Good prize but really bad costumer service.. Need more employees.. Only had two registered open and one of them was taking care also with the fitting rooms and they didnt even let you try the mask on. and when i got home after been 40min on line to paid for the outfit the mask was broken 😒... It was my son costume for school the next day i didnt had more time to return it i had to glue it together... Bad experience wont go here next year and bad costumer service if i could i will give them no stars at all.. This is my first time writing a bad review...😞

They were extremely rude and very unhelpful.... They only allow you to try on 2 costumes in the entire store which is ridiculous. Theres no point on spending alot of money for a costume that they sell at every other store when the employees are gonna be rude
