We pull off the side in parking lot I cut it off so we can get home our 4 kids where with us that day. i call back up at mile one mile we took up there so they told us this Insurance claim so we call our insurance we took to them look at they won’t fix because there existing damage to this suv mile one say that we hit something on highway we never hit anything because if we it won’t be running.they call me yesterday trying tell our Insurance expired that’s why they won’t fix it that’s lie our Insurance is good until November they are trying scam us The passenger side door has a dent and rust the tail light gets water in it it’s cracked they sold us a beat up SUV . The pictures show the existing damage that not from us . Our Insurance body shop says there’s rust and corrosion or insurance was never canceled and it never expired we have the card I been fighting this for 3 months now. I filed claim with Better Business Bureau about this
Horrible experience with heritage dodge jeep dealership. Was treated rudely by sales staff and management.Contacted general manager after returning from vacation, Brad could not have been any nicer and made things right with me. Second time in there everyone we dealt with was pleasant and professional.
They will lie to get you into the dealership saying no down payment we wont waste your time but when you go in they tell you they need down payment such a shame. Plus i was told theyll try to figure out something to help and call back never was contacted again and trying to get a hold of someone in finance is a joke.
My wife and I purchased a 2014 Buick Encore from Heritage Buick Owings Mills, MD recently. The salesman Mark Hughes was excellent. However, Andrew Lesueur, Sales Manager, leaves a lot to be desired. Not only did he appear disheveled, he never introduced himself to me or my wife. When negotiating prices to finalize the deal, he was extremely difficult to deal with and was abrupt. After our car was being prepped for pick-up, my wife, myself and our salesman, Mr. Hughes, noticed that our car had been damaged during preparation. Mr. Hughes brought this to the attention of Mr. Lesueur who would not stand behind this damage and Mr. Hughes paid for repair to our car out of his own pocket because he knew that Heritage Dodge was responsible for this repair. Mr. Andrew Lesueur, Sales Manager, never approached my wife or myself to extend the customary thank you acknowledgements for purchasing a car from his dealership. Mr. Lesueur was more of an adversary then an ally. If the car we purchased weren’t such a “cream-puff “ my wife and I would have left and sought out a dealership that would appreciate our business. As long as Mr. Lesueur works at Heritage Buick in Owings Mills, MD, my wife and I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I think that Mr. Lesueur needs more training working with the public or should look for another line of work because of his poor people skills.
I have bought multiple cars from this group and I am amazed at how many Great employees they have working in each location
I purchased a new vehicle on 9/12. As I write this (11/9) it still has not been registered. The dealer uses a third-party contractor to do the registrations. The dealer is unable to tell me a day that it is going to get registered which is ridiculous. It has been two-months since purchase; all was well when signing on the dotted-line, now that were gone they have completely dropped the ball. I now have a brand new vehicle sitting in my driveway that I am making payments on; it is unregistered, uninsured and therefore un-drivable. I have no timeline for when it will be registered; apparently its a big mystery. In the meantime I wait and look at it in my driveway; hoping nothing falls on it because it has no insurance until it gets registered. Nice.
Terrible service and buying experiences at the Parkville VW dealership. We’ve had 4 new VWs over the past 8 years (Valley Motors and Ourisman) and always avoided this dealership until recently when we got a new Tiguan. Since Valley Motors closed this is our closest VW dealer. I tried servicing my GTI there, one scheduled service with a recall, don’t bother, 3 service managers in two months and recall was never done. The buying experience should have been easy, they had the car, price was agreed, credit was approved. We were extremely clear about everything. The GSM,Sales Manager, and Salesman were nice people but the finance guy, Marcus, started by ignoring my wife, who was buying the car, then told us he’d wasn’t a VW guy and would never buy a turbo motor because they don’t last, before just flat out lying about extended service contracts and giving us the run around on rates. we bought the VW Care at the price he quoted but were told it was actually a $300 discount. He had no idea what the savings were when buying VW Care, “a lot”. No one seemed to know the cars, trim levels, or features in great detail. There was no phone pairing or radio presets. A prepaid part didn’t show up as promised and parts never called us to tell us when it arrived. Was also told a debit card was OK for down payment then told it wasn’t. we also never got the cargo muddy buddy matt, was told to flip over the standard matt. And to top it all off everything was recorded with my wife’s name and my email address. Just a typical car dealer experience, took longer than it should and nothing went as it should. The GSM was nice about it but there is no fixing this dealership. Nice sales people, just not a professional dealership. We should have gone to Ourisman but 45 minutes away. Not sure if we’ll stick with VW if this is our local dealer and I need a new one in 18 months. I wonder if anyone from VW will reach out...
Thanks for a great buying experience. I managed to come on a rainy day when business was a little slow, but it was sure to my advantage. Jeffrey Webber was very knowledgeable and made my dealership experience very pleasant with out a hard sell attitude. Thanks again!
1 reviewShare reviewEmbed reviewWrite an updateEdit review7/24/2020By far the worst car buying experience i have ever had. I wish i could give them a negative star rating. I purchased a 2019 Dodge ram from Mile One around FEB-March time frame. I have yet to receive my real tag. I still have a temp tag on the truck which has expired so i cant even drive the truck. Now the bank is sending me letters saying they have yet to receive the title to the truck. I have sent multiple emails and called the dealership and left messages. I have yet to hear anything from the dealership. Save yourself the headache and dont buy from Mile One. You will thank me later.
If i could give them less than 1 star i would..worst dealership ever !! They never get back to your calls, completely careless and irresponsible with their work..its been THREE WHOLE MONTHS since i purchased my vehicle from them and i still have yet to receive my plate !! ..countless calls and follow ups and Ive just been given the runaround !! All dmvs confirmed nothing was filed and the dealership isnt willing to resend the paperwork !! Completely irresponsible and careless.. avoid them at all cost possible !!
This location is one of the best in Baltimore Maryland. The customer service here is unparalleled. They take care of their customers and make them feel like family. I appreciate all the work they do. They can be a bit pricey but maybe its because of my vehicle. Never the less they always get me right.
First Time ever dealing with Heritage Volkswagen Parkville. On Saturday 9/19/2020 I took my son to buy his first car he was approved for the car which was at the Catonsville location . We was told by the Finance Mgr ( Charles Wicks ) that the car would be in Parkville early Monday morning because it was after hours and to late to get the car So get insurance on the car so that’s one less thing we have to do on Monday when the numbers are worked out . So Charles said he talked to another manager over in Catonsville he gonna get us with a good Bank because he know people at the bank and my son would get a employee discount. We will get you right. But you are definitely good to go the car is yours . So now we are back Monday 9/21/2020 sitting at heritage Vw Parkville since 1pm No car has arrived from the Catonsville location yet it’s well after 5 pm . We was told we cannot get the car because they had appointments for people to go look at the car in Catonsville . So now Charles has gone for the day after lying bluntly to my face about this car situation. So I asked to speak to another manager I talk to ( Gabe ) I explained what was going on how we was approved for the car was told to call & get the insurance on the car it’s a GO !!!! Well ( Gabe) calls over to Catonsville to get the car ok now it’s after 6pm 6 hours still no car - The sales lady gone to get the car wait for the car to get to Parkville finally it made it We take a look around the car it Nice we ready to close the Deal ... But onething needs to be Fixed on the car it’s has Front End Damage all on the passenger side of the front bumper with holes in the bumper .. The bumper needs to be replaced ( Gabe The Manager) comes back over we talk I shows him the Damage. He says well Nope only thing I can do is send it back to Catonsville and they not gonna fix it because I took it from them & they already deducted the price of the Damage off the sales price . I’m have never heard of such .. So I guess we was suppose to just buy a vehicle with damage on it well over 15,000 + tax & tags . The service that was rendered there was terrible and as a first time customer I will never return nor will I recommend heritage to anyone . We waited almost 8 hours just to end up not getting the car because they did not want to fix the bumper on the vehicle I didn’t know that’s how dealerships was selling cars now damaged already without fixing the problem .. Everyone should be on 1 accord Bad customer service and it wasn’t the sales person it was the Manager’s .
I have now purchased two used cars from MileOne dealerships and been extremely pleased with each one! Both times they have had good selection at two different dealerships and the service has been great. They are always organized and prepared when I arrive. They make the process quick and easy and they offer a fair price for a reliable car. I am so happy with my purchase and the service they have offered! I highly recommend MileOne to anyone looking for a car!
Go see Mike Lanci for your next vehicle....The service Outstanding as well
After being sent multiple spam emails asking me for my opinion again, even though I emailed and messaged the managers (GM Richard Hollander and Manager Darrington) of mileone and at Catonsville, where the issue occurred, sending an email stating exactly what I said to them in person. This just shows they do not care and they are not taking my complaint seriously. Now that I have calmed down, I will prevent other customers from dealing with the same issue, as they are clearly doing and will do nothing about this employee. I was disrespected and felt unsafe during the shuttle service ride driven by Chris Holmes. I am uncomfortable, as a woman, that this person drove me home. I understand being late to work happens, but making people wait instead of finding a viable replacement option for THEM to get to work on time, because their shuttle driver was late, and that wouldn’t have to require them going through the process of renting a car when they did not need it (clearly except for that morning), shows lack of organization and willingness to find a viable resolution other than to wait. However, the main issue was the late driver’s Chris Holmes’ behavior. It was blatantly obvious he was late, confirmed by the manager that he was late, so why continue to lie about it during the entire car ride. Then tells me to shut my mouth, he is here, yet fails to drive me to the proper address, multiple times, despite repeating it multiple times, while focused on setting the music because that was important at the time. He was slurring his words into the navigator which explained why it didn’t register the 5 times he said the address. Goes off about how the world is, while I am quiet and distraught. He then gets to a left turn at a red light, with no no left turn on red signal sign, he clearly can turn but doesn’t go until it is green, further wasting time on purpose. How much more incompetent can you get. I should have jumped out the car at that point. When I communicated this to the manager, he then had the nerve to bring up social issues to justify this employee’s behavior, as if that was relevant in my complaint. Then he should not be working and dealing with customers, at all, at this time. A stern ‘talk’ isn’t going to do much to someone who is senile and defends their unprofessional behavior because they have worked there for a ‘long’ time.I recommend you avoid their shuttle service by Chris Holmes, so you don’t feel disrespected or unsafe. Again, if these are the people that they hire and justify keeping, let alone their behavior towards customers, you should do business and service somewhere else.
I bought a used truck in December from Parkville lot and had a wonderful experience with Salesman and Sales Manager.. That experience ended after I drove off lot. I was told the truck had daylight running lights but they were never turned on by dealer - I emailed and called salesman several times with no response - so I was told to call service manager and twice left message without return call. Very disappointed in Mileone Autogroup and might be last time I deal with them.. I finally got to talk to Kurt as well as salesman calling back. They are taking care of the problem and making me a happy customer and ready to deal with them in future
In a time where buying a vehicle is as easy as searching online. MileOne Autogroup and their Heritage stores are going above and beyond for the consumer to make it easier and have a streamlined process to make it more efficient as well. They really are creating a more comfortable buying experience for all customers shopping for vehicles. Dont buy a vehicle until talking to a Heritage store to see why they are #1 in Maryland!
Had to go back twice after my first visit. I had a nail n my tire it was removed n patched. 3 days later the tire light comes on again. Took it back waited about 3 hrs. Then that monday same thing tire light is on again. Here i go again back the have tire checked again. Now they saythe seal was broke. Wasted plenty of my time for something so simple
Buying my Jeep was down right painless. They had exactly what I wanted in stock. We bought 2 cars the same day. The other is a Chrysler 200 convertible. Paperwork was a breeze.Post sale, the service dept has been very good to us. Easy appointments, all work completed. They have made the sale and service of our vehicles seamless and painless.
Seemed like a long wait for an oil change/tire rotation appt at 8:30 am. Didnt get done til 10:30. Understand it was busy though. Friendly, polite service providers.
Consistent service from sales on multiple purchases.Thank you and keep up the good work!
Always a great experience when you deal with Heritage dealerships. Ryan Luckert was the best!
I had a fantastic experience for my first time buying a car with the help of Ibrahim. Definitely will come back. Truly an amazing car dealer and dealership.
Awesome experience. Very attentive, courteous, and thorough.
Hall bought Toyo of EC shortly after I bought a new Camry there. The prior owners included a bunch of oil changes that could be scheduled for a mobile tech at my OBX home. I just found out that Hall (Mile One Auto Group) discontinued the mobile service. Apparently, they could care less about return customers. Why would I drive three hours round trip to save $25 on an oil change? I wont be returning to any Hall dealership if they wont honor dealership commitments. I owned a Jeep when Dodge acquired Jeep. The Jeep warranty was still honored by the new owners.
Ive purchased/leased my last 4 vehicles from Heritage Parkville. I was able to do a new lease today with Heritage Honda Parkville. Kahliq has been working with me and was very patient, answered all my questions, and was able to get me the right deal. I am loyal to Heritage Parkville.
Although I didnt purchase a vehicle, which was no fault of any employees, I wasnt pressured, was treated with upmost respect and presented with several options. The gentleman that I met with was named Randall Melvin. Although he assisted me specifically, the overall atmosphere was extremely inviting
Staff here are always friendly. Took my Jeep in for some body work and they took care of it in the time they promised. They also detailed it and did a great job. Wont ever take my Jeep anywhere else for service and what not.
Love it here I have been getting my cars from them since 2009. Ask for Gary, hes a great salesman.
Mike was great to do business with. Up front with pricing and found the options we wanted. I would recommend stopping here if your in the market for a new car.
Good service department. The sales staff is not very honest when making there pitch. Dont believe the sales ads.
I was going to buy a car their salesmen were pretty good but I really didnt care for their products so I went on down the road and got me a Toyota but they were very nice people and I appreciate it everybodys help but I did a little better somewhere else uphams house and things just seem to cost you a little more than they would anywhere else
Great place to buy a car from! We knew exactly what we wanted coming through the door. Was able to find a sales rep fast, I mean it is a car dealership after all, and got the paperwork rolling! Rep was knowledgeable about our car and helped us set it all up (bluetooth, etc) definitely going back when we need to upgrade my husbands car
I bought a used vehicle from Russel and they were fantastic, no issues there. The issue arose when it came to customer service from MileOne as I had a problem with my warranty. Basically the blizzard prevented me from getting service when my warranty was active and when I could reschedule the service my warranty had expired by then. I was asking for an exception or for review of my issue due to the weather disaster. The person I spoke to was incredibly passive, rude, and had no intentions of helping me whatsoever. He gave me no clear answers, wrote it off as not his problem... I could basically hear him rolling his eyes over the phone. I asked for suggestions as to what I should do if he was not the person I should be speaking with and he still told me there was nothing he could do (or would do) and implied I was fabricating a story to try and fool the insurance company- mind you I was not making any sort of claim nor did I mention insurance. The warranty company told me I needed to call the dealer (MileOne) who then told me to call the warranty company because the rep I talked to previously must have not wanted to deal with my issue. I expect this particular man from MileOne was doing the exact same thing- passing it on because he could care less. I was incredibly frustrated by this whole experience, not to mention upset that my vehicle would now cost thousands more to repair without the warranty. Instead of sympathy or at least a helpful word of advice for a next step I received accusations that I was trying to make a false insurance claim and passive statements that only made me feel worse. Whoever this gentleman is needs some serious lessons in customer service. Even if you cant help the person, offer some substantial guidance on the issue, dont accuse her or him of being in the wrong. I loved my experience with Russel but after this, I will never shop for a car at a MileOne retailer again. You might win some but you just lost one.
Great customer service and no huggling by the salesperson
Our sales consultant Joe did a fantastic job, he made the process smooth and was helpful every step of the way.
It was great
Was 1st person there and people after me got serviced first. I had 0730 apptfor oil change.
Great service but needs a fast charger at this location.
Came in at 12:30 still sitting here at 3:49. Only needed two Michelin pax tires put on. But, Bill was extremely helpful through this entire ordeal.
Bait and Switch sales tactics used at this establishment. We were interested in a truck listed on their website and were contacted by Randall Melvin and setup a time to come see it. We drove over an hour to get there, met with Buddy Holmes who went on a test drive with us. Once we sat down to talk financing Buddy came back to give us the “bad news” that the truck was already sold. As was another truck recommended to us. But, surprise, they can offer another truck that costs $5000 more. If we buy a more expensive vehicle we will do so at another dealer. Pathetic. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
Wonderful place to buy a Honda and get the Honda Serviced too
Very convenient location, nice service but wait time is unacceptable. An EXPRESS oil change and tire rotation takes two hours every time.
Really this place is a good dealer. I bought a car and Im so happy.
Easiest most pleasant purchase from any car dealer Ive ever had. Everyones extremely helpful .
Thank you John Holiday for addressing the issue with my boyfriends vehicle this is our 3rd car buying from one heritage the last two experiences were great and I must say this one they have came thru we will be back to purchase another vehicle in December.
Bad experience with Heritage Subaru of Catonsville. I have changed this review from 1 star to 5 star because the issue I had was resolved. The person I spoke with was sincere in making things right and actually went above my expectations.
I had left a review on the Parkville location, as well as the Owings Mills location. I made several calls and left messages with the service department just trying to find answers regarding an oil change. Never got called back until I did leave a review. Same old response, etc... found out its better to just make an online appointment and show up. Made the appointment, showed up at my time, gentlemen at the service desk was nice and helpful, they got my car in and out in a decent amount of time. Its a new car and took advantage of the free oil change. I service all of our vehicles myself for just about everything, but its nice to just have a break, even something as simple as an oil change. My schedule is chaotic, work and kids consume all time.
I dont like people who are too pushy and this made me change my mind about the service and i wont go back there
Definitely one of the best buying experiences Ive ever had
My Aunt and Uncle were looking for a brand new 2018 Toyota Camry. Dan Coy in used cars promptly directed them to Bobbys Haag, the Toyota new car manager, who was able to offer them all the information they needed. Mr. Haag answered their questions and even offered to be available to them on his day off if they needed additional help. My aunt and uncle ended up purchasing a Lexus instead of the new Toyota, but the exceptional quality of service provided to them from all of the management teams involved warrants the highest star rating.
Good service but they tend to place warranty tickets backbone the service order.
Great deal! Great service! Highly recommend!
Good service, just would have liked it to be finished a little more quickly.
Great service. Friendly staff.
Long wait and quoted price to replace my transmission was ridiculous overpriced.
Very nice place people are friendly.
Put the wrong tags on my cay that didnt match the registration. Now they wont call me back to fix the issue. And the tickets are piling up from the person who has my tags. Now Im up to 4 tickets and over a day waiting for them to resolve the problem
Im just a really nice person
We are long standing Audi owners. In fact we have 3 Audis now. But the way we have been treated by Audi Silver Spring has ensured we will never touch these people or these cars again.
Nice car n truck but pricing to hi
Eager to Please .Very Happy with them
This has Been Wonderful Experience thus far!
Great experience, got dream car from courteous salesman
Bought a truck from this place, bought the armor protector for inside and outside, had to be done 3 times! When headlughts wher on the marker light out would come on, truck sat in there shop for a month. Put 5,000 miles on it and front tires started to wear real bad! Looked over truck and found over spray between bed and cab, car Fox said truck was never wreck, mile one service did not catch! Went back talked to Dan Langford told him all about the bad experience and showed him truck, said he would take care of! He then introduce me to used car manager Billy Regier he said he would take care of. Not heard from either one in a week. Going to pick my truck up and will never go back there! Worst truck buying experience ever! Have emailed every manager that works for this company and no response!Ron Denson
Great group of staff members there.
Bill could not have been nicer! Great service!
How you give a place less than 1 star. Because one star is too much for this place! All the person at the dealership does is search online for nearby dealers inventory. They seem to think they still swagging in 1999. My guy, EVERYONE has already done thier serch before comming 2 your sh$tty dealership. Please do not; I repeat, do not waste your time at this place, just go to the main dealers webpage and look for what you want and see if theh have some holiday discount or use apps like CarGurus to see if they have a used car inventory to your liking. Or just head down to CarMax. Jesussss!
Brought my new baby
Great customer experience.
I held off writing this review in an attempt to give Heritage time to right the wrong of this whole transaction. TO THIS DAY Heritage STILL has not returned the Rav 4 that I purchased on 7/28/18. When I purchased the truck, it had a slight ding in the bumper which Heritage offered to fix. Three weeks later I was contacted by my salesman, Christopher Robison, and arrangements were made to pick up the truck on the following Monday. However, nobody came, nobody called, nothing. My repeated attempts over the following week to contact Chris were ignored until finally I got a text message apologizing for the delay and making arrangements. Would you believe the same thing happened again... no further contact until I again called and left repeated messages via phone, text, and email. One day I got a general customer service email from Heritage asking to keep in touch. I responded and threatened to write a bad review because they had not made the repair and Chris had been so unresponsive. That finally got their attention. Finally on 9/5, my vehicle was picked up for the repair. To their credit, they sent someone to my job to drop off a rental and pick up my truck. At first the Chris sent emails letting me know the status of the repairs and promised to update me. That fell off after a week and my truck hadnt been returned. AGAIN I called but no response. Reluctantly I called the manager after making a payment for a vehicle that I still dont have. At that time Shaun Chatman explained that the weather was responsible for the delay in making the repair. Strange, but ok. That was on 9/21. I am about to make ANOTHER payment for a vehicle that I STILL dont have. I am beyond frustrated with this whole thing. I have been TOTALLY robbed of my new car buying experience and am no longer even excited about owning the truck I had dreamed of buying for so long. I dont like leaving negative reviews, but I also dont like paying for something that I dont have. If there was a way to get out of this contract and get my money back I would. I had hoped to make Heritage my go to for my next purchase, but obviously that wont happen.
Got my first BMW from MileOne Catonsville... great experience, bought another BMW after 5 months. Today 04.15.18, went to Heritage Pre owned, looking for VW.....terrible(VERY) experience, been asked why wasted my money (30-40K) for a VW Beetle, ask if I can test an Audi A3 park outside, been told that WHAT DO YOU REALLY WANT. I just decided to walk away. I Dont quantify the entire sales team, may be just me experiencing it because I am an asian with this particular sales rep.
Parts director J. Dirk Fye was extremely rude and disrespectful... He never gave I contact, he place all of my items on the desk and push them to me... When I ask him question he never responded. The whole experience made me feel belittled and unsettling. He acted as if he didnt like people of color. And when I asked for the manager over him he stated there was none and put his card on the desk. If in fact this is who mileone has choose to represent them in leader ship role it need to be reevaluated
Great service and selections.
Good work, efficient, somewhat affordable.
Always have the best experiences here!
Took great care of my car.
Always a pleasure. Treated very well.
I got excellent service at Volkswagen car dealer in Parkville today it was definitely worth the wait thank you ciara and others great job
I was at the service center, the woman that attend to me was very rud. There is a coupon that says above 200 you get $20 but he tried to avoid me getting the coupon discount which I qualify.
The staff are great.
Professional and courteous staff.
Great experience and awesome customer service
MILE ONE HERITAGE TOYOTA KEPT THEIR WORD ABOUT EVERYTHING THEY SAID FOR THE PURCHASE OF MY CUSTOMERS 2019 TOYOTA SIENNA HANDICAP VAN.THANK YOU HERITAGE TOYOTA!TED.
What makes Mileone such a great automotive dealership and automotive service corporation to do business is that they really care about the customer ; being a satisfied customer.Mileone has top-notch people like Mr.Don Czapla. These great people are what make Mileone.......THE BEST THERE IS !
Cheaped out of a $20.00 car part. Charged, but not installed.
Poor experience. Ended up buying from Apple Ford in Columbia.
Salesman was great, but totally hindered by this garbage dealership.
It was okay. Lets just say you can tell who wants to help you and who doesnt.
Great customer focused company. Dedication to their employees and customers!
Asst Mgr Garrett Powell, very professional.
Awesome service department.
Great people
Herb is the man to get it done! Sadly 4months later and they still haven’t completed the we owe of the manuals for my vehicle. After 5 phone calls I am told it will be another month. This is unacceptable...imo.
Always accomodating
Extremely helpful and low pressure
