Very good sales experience--knowledgeable staff, low pressure, very good customer service and attention to detail. Best car buying experience ever. I went in for a 30 day new car check up and it took 3 hours of waiting in the lobby. Thats in addition to another 15 minutes of waiting in line to just check in without anybody really even speaking to me. I had a question that they couldnt answer; first they suggested I wait untill my next service and to run through all the features with me (obvious brush off). I pushed back and then they said theyd call Hyundai and get back to me, but they never did. On the way home, my low washer fluid light was still on but I think theyre supposed top off all fluids on that check. Now Im not sure they did anything in that 3 hours. Oh and I tried calling them for a status on the call to Hyundai 3 times and it just goes to voicemail. Luckily the Hyundai 3 year complimentary oil changes can be used at any dealer.

I had such an amazing experience purchasing a new car with Kevin at Hyundai. I told him upfront that I wasn’t too excited about buying a new car because I had just totaled my car and I hated that I had to replace my lost car. Disappointed with our experience there. We made an appointment to come in and test drive a car, yet they made us wait 25 minutes before anyone helped us. Then they showed us one car to test drive that wasnt similar to what we wanted, then after a quick test drive told us we needed to get out because someone else wanted to test drive it, unless we wanted to buy it. Overall disappointing - I get that its a sellers market, but you would think they would at least show some customer service to a potential buyer. In the end we went elsewhere and were much happier with the service we received.

Is 5 stars the most I can give? I never thought Id say I had a positive experience at a car dealership, but it happened. I know all the tricks and this was the third Hyundai dealership I visited. I know the pricing, available rebates, and what can typically be done. Our Certified Sales Consultant, Stan Gabrovski, went way above and beyond what anyone in their right mind needed to do and helped us understand all the bells and whistles of the car AFTER we had already bought the car and LITERALLY took us page by page through the quick start guide and made sure my mom understood how to use the car. Not only that, but the Managers and Finance guys (sorry, cant remember names. One was Jason!) helped us work out the finances so we could make the payments work. WAS GOOD. If youre still reading this, let me stress the most important part. THE PRICE WAS ACTUALLY BETTER HERE THAN OTHER DEALERSHIPS. DONE.

Do not let the five stars to fool you. I sold my car to them, then received letters saying that I have to pay for parking tickets that are not mine. Called there to get an explanation and the manager was extremely rude, condescending, and disrespectful. Since I bought my car at this place my life has been full of stress. Towson Heritage has the worst costumer service I have seen in my life. Save yourself time, money, and peace of mind and go shop at another place. I contacted Hyundai to explain my situation, but it didn’t help neither. It is better to pay more for a Toyota or Honda, then don’t waist your money buying a Hyundai at this dealer. Internet manager Sarah has the worst costumer service. She made jokes while I was explaining my concerns.AN UPDATE. I have the Hyundai Elantra for less than 2 months and it already broke. It will take almost a month to have an appointment to fix it. This is the worst place to buy a car.

Ibrahim was amazing to work with when purchasing my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. He answered all of my questions on the phone, responded promptly and had a lot of the work done when we arrived to the showroom. He’s not only very personable but is extremely knowledgeable and went over the entire vehicle with me to show me all of the many features and how to work them. He also helped set my app up to control a few of the vehicle features from my phone and all of the extra things we were receiving- like oil changes and basic maintenance for 3 years or 36,000 miles and the Diamond Ceramic Car Protection plan. Walked in with the intention to buy a new car if they had what we wanted. It so happened that the stars aligned and the exact model and specifications we were looking for was there. Ibrahim was our sales representative and he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles knowing exactly what all the features and specs of the car was. My only complaint is that the dealership was doing an up charge (2500 to be exact) due to the demand. I had called a couple places in VA who were not doing the upcharge so just a little frustrating. There was no negotiation, budging or special incentives offered. Prior to Hyundai I had a Mini and although they were expensive they did things to make up for it, such as giving complimentary utility floor mats after our purchase. The overall sense I got felt different than what I was used to at Mini and more money based then actually developing a relationship with their customers.Also, trying to take advantage of any discount I could get. I did not qualify as a first responder even though I work in the emergency department and disaster relief, have been dealing with COVID for the past 1.5 years. Apparently Hyundai changed their definition of what a first responder is recently...a little disappointing.Overall positive experience and liked Ibrahim, definitely recommend him as a representative!

My biggest mistake in my life was to go to this dealership. Even if you go to this dealership ; stay away from the “ Perry A Satterfield “ .Worst experience : Perry was my salesperson. Such an arrogant and unprofessional. He will make you feel unwelcome. His only objective is to sell you a car without guiding you properly and walk through you about the car features. However, his behavior will make you feel helpless and hopeless. You will make you feel like its an fortune for you that he is your salesperson and your are bound to him . Ignore him immediately if you accidentally reach to this dealership.Worst Dealership : I’ve visited 5 dealership to purchase my car before I visited this dealership . So i know how a dealership and salesperson meant to be .The reason i would say its a worst dealership . Because when they sold car to me they told me that i had about 3 days guarantee to return my car if there is any issue . The car i choose was great but i had a key features that was mandatory for me . The salesperson “ Perry “ told me it was available in the car that i choose since he never explained me any features properly neither guide me to choose it, I trusted on his word . Before i left the dealership along with my new car he made me sure the features was there but in the next day I learned the feature wasn’t available in my car. However, i reached out to the dealership and they never helped me to exchange . They said they will trade my car and all those things . But i was supposed to get a exchange or return offer since i had their dealership guarantee for 3 days . Then i talked to General Manager, he talked to me and listened to me guess what he never reached me out to me to exchange my car. Overall, i would say combination of this Dealership and the salesperson gave me the worst buying car experience that I’ve ever had . Such a bad luck i choose this dealership .

I emailed them letting them know a lease offer I received from another dealership. The manager called me and told me they could definitely beat it. I asked if she was sure since it would take me almost an hour to drive there. She assured me I would.Long story short after 3 hours of being there they were not even close to the offer and said the offer must not have been real. After all that wasted time I went to the other Hyundai dealership and got the deal I was promised. Waste of time that all could have been avoided by just some simple checking instead of promises that were not true.

Absolutely horrible service. They have had my car for 2 weeks and no one has even thought of updating me on the status of anything. When I call up there they all give me the run around as to why they can’t tell me the status of my vehicle. I drive a 2020 Hyundai Sonata that needed a 14$ part. 2 WEEKS AND THEY DINT RETURN CALLS, THEY ACT LIKE MY SERVICE REP IS NEVER THERE.Absolutely horrible place, disgusting staff and overall bad business. If I could give no stars I would. I HIGHLY advise against bringing your car here . This is a bad place with lack of communication, no trust involved what so ever.

The best car buying experience we have ever had! Deon, and the rest of the Heritage team, were extremely patient, professional, and attentive. We left with our new car feeling we got a great deal on a great car. Highly recommend Deon and Heritage!

First let me start by saying I really love my car! With that being said, I will say part of my loving my car started with my Salesman George V ( I dont want to spell his name wrong). From the time I walked into the dealership, George was attentive to all my questions about what I was looking for. Keep in mind it was raining cats and dogs, but that did not deter or discourage George from making sure I got the right vehicle. George and I test drove several vehicles to make sure I got what I wanted. I was really on the fence between the 2021 Sonata Hybrid limited or the same model in gas. George was patient and listened to my concerns. We both agreed on the gas model even though it was cheaper than the hybrid. I was really impressed with him making sure I got what I wanted and not concentrating on getting his commission on the sale. Ive never experienced that type of integrity from a dealership before. As a matter of fact I went to another dealership which I wont disclose who acted like I was not there! I glad they did because this led me to Heritage Hyundai and George. I had an issue, which was not Georges fault, but he made sure he made it right!! Overall I must say if youre looking for a fine vehicle, go to Heritage and ask for George V. I will say the other sales people appeared to be nice because the energy in the dealership was very positive, but for me George V was my guy. TOTALLY SATISFIED!!!
