I bought a mens fragrance blind because they did not have testers or samples at the time..the scent was not what I expected and made me nauseous.. Came back the next day and they returned it no problem..they even looked my purchase up when I left the receipt in my car,very helpful ladies in Sephora there

I had a great experience here! Cosmetics stores usually intimidate me because the workers all usually stink, but the young girl who helped me here was so awesome!! She helped me navigate all of the selections and options. Helped me with color and brush choices. I cant wait to go back!

VERY HELPFUL STAFF! Im visually impaired and the staff here is always so helpful with locating items. They give the best advice on new items. They actually know their products, so you can feel rest assured when they give a recommendation, its an educated one. The store is always stocked and staff always friendly. Favorite sephora location

Still my favorite Sephora nearby...and always better than Ulta anywhere. They are transitioning, and will become a new beauty store in about a year, but for now they are MY SEPHORA and anyone working there is wonderful. 🥰🥰🥰

Such a horrible Sephora. It was a busy holiday season day and yet one woman was working the floor & constantly busy/doing a makeover for another customer. There was no one else to help other customers. Waited 15 minutes with 1 customer in front of me during the check out line because only 1 woman was working the checkout. This lady went soooo slow checking people out, you would’ve thought she hated her job. Another salesperson was there but standing on the side behind the desk, while the line continued to get longer. I do not recommend this location at all.

First time here yesterday, I got greeted very nicely, I truly needed help with my red cheeks...I don’t know about make up but I knew I needed help....I’m so sad I didn’t get this woman’s name, but I know she had on kat von d makeup... “spell check” a hat and she said she had oily skin like me :) although her make up was very pretty...she knew her products so well, I was impressed, she was actually about to either leave or go on break and yet was so kind and patient with me and my questions and concerns! I work at Gardner white and I don’t know how it works at Sephora however she was GREAT.....a very great sales rep. I wish I knew her name. Thank you! Great first time experience.

Very disappointed in this store. Went here with a friend . The cashiers couldnt look more disappointed working here and not helpful at all. Starting to think Sephora is overrated .

After the horrible experience at Ulta, the gals here were balm to my shaken soul. The staff is awesome, very gracious and extremely helpful. The shelves are not as stocked as they could be, but the gals are extremely busy, so its understandable. I will absolutely return, I had a great time and was able to stock up on all of my essentials, plus I received a lot of samples and cashed in my beauty points. The staff at Ulta on John R could learn a thing or two from the staff at Sephora. Professional, courteous, friendly and helpful.

This place is a joke, they charge more for touch ups then they did to go from brunette to blonde. The girl didnt even tell us until after the appointment. It was 120$ the first visit to go from brunette to blonde and cost 175$ the 2nd visit to have it touched up! That makes absolutely no sense. The girl was nasty about it when we got upset so we decided not to make any more appointments. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Half the staff was very helpful. They other half were distant and didn’t want to help at all.
