Took my car in 2 days ago for a engine light and a airbag problem. Herd from Gerald the next day as he told me to fill out video questionnaire pf what I wanted done to the car and after I could come pick it up. After filling it out, I went to dealership at around 630p.m. to pick up my car. As I got to the cashiers register, the receptionist did not have my keys and said she would go get the manager, which she did not. After this small incident, I waited till noon to receive my call which I never received, so I ended up calling Audi and was told to pick up car in hour and a half. When I got there, Gerald and the receptionist played the I gave him the keys, no I gave her the keys game. After they finally found the keys and portrayed poor organization skills, I was late for work. Mind you, this is the second day work had to be postposed because of poor service from Gerald. At this point the manager should of been involved and fixed the situation. When I got the bill after all this absolute mess, there was a factory recall that was taken care of, having to do with the airbag. When I looked at the bill, I was charged for zip-ties from a FACTORY RECALL. When did You ever have to pay for a factory recall? Secondly, a car stickered at over 52,00 should not have to have zip-ties in it. Going forward, I would avoid this service adviser at all cost. I have been to this dealership before and worked with Robert who was excellent. After this incident, I would avoid this dealership at all cost for poor organization, failure to communicate with customers and down-right poor customer service.-Tanner

I have purchased many different makes and models of cars over the years, but the recent purchase of my 2020 Audi A6 at Audi of Orland Park was the most pleasant of all. My sales representative, Nate Abed, patiently worked with me to locate just the right car with the exact color, interior, and option packages that I wanted. There was never any high pressure sales pitch or push to settle on a car without the features I wanted just to sell one they had on the lot. After a fairly exhaustive search, he found my car at another dealership and made arrangements to transport it to Orland Park. Greg Beyer, the Business Manager at the dealership, explained all the financing and coverage packages available in great detail and answered all my questions. The sales paperwork process is usually drudgery, but Greg made it quick and easy. Upon delivery, Nate explained all the features in the car. I truly believe we went to the moon with less technology than what is in this loaded A6. But Nate did his best to help me understand as much as I could absorb. Upon leaving, he told me that if I have any questions or if there was something I didnt understand about the technology or inner workings of the car that I should not hesitate to call him and he would explain it for me. From start to finish this has been a very pleasurable car buying experience.

I had the most wonderful, seamless and attentive car-buying experience with Peter (my salesperson) and Greg (my finance officer) at Audi Orland Park. I saw the car of my dreams online at their lot - the ONLY one on Google that had all the specs I was looking for and then some! I reached out late on a Friday afternoon from Cleveland and spoke with Peter. He proceeded to text with me into the evening, providing information about the car and the finance application. That night I submitted the application online and booked a flight to Chicago first thing Saturday morning. I drove off in my beautifully appointed matador red metallic a6 that afternoon. Honest truth, Audi of Hoffman Estates, is the better service center. I have a ‘18 SQ5 and the vent is peeling from the sun. Any other dealer should honor the cosmetic issues with a vent. They told me because it’s 19 months from the purchase date they can’t cover. Only 12 months or less, it would’ve been covered.

Best dealer experience Ive ever had. I made a request for an appointment to see the car, was granted an appointment very quickly. Sales asked what I already knew about the car vs just telling me all about it. They filled in the gaps of what I didnt know about. Financing was extremely transparent and fair and I was given a very fair market value for my trade-in. Closing was also very transparent about their process and what my options were. Excellent service, good availability. Gerald was awesome, however, this is the third time I since I have had my vehicle that something goes wrong. Once I called to schedule an appointment, recording asked to leave name and number. I never received a call. On a different occasion, appointment scheduled, arrived at dealer and no appointment in system. On the most recent, I called spoke to a person, scheduled a Valet service ( which is great) they were supposed to pick up vehicle the next day. I had to call an hour later to ask what happened. Apparently another flaw in the system. If it werent for Gerald, I would be a different dealership.

No reason over charging for oil change when I called three dealers quoted me 89 plus tax and u said I needed a filter replaced labor charge 80 look on u tube it takes a few minutes to replace u need to review your labor charges and just for owning an Audi and made in USA
