I recently bought my new 2021 Mazda 6 carbon from heritage Towson and I can honestly say it was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had! Mrs. Paulette was the best! She really sat down and got to it with us and worked with us to get us the best deal that we could afford. Al was also a huge help! It’s obvious he truly cares about his customers and works hard to get them the best deal. Really, everyone there was helpful. They all took the utmost care of us and didn’t try to pressure us to buy to make a sale like most dealerships. These aren’t used car salesman, they are loving and caring people! I was a long time customer of rich Morton Mazda, but that all changed when I went to heritage of Towson. I will be back here in a few months to buy my wife’s car for sure!

I was very pleased with my experience at Heritage Mazda Towson. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Paulette and Al did a great job to make me feel comfortable and give me the best deal possible. Its a family friendly and will definitely refer my friends to this location. In my past experiences at other dealers has always made me feel Like I need to decide right than and there, pushing me to make decisions makes me leave. Especially being that it’s a second vehicle I was purchasing. However, the atmosphere that Ive experienced at Heritage Mazda was nothing like the past. I havent experienced this customer service and love in some time and I wouldnt change a thing. Ill continue visiting in the future....very pleased!

Even if you don’t own a Mazda, I recommend having your vehicle serviced at Heritage Mile One Mazda of Towson. The Service Department is the best in town b/c of their manager Dora!!! Had a previous CX-5 from 2013-2018, that’s when I met Dora and saw the excellent customer service she provides, and I’ve been recommending them ever since. I took a break from Mazda for 2.5 years. But when I was in the market for another vehicle last week, I went back to Mazda of Towson to purchase another CX-5. After comparing several vehicles in that class, 2 factors brought me back: 1-better pricing then other vehicles in the class and 2-The Service Department was still being managed by Dora! Highly recommend!!!

My experience with Heritage Mazda was a good one. The General Manager was great but the finance rep was pushy on signing paperwork and wanting me to agree to a deal he felt was great and I didn’t even test drive the truck yet. He was adamant and telling what he thought I spent during the weekend that I could use to pay my payments monthly. I didn’t like it because I don’t spend what he said he spends doing the weekend but even if I did if I say I’m not comfortable with the price don’t try to convince me otherwise regardless of what he thought. I walked out with my truck but after I called family member to help. Once my family member came to help me his whole everything changed and my deal was better.

I traded in a 2014 Volkswagen on a 2019 Mustang, we sat in the dealership for almost seven hours, the salesman was new so I get it.Fast forward almost two months, I still haven’t got my tags & my temporary tags are about to expire. I call, they tell me that they haven’t got the title for the Volkswagen and refused to do my tag work. I called the bank, went back and forth for three days only to find that they sent the title to the dealership three weeks prior. When I called the dealership, they still refused to get me tags.My tags expired, and on the fifth day; somebody from the dealership calls me telling me that they need the Volkswagen title, I tell them once again that it had been mailed out. And my tags are dead.My husband had to call over and talk to a manager, turns out they had my Volkswagen tags all along, they were missing the title to the Mustang they sold me. They emailed me over new temporary tags, but told me that they couldn’t get me hard tags since they were missing the title to the car.A week later, the manager said he’d “pull some strings” with the MVA to get hard tags.My husband called into the dealership four days ago asking about the hard tags, because at this point; my new temp tag was expired. They said “we called two weeks ago and you didn’t answer” they never called, or left a message. He ended up having to drive down there to get the tags.Long story short, I love the new car; but the whole experience was a nightmare.

I just bought a Mazda3 from here and had an overall solid experience. First time I went to test drive they had told me the car was ready to be test driven then when I got there they informed me a part was missing and I could not drive it, which wasted my time.The second time I got there, the part was replaced and the car was good to go. I test drove it and they gave me a great trade in deal. Their office has an odd feel to it with blank walls and cubicles with a lot of salesman. Has a weird vibe. I would highly recommend to anyone to ask for Austin as a sales rep, he was spectacular and made the other salesman we dealt with seem like a rookie. He also knew a lot about Mazdas and made sure the gas tank was full and that the car was freshly cleaned. The guy deserves a promotion! When calling in, ask for Jody or Russell, they were the most likable guys over the phone.

Ive purchased two new cars from this location and have also used them for routine service for roughly three years. This latest car buying experience, with Rudy, was wonderful. Straight forward, personable, not pushy, easy to communicate with, and efficient. I have to say Ive had mixed experiences with Heritage and my last car buying experience in 2018 was less wonderful, but they definitely redeemed themselves this time.On the service side, Ive mostly used them for routine service for a 2018 Mazda CX5, but also for more extensive work on a 2010 Mazda CX9. Theyre pretty typical for what Im used to with dealership service departments. I dont feel like they upcharge or take advantage of their customers, and I havent had any issues with the actual work done on my vehicles.

I WISH THAT I COULD GIVE THEM 10 STARS!!!!! Full disclosure. I bought an older model used vehicle from Heritage mazda. Everybody was very professional and it was a good experience. Fast forward 3 months and I had some issues w/ the car. I took it in for service and we unfortunately found out that it needed expensive repairs. Needless to say that I was discouraged and upset by this news. Obviously nobody can predict when these sorts of things will happen to an older vehicle. I bought an extended warranty but it only covered the powertrain. I spoke w/ a few people before I reached Omid the GM. He looked into the whole situation and went so far above and beyond the call of duty. Im beyond impressed, shocked and excited on the positive outcome. Omid was a true professional and really took care of me. Heritage has definitely earned my business in the future and I would highly recommend this dealership. Its nice to know that Heritage still values honesty and integrity!!!!

I recently bought a used car through Gabe Cunningham at Heritage Mazda Towson. First, Gabe was an excellent salesperson. He was responsive to my questions, knowledgeable, and always pleasant to deal with. Perhaps most important, he was honest and genuine -- something that can be lacking when buying a used car. I would highly recommend him. This is why I am giving four stars and if it were not for the problem I had (see below), I would have given Gabe five stars.As for my overall experience with Heritage Mazda Towson, I had a great experience w/one glaring exception. First, a bit of background. I flew from Michigan to Maryland to pick-up my car and drive back (8.5 hours). I had already committed to the purchase about three weeks in advance of my visit and completed payment in full about two days before pick-up. You would think that all my paperwork would have been ready, right?Not the case. John Davenport, Business Manager, took over an hour just to have me sign some documents. As a result, my timing was put off and I had to make special arrangements so as not to drive late into the night (w/little sleep). There was no reason for the delay and Im afraid this soured what would otherwise have been a great experience w/Gabe and Heritage Mazda Towson in general.

My daughter reassured me”cars can be fixed” From past experiences I wasn’t sure about that. Had it towed to a honest repair shop but the owner said it had to go to Mazda. I was scared to death thinking I’m going to have to pay in the thousands. Towed it to Mazda in Timonium. I got my car back the same day and the repair was a little over 400 dollars!!!!! I did get a list of items recommended to fix that was 2000 and I believe this as I have not been taking car for regular maintenance and the car is 8 years old. But it wasn’t presented as if the items had to be fixed immediately which gives me time to get the money. I will never go to another Mazda dealer.

I just purchased a car from this dealership over the weekend and it was the worst car buying experience that Ive had (and I’ve purchased many cars in my lifetime). I went in with a 2020 Suv, I was looking to downsize. They put me in a 2020 CX3, I notice a little smoke smell in the car and told the Sales rep that they needed to fix the smell and clean the car, it was extremely filthy. After going through the process of purchasing the car, the vehicle was brought to me with what looked like a half done cleaning job. The smoke smell wasnt as bad but as soon as I open the car door the next day the car reeked of cigarettes, they just used something to temporarily mask the smell. I contacted the Sales rep Jack the next day and and all he could tell me is that they would try and clean it again but they can’t promise it make the smell go away, which is unacceptable. Now after calling around I’m out $450 dollars to get this car detailed and cleaned. I’m newly pregnant and can’t bare the smell of smoke in my vehicle. I have never in my life been put in a car as filthy and smelly as this one, it’s just wrong on so many levels. Today I also received a call from the finance company asking for my VOE letter from my job and my paystubs which were given to the financial Team at dealership. This has been a very frustrating process and I would never by purchase a vehicle from this location again. Maybe it was my sales rep but I give customer service a 1 because of the way the car was given to me.

Made appointment 3 days ahead. Drove almost an hour. Sales man wasnt there when we came, the cars were not cleaned or inspected. They couldnt find the keys to both cars we wanted to see, so never got to even sit inside or start them. The ret of the staff was nice but NOT very helpful.

I bought the car from out of state. I negotiated a price via email and phone. I showed up and the car was ready and as described. It took almost three hours of waiting and getting paperwork signed. Im not sure why it took so long, I had no trade in or complications. I drove home that night. Overall my purchase experience was fine, and I was happy with the price. The car is fantastic.I did not receive my license plates prior to the temporary plates expiring. As of today, I still dont have my plates; it has been 57 days since the temporary plates expired. That is not a typo – 57 days and counting. Communication with them was poor – they often didnt return my calls and each time I called I had to start with a new person. Finally the general manager emailed, and communication with him has been satisfactory.In one email forwarded to me, it was clear that my paperwork did not reach the DMV until 82 days after I purchased the car, - that is 22 days after the temporary plates expired and 8 days after I contacted them about the issue. Apparently, due to Covid the temporary plates do not expired and I am legally allowed to drive the car, although in normal circumstances it would be illegal for me to drive the car.

The Worst experience been gone through, I asked for CX-5 Grand Touring, we went to lot far from location, i dont know dealer willingly/unwillingly showed me Wrong car Grand-touring+Package which i drove back to Dealer location and said its more pricer than what i asked, again i asked for what i wanted and they said like they wasted some time and said the car got sold few minutes back. later they said they have red, Finally agreed to take, and again for financial they said even i pay down 4K they are not going to hold car for me for 1 night, i said i have pre approved bank loan, but they still put me on their own finance contract willingly, looks like a scam to me . Never seen such bad dealer.

UPDATE, RESPONSE TO DEALERS RESPONSE: I have emailed Omid multiple times over the past several months well prior to writing this review. If he bothered to read and respond to emails he wouldnt be surprised. In fact if anyone there did, they wouldnt. Omar responded ONCE telling me to contact the Service Department instead of any sort of proactive behavior. Then, when I wrote Omar an email well before posting this review about the poor result, he did not respond. Youve earned this poor review.If you are comfortable going in blind and paying full price you might feel great. Otherwise its a clown show. Team members dont communicate with one another, are only out to separate you from your money, and otherwise are ill prepared. However, they all act like theyre doing you a favor. Smarmy is the word that comes to mind.Bought a Mazda CX-5 2021 Touring with the optional sunroof, power lift gate and upgraded sound package. Also acquired wheel locks, cargo cover, all weather mats and cargo tray. Paid slightly above $30k for it. Didnt need to finance, but dealership wouldnt budge on price for all cash. So went with that.Getting to that purchase required multiple visits, with multiple sales staff, and several misfires on the dealerships part. I made an offer via email for one vehicle, was told yes, only to have it rescinded later. I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle, arrived, only to find out no one I had communicated with had bothered to ensue the vehicle was on site - as a consequence it was still in Bel Air.At the time of purchase in November the all weather mats and cargo tray were unavailable due to COVID. No big deal, read in a couple of months and theyll get in touch. Couple of months go by no contact. I get in touch, twice, before finally getting a response. Oh a few more months, well get in touch. Wait so more, get in touch again. Oh, contact our service department to make an appointment. Contact service department, they have zero clue that this is part of the sales contract, they dont even have the tray in stock. But, tell me to come in for a service appointment. Get a cryptic email its been ordered and received. Go in for the service appointment and they challenge me about where it is in my sales contract. I have to show them my contract, which is their document. This is after an hour of them screwing around doing nothing with the vehicle. Finally get the vehicle back with mats slapped in, none of the warning tags removed, nothing vacuumed. What a dumpster fire of a service experience.

I cannot more highly recommend the sales staff at Mazda Towson. I worked closely with Austin and Konstantine, who guided me through the car buying process and patiently answered all of my questions. They even politely tolerated my multiple test drives as I mulled over several cars and models. Great pricing, friendly staff, and no pressure sales made for a great car-buying experience.

Great experience!! 5 stars+. Adam was a fantastic service advisor. I was not able to leave my work until after the shuttle stopped running and Adam took the time to personally picked me up from my office. He then went over everything that was done to my vehicle in detail and gave me a breakdown of the charges. Adam, Karl and Dona all pitched in to make for a fantastic experience. Will be back again!

I just came back from this location and from the phone call to schedule an appointment (less than 24hours ago) to being in and out with results I am truly satisfied. I wish I had purchased my car from this location but I must say your service team is great. I forgot the guys name who helped me (tall who sits at the end desk closest to the office), he was very nice and personable. I think Ill continue to come here for any problems in the future rather than where I purchased it.

I will begin by saying that all of the reviews are definitely true! I reached out on a Sunday and was immediately contacted the next day regarding my vehicle of interest. I ultimately scheduled an appointment to come in on Tuesday evening. While I wasnt greeted upon entering the lobby, when I ultimately connected with my salesperson, Austin, I was pleased with each step afterward. The test drive (offered to be taken alone or with Austin) was pleasant and allowed me to see the vehicle (CX 9) perform in a variety of scenarios. Austin was professional in his outreach prior to the appointment and during the discussion about the vehicle. He really tried to identify what was most important to me vs selling me a car. I was ultimately able to work out a deal with the sales manager and left feeling please with the compromising that we both made.The entire process was about 4 hours (mainly the wait to sign the papers with Finance) but overall it was worth. I drove an hour based on the fact that they had the specific SUV that I wanted and the online reviews. I am glad that I did and would certainly recommend working with Austin and the team here.

I was surprised I was offered a loaner car so that I did not have to wait. I was happy with the service. I want to say Ramsey was great thru the whole process I was involved in an accident late July and was told my insuramce company would handle starting my gap settlement. Ramsey called gap and they had not heard a thing he helped me get started that day. I was a hard case i do not have the best credit and had to wait over a month for the insurance to pay off my totaled car. Ramsey made sure that in that month to call to get updates and help me in anyway he could. I was able to walk out late Sunday night with a vehicle thanks to Ramsey and Russell.
