Bought a white double oven electric range. Looks fantastic and works as if it was brand new, it’s possible that it works better than a brand new one. Great pricing for the unit and will recommend to all coworkers and neighbors in Wichita. Patty was fantastic through all communications. Well worth the 2 hour drive. I will definitely contact them again anytime I want to upgrade an appliance.

My oven in my Jenn-Air gas range quit working. I scheduled an appointment with a different repair shop and boy, am I glad it didnt work out. Not only were they 10 days out before they could look at it, they called me back 2 days later to push it out another 5 days. I set out to see if someone else could help us and came across Daniels Family Values Appliance. Not only did they have great reviews (much better than the other shop I had initially called), Jason answered the phone immediately and was at my home, 40 miles away from Topeka, in less that 24 hours after my initial call. Not only did he quickly diagnose the problem, he had the part that I needed with him. This was by far the best appliance repair service I have ever received. Im so impressed with his reliability, response time and knowledge, I will definitely recommend him to others.

Family Values is a joke. Called them on a Monday to look at our ice maker. They said they would be there Tuesday morning and said I would get a phone call when someone was on the way. I told them I had to leave for a Drs. appointment at 1:15. They said they would be there well before then. Absolute no show! I called them at 4 and they gave some bologna about running behind. Made no sense considering they were supposed to be there in the morning. They asked if someone could come at 6. Guy shows up pulls out the ice maker and says we need a new one. Miraculously after they leave our fridge that we have had no issues in the 4 years we have had this high end refrigerator is no longer cooling. My husband calls to let them know and they say they will send someone out right away. He lets them know I will be there until 3. They ask for the address AGAIN and no reply. Getting on to be a couple hours after they said they would be there and wont respond to the text messages I eventually call him once again at 130 to find out when they are showing up reminding them I will be gone at 3. We will be there very soon. 5 minutes before 3 I call again to tell them I wont be home. He tells me someone should be there now. Complete B.S. I asked if they could come at 5. He says that should be perfect. I ask if they would actually be showing up since I have been no showed so much. He then tells me they wont be coming tonight. Jason, who Im guessing is the owner, then hangs up on me. I call him back to let him know I dont appreciate his way of doing business and that I will be leaving an honest online review. Jasons response was Please do. Leave 10 of them. There is like 2 appliances repair places in Topeka. I think I will be fine. Do not waste your time or money on these folks. I thought I was doing well by trying to support small business and stay local but this place is an absolute joke. Also, they charge more on sales tax than the actual rate. I guess they think those few extra cents rounding up all the time will keep them afloat.

Started out great. I thought!!Bought Industrial size W and D.Cost me over 400. Washer didnt work right. Had them come get both cuz we were moving which she said was fine and hold it for me.Now since Oct 2019 Ive been asking for delivery and would pay extra for delivery..They never have delivered. Then they move off of 10th Street. No where to be found.I talked to Jason but still nothing. 400. Honest dollars, Im not letting this go.

Jason, the owner, came to my house to work on my washer. He responded immediately, with a fair quote, when inquired. When he came out to work on the washer, the issue seemed like a standard fix. He finished quickly, and was extremely professional. When he left the washer threw the code again. He came BACK out on a Sunday to work on the washer more. It ended up being a much more complicated fix than any of us anticipated. He came back out 5 different times to finish the work on the washer, and ensure everything that needed to be fixed was fixed. He even sat in front of my washer and watched it wash my clothing through the whole cycle to ensure it was working properly. Thank you for your kindness and continued hard work to get the problem resolved, Jason!

Shysters, plain and simple. They tried to sue us in court for what they stole from us, and rightfully lost. Now they wish to commit libel as well.The two gentlemen, though seedy, are quite kind. It was the female accompanying them who could not cease the threatening gestures and accosting. It is unfortunate they let someone so aggressive represent a business that would at first appear reputable.Do not let the smiles and friendly talk distract you from what they write on your receipt despite what you actually paid.They sold me a broken machine, they could not fix the machine, and then they accosted me and my girlfriend in my home and when responded to with less force they stole our receipt, took the return money, and left the machine.In the end all we have to show for our transaction with them is a door removed from its hinges never put back in its place, a broken washing machine and a drier sitting in the middle of our kitchen, less two-hundred-fifty dollars, less a receipt they stole, and some property damage they caused.They tried to sue us in court, lost, and still owe us $312.32. I have half a mind to sue them for defamation of character after I take them back to court at some point for what they owe. Attached the reminder of how they lost in court, AND didnt get their broken machines we wanted to give back because they told the judge they didnt want them.Prospective buyers be warned, quality and promised service are not guaranteed.

Terrible customer service!!! When we bought our wash/dryer set from them they said they were tested before hand. We got home and the heating element in the dryer would turn on when the timer was turned on, even before we would push start! In result the heating element and outlet got fried, also the thermal fuse got blown. When I called to explain what was going on, I was continuously interrupted and eventually they hung up on me.PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don’t care about you, they only care about getting your money!In all honesty when I called I just wanted them to reconfirm what they already told me at the time of the sale which was that they fully tested the set before hand. If the dryer was actually tested they would NOT have sold it like it was. The dryer literally almost burnt down our NEW house!!!!!!!!!!

My mother dryer went out. They were recommended to us. they came out the next morning and got it fixed. It was a simple wire that was loose. I give them 5 stars!.

I needed a stove and was told about this store by a friend of mine. When I went there I wasn’t positive about what my outlet looked like but purchased a stove anyway. When they delivered it I of course picked out one that didn’t fit my outlet. I thought I was going to have to get a different stove but I didn’t. They were so nice and just replaced the plug that was on the stove!! Everyone there is so pleasant. I recommend Daniels Family Values to everyone for all of their household needs.

My husband is a disabled veteran. He and I got a very nice Samsung washer and dryer set and a unique kitchen table (no chairs) and they even gave us a discount! The washer works great but the dryer has been giving us fits. Friendly people with decent prices. They delivered and hooked it up but we had to purchase the power cord for it and they installed it. We’re currently awaiting a new dryer because this one keeps malfunctioning - 2 stars for taking a month to get it repaired/replaced.

The best repair service around. He figured out what was wrong with my freezer in 3 questions and had it fixed in 15 minutes. And on top of that it was on a Saturday! AMAZING

I bought a washer/dryer set in May 2019 and I have been having an issue with my washer and they say appliance has a 90 day warranty well what good is that if its hard getting someone out to take a look at it. They say they will be out and then dont show.
