Took my Q50 in on 6/11/21 for a complimentary oil change, diagnostic and recall repair. I declined the $3000 worth of work they found which included brakes. A month later, I get my brakes done and was told my oil was filthy. They never changed it but lied on my paperwork saying they did so. This could have seriously damaged my engine and ruined my car. Totally unacceptable for a business. Stay away from this place it appears they are sabotaging cars.

I’ve had good and bad experiences buying cars at dealerships. Even the good experiences had the stereotypical back and forth games with the salesperson. I’m happy to say this was the first time I felt there were no games and I got an amazing deal. I only dealt with Kasra and he made it the best experience I’ve ever had. I just hope my getting my next car is as easy as this time was. If Kasra is around I’ll definitely go back to him.
The Finance Manager was not interested in helping us lease a car which was what we wanted to do. He wanted to sell us a car and even after telling him we were looking for something bigger, he insisted on selling us something old and smaller. We went somewhere else and have them our money and we had the best customer service treatment. Bottom line, dont settle and dont let him talk you into something youll regret driving.

I recently had my car serviced and I was very happy how everything was taken care of. I had reserved a loaner so that I did not have to wait in the lounge while my car was being worked on.The check in was handled well with Covid 19 precautions in place.I felt safe because of this.The repair ended up taking a few days, but because I had the loaner it was fine.I decided to get a detail done on my auto before I got it back.It was incredible.It looked like a new paint job had been put on my 7 year old QX50. Infiniti of South Bay is great and highly recommended.

Couldn’t have had a better experience. I came in looking for one car and left with another. Anita was very on top of things and knew what I wanted before I even did. In addition to this Maria was so fun through the whole experience and she was very knowledgeable about both of the cars I looked at. She was also very friendly and extremely personable. Lastly Steve and Erick were both amazing as well. With their help I was able to be financed with a good rate on my first car. I truly believe nowhere else would have worked this hard to earn my business, especially not with a used vehicle. I will be referring friends and family here anytime they are interested in a new vehicle and maybe once I’m older and ready to trade out of the 16’ Sonata I got I could come buy a new Infiniti😉
I purchased a car from South Bay and thats where the trouble starts. I traded in my own vehicle with a balance on loan. I was told it would be paid off the next week by Erik. Two week later it hasnt been paid off and my car note is still due. I call the dealership and was immediately given the run around by Steve who LIED to me and said he just saw the check. This then led to another week of nothing happening. My credit history is in jeopardy due to the actions of South Bay and its sales managers. I have had to resort to calling Infiniti USA due to the liars and unethical salesman at this dealership and plead with you to look elsewhere. This is a scam beware!!!!Addition 4/3/19The response that ownership left to this review is the SAME EXACT response I have gotten for WEEKS. My bank has a different response though which is that payment is due this week and they havent received it.I am happy to edit my review if management can assure that this is resolved and provide proof. The proof would be the loan is PAID OFF. I purchased the car 4 weeks ago. Dont let them do the same to you.

I had a great experience here. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, and kind. Everything is nice and clean. The waiting area is very comfortable with complimentary Starbucks coffee machine, water and snacks. Television for entertainment. Most of all, theyll thoroughly explain everything about your car and have you ready to go quickly.

This company is cheat, before I buy the car, the manager tell me they will pay the first year registration fee, but after I buy the car, they say they just cover the transfer fee$25, so they just come 2 month license fee, and then I have to pay the first year DMV registration $319. When I call them, they just say the sales manager was left not working for them and they didn’t know anything! They just cheat me well done!

This place is a fraudulent car dealer, after paying cash for the vehicle the dealer instead the dealer created a car loan with Infiniti financial with out my consent. This is not legal at all. False advertisement on the cat I purchased and they refuse to provide me the General Managers contact to try to solve the situation at the lowest level possible.Even if they reply to my comments the dealer is only doing it in bad faith in order for them not to be transparent or look bad in google reviews. Until today no General Manager has reach me to try to work things out, and I purchased the car back in Feb 3 2020. I cant trust any sales or finance manager since they are liers and keep being dishonest about what really happen.On April 08, 2020 I got a response from the owner Kelvin and I just want to say:Thank you so much for responding, for letting me know that my case will not be unnoticed and that you will be looking into my case immediately. I also have been having issues with the car. What a horrible experience please help as soon as possible. This has been very frustrating since the day I purchased this car. Thank you for your time.

Unfortunate that the poor administration and lack of follow up by the sales representatives and management took this experience from a 5 to 1.After purchasing a car 4.5 months ago, I have yet to receive my plates. I have called 7 times and spoken to 3 different people. Most recently the sales manager, Luis, who promised to call back 4 days in a row and never does.I would not recommend this sales team if you are looking for a seamless experience with great customer service and follow up.

Just bought the new 2015 Q70L. This is a very fine driving machine, especially on the freeway. The buying experience was very pleasant. Salesperson Mike Stafford gave me a great deal and handled all of the details with no stress to me. I initiated contact from their website and had everything set up via email before I went for the test drive. One more trip to the dealership and the car was mine. Great timesaver and even greater car! My wife owns a 2009 G37 convertible and her very positive experiences with the service department helped seal the deal.

Infiniti South Bay team provides the BEST service ever. I leased my G37 from them 3 years ago, and have just purchased it. The process was smooth and painless. This is the first time buying Infinity car and I had a great experience. The place was very nice and clean. Michael Stafford was very helpful and helped me find the car that I love and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with him.
I am not a patient person. I explained this and told the dealer exactly what a wanted. We talked on the phone and exchanged a few emails. I made an appointment for the car we spoke about on the phone. As we drove up the beautiful car was sitting out for us to get right to it. The manager and my salesperson were quick and explained everything to us. In addition, they gave me a great price on my trade in. The Financier was not pushy, offered me a few things and did not push it. I felt that they were trustworthy and the deal was extremely competitive. It pays to have an organized salesperson like Edgar Meraz.

Bait and switch. I let the salesman Ruben Ruiz know I live 5 hours away and wanted to negotiate everything over the phone and online so I just pick up the car when I drive/fly down there. Got the right car at the right price, all on paper, only to be told he cannot honor the price and has to raise it by $2,000.00. This is AFTER the fact that I had requested the day off from work, a friend requested the day off to drive me down there and after the fact they ran my credit. Took a hit on my credit report for no reason. Terrible sales tactics. Would never buy a car from this place.
The dealers were nice but after the deal was made, I had to wait approximately TWO hours just to get into finance to sign the paperwork. Apparently, they only have one finance person working there on the weekends. If you value customer service, you should have the appropriate amount of staff on hand, in order to expedite the process and make it as painless for the buyer as possible.

AutoNation Infiniti South Bay has completely restored my faith with bringing my vehicle in for regular maintenance and for anything else. My previous dealership was a complete nightmare and just turned out to be really shady in the end.
