They are very professional and very friendly. They accommodated me without hesitation even though I came almost close to their closing time. They were able to change all my tires for less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place.

VIP Tire in Tinley Park is so amazing. They are reasonably and not out to just get your money and not tell you the full issue with your car. They get it right and fix it the first time around. They are very polite and kind. They are very professional and extremely knowledgeable in their skill. Marc is wonderful and so caring. His father is amazing as well. This establishment is family oriented as well. Eric is very helpful and helps you feel comfortable. Glenn is super cool and I see that he enjoys helping others. Jim is hilarious and definitely great person for help and info. Kyle is very polite and works diligently to get you in and out. This place overall is phenomenal and I highly recommend you get your full car service done at this location!!!!

Scheduled appointment online and still havent heard back for a confirmation as the email stated would happen. Then I got up there and was told it would be a 3hour wait and to call them at 2. Called no amswer called at 4pm and he told me it was too late in the day to do an oil change. TF?! NEVER will i return to attempt business with them. Went somewhere else & got great service with no line or waiting.I wish I could have given ZERO stars.

I feel super lucky that this was the nearest auto repair store when I found out my brake was not working well. People here were very responsible and told me that it would be very dangerous to drive my car back to Chicago that day. They told me the problem could be small or big, and it may cost 300 -2500 to fix. I was very worried about this because this was my first time here, and there was no way for me to take this car somewhere else for second opinion because of the broken brake. While waiting for mechanics checking my car, a lady who sat besides me told me she has been customer here for so many years and everyone in her family has their cars fixed here. This is the ONLY place that she trusts. The reality proves that the lady is correct. After a thorough check, they patiently explained and showed me the problems of my car. Finally, it costed me a little bit over 300 to get the problems fixed. Five star for the honesty and sense of responsibility for people working here. I am even considering to make another appointment to have my axles problem fixed here, despite it is a long drive from Chicago.

I had an outside warranty company and mechanic KYLE took all the time and gave my warranty all the patient it needed to get it right. You want to talk about going the extra mile....well they do it here! My car is running great and we take all our cars here. At first, I thought they misdiagnosed and mischarged me for my repair, as it didnt fix my problem, but they showed me what they fixed was an actual issue (just not the one I knew about or discussed). They then assured me (and followed through) that they would fix it, with only me paying for the part, no labor. They messed up at first, but they earned the 5 stars by correcting the problem while it didnt benefit them to.

Im from Ohio, I got a flat tire on my way home and did not realize my spare was gone from underneath my car! VIP got me towed and fixed with 3 brand new tires and when it came time to pay, I did not have enough to make it home so the awesome employee told me to get home safe and pay it forward! Tire popped & all shops were closing. I was going to miss my daughters college graduation. They stayed open waiting for the tow truck an extra 35 minutes and fixed my car for another 20 minutes so I could get on the road. They also called me to be certain I was safe 2 hours later. The best place to get tires & repairs. Always courteous from moment u walk in, and workers in back as well. Nice young men if u need a ride home or more detailed explanation. I highly recommend this shop for all your needs. Ive never had an issue. They care about their customers. While my Salesman Kyle was very professional, I simply came in to have my tire patched. I totally agree that the tire was worn out and I needed new tires, but they did not carry any tires that met my specifications. They gave me two choices.. buy tires from them or leave with the nail in my tire.I went over to another shop right after, I explained that I did not want to buy new tires today, and I understood that my tires were worn, but I just needed it patched until I could do without a car until the following weekend. The tire tech said he understood the situation and just because the tires were worn it was not a big deal at all to patch it. He didnt give me a choice, buy tires or leave-- so guess what? He cut me a good deal, I spent $1200 there and made an appointment for next weekend to have four new very expensive tires put on. The tires that I wanted, not what they had in stock. I told them about my VIP experience at VIP Tire, and he said theyre known for that and that I should thank them for not patching my tire as I probably would have ended up with scratched high end rims.Next time, let the customer know their tires are worn, thats part of your job obviously to sell, but if what I asked to be done was done... I probably would have purchased the tires that I needed.Two stars for Kyle, as he was professional.

I live and work in Tinley Park and I was looking for a good automotive repair shop to take my car for service. One of my clients highly recommended VIP to me. They were a local business, so I decided to give them a try. I recently brought my car in to have my transmission fluid changed and my serpentine and power steering belts replaced. The work was going to take a few hours to complete, so I had to leave my car there. They arranged to have someone take me home in the meantime which was really convenient. An additional part was needed which delayed when I could pick up the car, but I needed to get back to work. Fortunately, I got a ride to work and VIP arranged for my car to be dropped off at work so I could get home. The work was done to my satisfaction and getting a ride home and having my car dropped off at my work impressed me. This level of service is what I would expect from a luxury car dealership, not a local shop. The staff was very friendly and my experience painless. I would definitely recommend VIP to anybody looking for a good repair shop with great service!

Service was very friendly however extremely slow. Must have been an off day. Recommend tires, however after making the deal, turned out they needed to have those tires brought in from somewhere else. Sat and waited for almost two hours. Should have warned me up front about the long wait. But on the flip side, good location, friendly service, nice clean waiting area with coffee.

Brought my 2011 Nissan Altima in because it went into limp mode. Error code being thrown was for the Mass Airflow Sensor. Did some research and it seems to be a common issue and is usually not the sensor itself. Bring it here and tell them what I read and suggested cleaning the throttle body as my research suggested. I get a call later in the day saying they have to replace the sensor, I raise concerns but agree to pay for the part ($600). I pick it up that night.... And on the way home the check engine light comes back on and my car goes back into limp mode. I bring it back, they have to keep it over night. Im forced to rent a car to get to work, costing another $100. Pick the car up, and seems OK for a bit... But two weeks later my light comes back on and Im back in limp mode. Now Im going to the dealer, another 600 to replace the maf they already replaced and 200 for computer reprogram. So I might as well have thrown the 600 (+100 for the rental) in the trash instead of going to vip.

VIP Tire - they deserve their reputation. Staff is polite knowledeable and they have reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Garbage...i called in before hand to make sure they had used tires for my car. I needed two back ones for my jeep.. they insured me they did, then as im there they say one of the tires had a hole in it so...so i can either buy a new one or wait until they get another...all awhile they asked me a million times if i just wanted to purchasr new tires...i see there little hustle..and the used tire is not in good condition..i feel i spent 50 dollars for a tire that was just as bad or worse than the tire i had on there...terrible...never will go back..and will go outta my way to let people now just how much this place sucks

I have been going here for many years. There has clearly been a change in leadership approach etc... both times I have been there in the last year with very small leaks (air in the tire once a week) they have said that the same thing pinholeOn the sidewall cant be repaired must be replaced and you should do 2 tires for balance $$$$$. Given I had just gone through it I Inspected the sidewall and used soap and water to see if a leak existed (nothing). Time to try new place.

The people at VIP were professional and courteous however I was a bit disappointed over how they handled my valve (TPMS) step replacement. Halfway through getting new tires they called me to tell me my TPMS sensors by the valve stem are corroded and need to be replaced for $90 a tire or $360 total. I declined. When I arrived to pickup the car they showed me the corrosion and said they cannot gaurantee the valves wont leak.Before I purchased the tires a salesperson walked around the car and discussed and tread wear and issues with my old tires with me. I wonder why he did not show me the corrosion on the valve stems then and why they didnt tell me they cannot gaurantee their new tires will hold air before I purchased the tires.

The only place in town that had my tire in stock. Service was quick and the customer service was awesome
