I got a flavored red bull. My go to drink, and honestly I have not been able to find one and I have made a decent effort to look in and around Grayling. I am from Alaska and we have a drive up coffee trailer on almost every block. So when I found this place I was so excited. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

The coffee is good, but dont stop there unless you have 45 minutes to wait in line.

Had a coupon for BOGO coffee drinks. Ordered a BOGO coffee (2 drinks) and a couple of lemonades. Only received one coffee and the lemonades. When asked about it, they then tried to charge me for the additional coffee instead of fixing their error in the first place. Ended up leaving with only one coffee and the 2 lemonades as there was no way I was paying for another coffee at that point. I shouldve waited to tip until I got my drink order.

Everyone who works here is super sweet, never a bad experience. Only wish their menu was a little better. Its in an awkward spot where I cant read it (they probably cant do much about this) we just park and read the menu on our phones instead.

I liked it never been. A friend suggested I try a cookie shake. It was good, would recommend.

Always busy when I go, but theyre always pretty quick. Always friendly as well. Im a big fan of Bigby coffee.

Their breakfast is limited, but still a very good place to stop for something quick. Their fall flavors are delicious, especially their Cheesecake Latte.

Very disappointed every time I order I ask for extra Hot and it comes Luke warm. Are they not reading the slip very disappointed. I know it might seem like a small thing but I don’t like cold coffee. I like it hot and when I spend $6 bucks twice a week that adds up to a lot of money. Maybe I need to revisit Starbucks.

Biggby coffee is my new favorite coffee place. I wish they were around me. I guess its something to look forward to when I go back up north.

Careful if you go when they are busy (in the morning) my latte was so hot it set @ work for an hour before I actually drank it. My hubby calls me a lava mouth too cuz I like hot things hot but this was on another level! Remember to sip carefully or go when they arent quite as busy to save your tongue from the boo boo that I got #ouch

Staff is mostly friendly and cheerful. Most seem newer. This newer location has rapidly gone downhill in its cleanliness. In fact it was rather disgusting. The carpets are filthy from beverages that have spilled some time ago and never cleaned. The counter where your beverage is served looked like it hadn’t been wiped off all morning. The milk steaming pots had crusted milk all over the outsides. Not sure what has changed, but both locations in Traverse City seem to have been afflicted by the same general downturn. Very disappointed since Biggby is some of the best coffee available in town IMHO. I hope they can make a turnaround in the near future.

Great selections, coffee, teas, and smoothies. It is never disappointing. The staff is friendly and they even recognize my mother and I. They remember her order (she gets the same thing. Mocha Mocha with and extra shot). I almost always get something different. I really enjoy the Mint Mocha and the Chai Latte.

Always great employees that crank out those drinks! I love how the store has milk alternatives other than just almond or soy (Earl Grey Latte with coconut milk is ON POINT), and their bagel sandwiches are really good

The customer service here is great, actually at every store I have been to it is been great. Everyone seem so friendly and its like they want to be there and they enjoy their job. I love how they have a new question on the board everyday and you have to guess the answer. Just gets my mind working everyday.

The coffee is great but the employees do not look professional at all; wearing yoga pants to work? Should you be serving coffee or going to the gym across the parking lot? The staff never usually wants to talk to anyone other than each other so I always feel awkward standing around waiting for my coffee. As a former employee, yoga pants were not allowed, and talking to the customers was encouraged (which, is should be!). Just wish the staff was more friendly and looked like they cared about their jobs.

Decent coffee place. Seems like its just trying to be a Starbucks but not quite there. Menu isnt my favorite and things seem to be over the top sweet. Wish their were more options for people who dont want a million sugary things added in. Seems like the staff is just younger, seasonal staff but were friendly to me overall!

First time here (Dec. 14th 2018 @10:30am) and I normally dont like biggby however this was an amazing trip. Got stuck in the east bay plaza for a few hours and the girls behind the counter were amazing. Very positive energy and upbeat! Gave me a great rec with tea and bagel. And I sat inside for a bit for my phone to charge and the service was the same for everyone who came in. I am extremely impressed. I will def be back when Im in the area - I also gave the time and date hopefully a higher up sees this and gives the employees bonuses and praises because they deserve it!

Decent coffee place, although I never get coffee... because its gross. Anyway, we always use the drive-thru and have never had any issues. I havent had any issues with the service like a lot of the reviews here have mentioned.

I have been a customer since they first started in Traverse City. Several times lately I have received the wrong order. Yesterday it was terrible. When I returned the coffee they had closed for the day. ( I had called ahead and was told to bring it back by 9). When I went to return the coffee today I was treated poorly. First of all, I said that I tried to return the coffee yesterday. The snippy girl behind the counter said that they close every Sunday at 7. (either this is a blatant lie or the hours on the door and website are wrong and I was told incorrectly by someone over the phone). She then threw a free drink card at me. Instead of apologizing she just glared at me and stared me down. No sorry, just a mean glare for me to leave. And leave is just what Ill do. The service has been slipping for a while. If they cant get a simple order right I dont need to be treated like that. With as many coffee shops in the area I am sure to find one that can get an order correctly without being rude.

This store is filthy. The carpeting is stained and it wad evident that no recent vacuuming has happened. The ladies bathroom had dirty, streaked floors with soap pounded beneath the dispenser. This place sure doesnt represent the companys best interest. Weve been to about a dozen Biggbys. Well not return to this one!

I rated this 3 stars because I was there twice in 2 days because I love biggby coffee and it was close to campground.This is a 2 day total review, the first day I walked in, the barista was a man, alone first thing in the morning I knew he had a cpl cars in the drive thru but he never even acknowledged the fact I walked in the door; even after looking at me 3 times. My son and I ordered a coffee and a super coffee. I handed him my card, forgetting I had a free drink I politely said I would just wait and use it later. Rudely he replies with..well you wont receive points for todays order then. I asked he had skim milk behind the counter he then basically tossed it at me. Just rude and didnt seem like he wanted to be there.Went back the second day after doing a drive by to make sure he wasnt there, I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by a nice young lady. I said, boy, youre a breath of fresh air from the guy that was here yesterday. I would have given even a higher score for the combined 2 days if I hadnt told her about the rude man the day before and have her tell me that working here 6-7 days in a row will do that to you.....if you dont like to work with the public than find another job.

Love Biggby but this particular location is terrible. The coffee is consistently burned, bitter or very off (the same order from the other nearby Biggby is a night and day difference). The floors are filthy; the tables arent wiped. Its just dirty. The staff are consistently stoic, sub-civil and often seem annoyed youre even talking to them.If you want good, quick coffee go to the Biggby on Division near Meijer. Theyre fantastic. Or go somewhere else. You wont be missing anything.

Ok coffee, not great, but the service was terrible. Treated very rudely upon waiting for food. The man who looked to be the manager for this shift had a terrible attitude and it affected his interactions with customers.

Well to start off my husband and I go up to the counter not really knowing what we wanted, to receive attitude from what seemed to be the manager, we then ordered and received everything. They ended up making one of the bagels with the wrong bagel, I brought it up to the counter to state it was made wrong and the bagel I wanted to then again receive more attitude from another employee. I would suggest that if you are ok with your order being wrong to go here. Not the best biggby weve been to.
