Ive gone here before for repairs (I promise they werent my fault and I can drive😂) and each time they have been super fast, professional, and did a fantastic job. Im honestly not sure why people have left negative reviews at all. The receptionist was very kind and everyone was very understanding and made sure to ask me if I had other questions or how else they could help me. My car was finished faster than the time they quoted me. I requested to go here for my second collision based on my experience the first time. Hopefully I will not return, but I will definitely be going here on the off chance.

First off, this is not the first time that I’ve had to use Laird Noller collision center. Both times but I’ve got my vehicle back, it had honestly looked better than it did before the accident. This last time I took it in, it took about one week longer than they told me it would. I was not mad because they were incredibly thorough with the inspection of the vehicle and wanted to make sure that it was an absolute perfect condition before returning it to me. JD at the collision center is an absolute rockstar. I am at Laird Noller customer for life, and I think you should be too.

I brought my SUV into the Laird Noller Collision Center after the hood was stained from something dripping on my hood in a parking garage. My husband And I tried to clean off the stain and even left the area, but we were unable to get the orange stain out. I had recently bought this car, so I was kind of upset about this! I spoke to a detailer, who didn’t think he could remove the spot. So, I prepared myself to get the hood repainted.I took my car to Laird Noller collision Center and spoke with a woman at the front desk that was crazy busy! I felt bad taking her time for my problem. She took a look at my car and told me to have a seat in the lobby while she “worked” on my car. She came back a short time later and said, “ I think you’ll be happy with me!” I sure was, the stain ( which she said was rust and lime from the parking garage) was completely gone !! My car looks great! No paint job needed!! Thank you Kaitlyn!! You rock!!!

My vehicle was backed into and due to the impact placement, it was not able to be driven. I had my vehicle towed to the Laird Noller collision shop over the weekend while they were closed. On the following Monday by 11 am, I had received a call about my vehicle and gotten claim information sent to the collision center so they could begin their work. By Wednesday that same week, I received approval from the responsible party’s insurance, and within 3 weeks of the initial date of loss, I had my vehicle back to me and looking good as ever.My advisor asked if I wanted a small paint reparation done near the area of impact for a small fee (less than $75 before tax) since they’d already be painting nearby. I cannot even see where the paint damage was before! All in all, my experience with Laird Noller Collision Center was excellent, and though I hope I will not have to utilize their services again anytime soon, I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a Collision Center in the future.

Have taken my vehicle twice get quality service everyone is kind of courteous.

I love this location. I purchased my car here used. The staff is helpful, nice, and always take care of me. They arent the cheapest in town, but by far the best value. They worked hard to find the parts for my car, the price match other places for my tires, and once I forgot the coupon for $$ off my oil change and they just gave me the whole oil change for free. They are honest and never pressure me into buying more than I need.

Communication from the staff was always polite and timely. I did not spend my time calling everyday wanting to know when my pickup would be ready. I was confident in the staff doing their job. Was glad I chose Noller to put my truck into like new condition following an accident. If a person chooses Noller I suggest letting them work and your car will be repaired and back to you in a timely manner. I go to Laird Noller because they tell me like it is. I can deal with that. It was heart breaking i went to get the news of how much my car cost..

I was told it would take three days to fix my car. Its been there for 14 days since they were supposed to start working on it. Never go to these people!

I would never recommend the collision center. They make promises and don’t meet them. Made arrangements to have my vehicle worked on and needed it by a certain date. They guaranteed I would have my vehicle back by the date I need it Took it in on the scheduled day. It sat for a week then they called me and told me they did not have the parts so they could not start on it. Their promises are not kept. Took my vehicle elsewhere. Worst customer service ever.

Never returned my call

I would not recommend to send anyone to this collision center. Customer service and follow up is lacking. After having the car for well over a week tried to take advantage of a 19 year old living out of town and making him pay for something they said they were doing ! When asked to talk to the manager she would not connect me.... what a joke.... great way to gain customers.. Beware if you choose to do business there.. complete lack of respect to the customer.

Still haven’t gotten my wife’s brand new car back and it has been a month. She went to pick the vehicle up from the Topeka location and there are scratches and dirt in the leather that weren’t there before, the trunk still had scratches in it, and none of the electrical is working properly!! If I could rate this place in negative stars I definitely would. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! I rarely feel compelled to write any review unless I feel that there is a need to help others not make the same mistake that I have and this is certainly the case with this place!! Car was taken directly back for more work upon driving it off the lot and I have every intention of finding a different auto-body place immediately to transfer it to. Again, do not take your vehicle here!! You have been warned....

Lol. Not declare my car totaled. Your performance was exemplary. The lady who inspected my car (unfortunately I dont recall her name but she deserves comondation and praise) was immensely knowledgeable and identified damages that the previous collision centre overlooked, in their rush to process me, and gave sage advice about how to proceed in my attempts to keep my car. Perhaps my four star rating is unfair and simply a product of my disappointment at loosing my beloved car. Without question your service was vastly superior to that of Lewis collision centre. And I would recommend you over them anytime to anyone. Thank you for your time and help. Infact I am somewhat confused about the negative reviews I see here and would strongly disagree without a full explanation of why their experiences were so negative.

Best place to get your car fixed...ever!!

I was so impressed with how helpful and friendly the Manager and his technician James were. I came in to get an assessment of damage to my front bumper to see if it could be repaired through paintless dent repair. James offered to take a look at it without an appointment but when he was out, the manager helped me with this. Not only did he advise me on how to repair the damage myself but cleaned the paint marks for me that were left on the damaged area without charge. His advice worked and the dent is now not even noticeable. Its so rare to see someone in this industry so honest and helpful. Theyve earned my business as a future customer!

Well i was going to butlaid was unprofessional and my car got told out insted of fix so i will never use them

I give them no stars this is the only way I get to write. I had work done on my car there and they were really rude people! After about a month what ever they used to polish my car with showed up stains all over my paint it will not come out now. They ruined my car their work is very unsatisfactory!!! They busted my windshield and made my insurance company pay for it. How wrong is that! Think twice about sending your car there in Lawrence

Wonderful staff that really knows their stuff and are more than happy to help. Their advice as I dealt with a totaled car saved me a lot of headaches and wasted time.

Wrecked car and was given a rental car for 30 days and they took the whole 30 to just give me an estimate.
