Really great dealership. I bought the Nissan SUV from here recently. The car is in great condition, and the sales person (Gerardo Torres) is very professional and patient allowing me to test drive back and forth for two cars, each 20 minutes, and carefully illustrated different features for the cars along the way.When I picked up the cars on another day, he booked me a free Uber from my home address to the dealership since the distance is a little bit far, which made the commuting convenient and smooth for me (Otherwise, I need to take bus which cost >1 hour).In summary, nice car and friendly sales partner. Recommend this dealership and Gerardo Torres, who is really easy to work with.

I had a decent experience here. They were able to fit me in same day and replaced an issue with my breaks under warranty. However, while noted that they did a point-inspection they said they did not need to because the car was under 10k miles. I have never had a service center not give a copy of tire pressure and tread, and basic check at the minimum for safety. Definitely lowered my trust and probably will not return.

Daughter took her car in for a diagnostic after she got it back she wanted to ask some follow up questions and the service writer told her she asked more questions than his wife and she should not ask questions about things she didnt need to know about so he needs to either be schooled on how to talk to women without be denigrating and the public in general or re educated on who pays his checks as a paying customer she should be able to ask whatever she thinks she should know

My service appt was at 9 am but I was told to wait by my car in the hot sun. After 25 minutes I was approached by a very nice man. Overall I’m happy with the prices and staff but there seems to be a chaotic organization issue And the customer has to follow that broken process. The customer experience is pretty bad but the dealer can easily improve it by getting the manager to change the customer service experience. Leaving was delightful and easy as they brought my car to me, but it was waiting by the car in that was horrible.
Yvonne was up front cordial and quick with arranging and then changing the appointment to suit my needs. Chris is patient, efficient and helpful with questions and special requests. Prompt service with all-around inspection was included. Comfortable, quiet waiting area in the showroom. Vehicle returned washed, gleaming, vacuumed and sanitized. Whats not to like?

I just had the worst experience at this Nissan! They were very condescending! I told them to pull my credit with only Nissan! And they decided to pull from all 3 Bureaus 4 times! And if you know about credit it’s not necessary for them to shop your credit around to different banks. I explained that to the Big Hispanic guy who works in Finance but be brushed me off as if I didn’t know what I was talking about! I guess he was offended because I know how dealerships work! But I will be calling to make a complaint about Big Guy!

Paid for replacement of 6 spark plugs, asked for used plugs back 5 of 6 spark plugs replaced as one was far newer, with different design, different manufacturing code and different numbers on the plug, notified my representative day of with absolutely no response from her ( even sent pictures).Paid for serve not done completely, disappointed.

I went to have my oil changed and bought a new car! Couldnt justify the work my older vehicle needed so I took a look at the 2021 vehicles. No pressure, great service very friendly and accommodating. My sales person, MJ (Mendez Jones) showed me some good options and helped me find a vehicle that I hadnt considered. He listened to my needs, made great suggestions and found a great fit for me. I LOVE MY NEW CAR. Advanced safety features, beautiful design, super comfortable and fun to drive. The car is wonderful and as much time as I spend in it, worth every penny. Did some service for my 2016 Nissan Altima - close to 70000 on the car. My CVT transmission was starting to slip so I did a drain and fill. They also added some BG products to the service. WOW what a difference my car feels better than when I had purchased. Nice smooth ride.The other work done was a coolant flush and a throttle body/fuel system clean also with BG products. Rear brakes and other various Nissan recalls that needed to be done.Again! Car runs and drives amazing! Top notch service by Rick and his team! Gave my car back nice and clean to!

When they brought my new car out he went over all the features, explaining the safety thoroughly so that I knew what do in an event of emergency and so that I wouldn’t be startled by the warning lights or vibrations. That was so thoughtful of him; and he even made sure my cell phone was properly connected and I knew how to set up all my info. Little things like that are what make a great salesman. I went in for my regular 6 month/5,000 mile maintenance. The Service Advisor (Manuel Villegas) was friendly and courteous, kept me informed and clearly explained the services being performed. The facility was clean and comfortable and the service was complete in a timely manner.

I especially appreciate that she asked the LEAF technician to give me a technical explanation for why Nissan could not restore my battery bars from 11 back up to 12 unless they replaced the entire battery. That was excellent team work. She did not simply say we cannot restore your battery. She asked her team member to explain why with great technical detail. TORRENCE Nissan is much better than GARDENA Nissan. I will never return to GARDENA Nissan.
I did not purchase my vehicle at this dealership. I had an appointment at my original dealership yesterday and as soon as I pulled onto the lot, the appointment was rescheduled to later this month. My work schedule changes often and I only have a small window of availability. I had a positive experience at this Nissan location before and I was able to schedule a next day appointment (today). I was given a list of options for my service and all of my questions were answered. I will be coming back to this location to purchase a vehicle soon. Claudio and the cashier were very nice. I also appreciate the social distancing with the chairs in the lobby and seeing the masks on all of the employees.

After I bought the car I forgot several items in my trade in car and he mailed them back to me after he found them in the car. My wife and I went to Nissan of Torrance on a whim after leaving another dealership we didn’t feel comfortable with. From the start it was a night and day difference. We were welcomed the moment we entered. The customer experience made buying a new vehicle so much less stressful. From the sales person, to the management, to the financing department each person treated us like welcome customers and worked with us to get the right price for our budget. I have brought my older Nissan to another dealership since I moved here in 2014. I will now be bringing all of my vehicles to Nissan of Torrance.

Nothing but disappointment. We called in and made an appointment to see a truck, upon our arrival weve been told that the truck needs repair and they are selling it as is. (It wasnt mentioned in the ad) Mendez Jones was really offensive when I asked for a manager he got the finance department manager, Miguel Gonzalez which was more polite that Mendez but they didnt admit their mistake, not even an apology.. I left the dealer with disappointment and no car....they tried to sell me a new car, but hey, no trust after what they did...stay away from this dealer

Richard Burns took my car key and processed my service. I told him Im going to work so please dont wash my car. I went to the customer lounge waiting area and he kept passing and walking past where I sit and never talk to me or nothing. No communication whatsoever. After one and a half hour for the first time he talked to me and asked did they texted you that your car is done? I said no so he showed me to the cashier lady and my paper work is sitting on the table waiting for me to pay and go. This Richard Burns dont know how to do his job. He doesnt want to talk to the customer and wasted my time.
I got my 2016 Nissan Altima serviced back brakes, brake fluid replacement and new driver sunzior. I was serviced by Shanarah and she was great. all of my concerns were met. I had a lot of questions and she answered every single one. she knew her products and the function of each product. I will return to this location just because her service was so good.

If you’re looking to buy, finance, or lease a car, ask for Mandes Jones! I came in this past Saturday because I received an email about trading my car in for a new one. Once I walked in, I was greeted by Mandes. I told him that I was interested in the 2021 kicks or Sentra. He showed me both cars along with letting me test drive them. After that we went back to the dealership to see what he could do for me to own the 2021 kicks. After going back and forth a few times and almost leaving the dealership with no car, he suggested for me to get a 2020 kicks that was used but practically new and pretty taken car of. We met in the middle and figured something out for me to leave with the car that same day! The entire time I was there, I was made sure I was being taken care of even after I left the dealership. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales rep than him!

It took double the time initially estimated (which made me late to an appointment) and no work was actually done to my car besides the mandatory inspection that cost me $80. I got the car back unwashed (I had asked for it to be washed) and had to go find it myself in the lot in order to get it returned to me. I was frustrated to the point of tears. They wanted to charge me $1200 to replace a part that just needed to be cleaned. There’s so much more I could go on about, but that was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership.
Claudio gives excellent customer service. He is very attentive and a professional person. Always a good experience with Claudio.It would be nice for someone to stay on top of disinfecting the door handles to main entrance, table in waiting area, during this covid-19 times. I have been there a few times during this Covid times and I have never seen anyone disinfectant area considering that many people are in and out .Thank you!!

Not only I left with my car transmission replaced but walked out with an oil change, new tires and on TOP of that my car was washed. I was really happy and satisfied with your great service. Overall, the staff of Nissan of Torrance was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Nissan of Torrance to a Friend, and I would definitely come back in a near future. Today I picked up my car from Nissan of Torrance after my car being there for eight days. The only thing done to my car was a diagnostic. Supposedly, the vehicle was ready on Monday. I contacted Nissan of Torrance and the service department several times on monday with failure to get any information from anyone. I finally out of pure frustration and anger of zero communication, drove down to the dealership myself. The gentlemen who worked on my car lied to the person writing up my vehicle, stating he contacted me several times and the car was ready on MONDAY. Also told me that the issue with the car wasn’t under warranty, which I understand, but didn’t let me know that until I had to storm in myself. On top of zero communication and being super unprofessional, I got my car back with half a tank of gas. I made sure when it went in it was full. As well as the service department leaving protective gear and gross covers in my car. I was also told that my car was going to be washed before it was picked up and it was not. I am very displeased with this dealership and their staff and DO NOT recommend you give this location your trust. I’m normally not one to come on and leave a review but I am very disappointed in this experience. NEVER AGAIN

My wife and I went to Nissan of Torrance to buy her a new car and we got a great deal! Jose Enriquez was our sales associate and he went the extra mile to help us decide on the right car. The Finance Department did a great job of going over the paperwork and everyone was nice and professional. Kudos to Nissan of Torrance -- Great Job!
