This body shop is THE best in the area. I have used them over the years and always had good consistent results. Jeannine Nichols the service manager is GREAT! She is a passionate perfectionist and the work done under her was literally amazing. My vehicle was restored back to its brand new state. I am beyond impressed with this place, as usual. I also could not believe how fast it was done! AWESOME JOB!!!

This must be the third time we have needed body repairs to our vehicles. Some extensively. All body work and repainting have been great. They work behind the scene with my insurance company, USAA, seamlessly. Highly recommended, should your car get crunched.

I recently brought my car to Caliber Collision in Troy to fix deep scratches to my bumper. We’ve used them before for similar work, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work and customer service. They are great about keeping you up-to-speed throughout the whole process. Also, because I have Geico vehicle insurance, I was able to rent a vehicle on-site and even that process is really easy and painless. All around it’s a great staff and they perform excellent work.

Had to go in due to an insurance claim. I was very hesitant due to lack of awareness to take my car. I read some reviews online and then took my car there.They have dedicated claim team specialist for each insurance firm. The claim associated met me on time t go over the car and process. DO OPT IN for text messages. They texted me EVERYDAY, once the car was in the shop. There was a delay in getting a part and they promptly kept me posted.

Caliber kept me updated frequently to let me know how repairs were progressing. Secretarial staff helpful and friendly. Car looks great.

Another great service with Caliber Collision at the 7 Oakwood location. I have used them for 2 accidents I was involved with. One was car vs deer, the second I was parked and hit by someone who took off. Ripped the entire front end off. Needless to say there was extensive damage in both instances. Paul did a great job making sure my car was not only taken care of quickly, but made sure my car left looking her best. And since I left I have had to come back to get a fog lamp replaced, and again he was super quick getting me in, taken care of, out, and on my way. I have suggested him to several friends who needed a shop, and I still take my cars there for anything.Highly recommend Paul and his staff for everything. They are all truly great.

Very unprofessional. Really shotty work. Picked my car up two days ago after repairs from an accident and it looks good but drives just as bad as it did after I was hit. I didnt even feel safe driving it home. Car feels off center, wobbly, and they couldnt even be bothered to check the tire pressure where the impact to my car was so I had to go put air in my tire moments after leaving the shop. Stay away for this place.

They even had us move our truck from one repair center to another to ensure quality of workmanship, as one shop was a bit larger than the other. They kept us informed each step of the way by calling almost daily. They even detailed the truck before returning it to us! Absolutely dreadful service. Completely unreliable. False estimate of damage after an accident. Took 9 months and two different locations to get my car drive-able and 3 days after I received the vehicle the brakes failed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NEVER, EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES take your car here. If you do you will regret it for the rest of your life.

Caliber Collision coordinated seamlessly with the insurance company (Geico) and car rental company to ensure a quality repair with a minimum amount of inconvenience. The staff was easy to talk to, and they kept me informed of my vehicles repair progress. The repair work was completed ahead of schedule, and the car was returned clean. I had a good experience, and I would use Caliber Collision again.

The first impression wasnt good, as a Customer Service Specialist i was disappointed. I had to wait for my rental for over an half hour. Also as I explained the original condition of the vehicle before the accident, I didnt feel he listen to my concerns. This my turn out to be a great experience with a rocky start. The Enterprise rental person had a great personality .

The repaires came out great. The entire car came out looking better than new. They went above and beyond to accomidated me.

Been with Geico for 9 years, but they sent me there for an estimate. The old blonde lady Jeanine was so rude and seemed frustrated with me just being there. She seemed like she didn’t even want to help me and made me feel like I was wasting her time. If this is who Geico deals with, I’ll leave them cause I’ll never go back to caliber and deal with her!

Company is unprofessional. Had my car sent there by the dealership to repair and paint my bumper while also quoting me to paint the hood and repair a small paint chip. Well they dropped the car back off to the dealership without ever quoting a price for the repairs that I wanted to be taken care of all at the same time but now Im without my car for even longer. No resolution besides all the manager PJ could say was that it was miscommunication then gave a quote for over $5000...business is a complete joke. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Caliber Collision is a great place to take your car for body work. They also partner with Geico and you can take your car there if you’re a Geico customer and the adjuster meets you there and they have a rental ready for you when you drop your car off. Caliber’s customer service is excellent! Everyone I’ve worked with there is always very professional and friendly and knows what their doing. I have an Acura and they are a certified Acura repair shop. I like that. They always communicate the progress of the service and let me know when my car will be ready and are willing to work with you on just about anything! They are the best! I cant say enough about how helpful they were. I switched from filing through my insurance company to the company of the person who hit me. I know it caused some extra work for Caliber but they did it quicjly and efficiently. They sent regular emails to update me on the status of my car. The work was done very well- looks like new. I have an Audi - and they are the only auto body repair shop recommended by my dealer- Now I understand why they came so highly recommended.

They fixed my brand new car after a Deer hit me (I was stopped when ithe Deer came over an enbankment and ran right into me). They thought it would take 3 weeks to get the parts, parts were in and painted within the week. Great job guys!!! Very happy with the work. And it DIDNT cost me or my Insurance a fortune.

I brought my car in without an appointment and in short time Kasondra got me checked in, started coordinating with my insurance company, and had the Enterprise rental ready. Throughout the repair Mike kept me continually updated with texts and phone calls. And when the car was ready the quality of the repair was excellent and it was cleaner than the day I bought it. This was my first claim and it went a lot smoother than I expected it would. If I crack up the car again Ill definitely come back to this shop.

We have the highest quality technicians, equipments and materials to repair your damage vehicle back to the way it is. Not like the other shops I worked for in this area in the past. H&V Collision Center is the best choice you can choose to bring your vehicle back alive.

Spoke to receptionist 4 times about my repair in which she said that the manager would call. Never called me back. Like ever. Never had that problem when it was H and V. Would not recommend.

I just bought my new car three weeks ago and hit a deer. I was so devastated because I knew my car would never be the same. After H&V fix my car I couldn’t even tell where the damage had been. I took it to mechanic friend of mine to inspect their repairs and he couldn’t find any evidence that it had ever been damaged. It is really incredible my car looks great and drives perfect.

If I could give no stars, I would. TERRIBLE! no communication what so ever! I would have to call everyday to even know what’s going on and it’s the same old excuse “it’s your insurances fault” ...no it’s not. It’s the shops fault. My car was there for 2 1/2 week nothing got done. I told them I needed to know because I was without a car and moving out of state within a few weeks and they didn’t care. Everyday was “oh we found more stuff” “oh I submitted a quote to your insurance and I’m waiting to hear back from them to do anything” My insurance is Allstate and they partnered up with “caliber collision” and suggested it since they work with them. So, I highly doubt that it’s the insurances fault if they work with your shop and my insurance agent even got the run around about what’s going on with the car when they called about it. Lazy rude people who work there! After 2 1/2 weeks of being there they finally determined it was “totaled” even though I’m pretty sure they knew after a week of being there judging by the way they talked to me when I had to call them everyday. For some company who strives on good “communication” and “best repair shop” they sure don’t act like it. Worst customer service I’ve ever experience! Don’t waste your time going here! Huge headache and a waste of money/time.

Could not have asked for a more thoughtful, communicative and efficient process. Got my X3 sent there by BMW South Albany for recall work and came back with the phone mount missing. Not expensive just dont feel good about losing a convenient gadget and the shop wont admit they lost it.I have no interest in calling multiple times and asking for something worth $2 that I didnt lose right after the repair. However, I do feel sorry for this shop for hiring someone who is not trustworthy.

They are now Caliber Collision. Had my car for a 3 day job that ended up taking 4 weeks. Communication was awful. When I would call, every excuse was the insurance companies fault...your insurance approved the wrong paint....excuse me but they approved what you put on the quote.When I picked up my car the windows didnt work right and I had to go back.Will never use them again.Service was awesome when they were H&V.

I had a very stressful accident and my insurance company was making it worse. The staff at the Bodyshop was so great and even spoke to the insurance company for me and helped me with understanding the insurance claim. The repairs looked great and were done before the expected delivery date.

Got a key scratch on the side of my car and they fixed it in just a few days that looks really really good.

Repairs took a few days longer then anticipated because my insurance company was not very communicative and drag their feet on approvals. The staffing agency went out of their way to help smooth over the rental extension.

I brought by Subaru STI here after being hit on the passenger side rear bumper. The repairs were all covered by the other drivers geico plan. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The damage to the car was a small portion of the full body panel (something that would usually be fixed and then blended into the existing paint) but they offered to paint the entire panel and fix other cosmetic scratches that were not from the accident for free. The rental car they provided me was nice aside from the very faint smell of cigarettes. Before they returned my car they washed the exterior, cleaned the dashboard, floor mats, and display, and also cleaned the rims and tires. Ive never had better service at a repair shop.
