Absolutely aggravating. I ordered something and paid almost $15 extra for two-day shipping. Not only did my package arrive late, it wasnt even what I ordered. I would definitely suggest that nobody order anything online from this store. Now I have to pay another $17 to sent it back through UPS. Told when they receive it Ill get a refund to my card and then I can re-order the correct item. It was a birthday gift and it was late in the first place, so now I have to wait over a week to get what I ordered after shelling out extra money. No, I will not be re-ordering it from them, Im just going to find it somewhere else as this is absolutely ridiculous.

The worst I will never ever deal with company again they rob people of their money and very unprofessional I had to call them to credit back my money for and incorrect item they sent me so if I never called i would have never received my money back and they take 20% to put back on the shelf I had to pay to it send back I never felt so robbed anyone who reads this take my word of advice for your hard own money do not buy anything from this company you will be robbed
