Recently purchased two Omega watch straps here at the Somerset Store for a friend who is in the Air Force stationed in Mountain Home, Idaho. The Somerset Boutique shipped the straps without a case this week directly to them in Mountain Home. Because his two Omega watches were purchased while he was deployed, and he purchased three other straps that weren’t purchased here at the Somerset store, the Somerset Store Manager would only provide one strap case. We requested two to store the other straps he purchased while deployed. Out of luck, if you buy elsewhere. I guess we were lucky to get one case! Unfortunately, the small military town he is stationed in (including Boise Idaho) does not have an Omega Boutique. I asked if they could help out an Active Duty Air Force Major . No go. They could care less. Thank you for your non support of the US Military soldiers stationed in small towns struggling to make Omega purchases! Extremely disappointed. Couldn’t even make a small sacrifice to an active duty soldier while sporting his suite and tie.

What a great experience I had here the other day. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that were happy to answer my questions and let me try on watches.I am fairly new to the world of watches and I popped in to see what Omega had. I was greeted at the door by Nicholas and was treated very well. He explained the collections they had and was happy to show me and let me try on various watches.Even though I didnt buy a watch that day (saving up for one of their watches), I learned a lot and got some reading materials on the way out. I will definitely be back.

Every single time I come to this Omega boutique I am greeted with the most incredible A1 service. Antoneta and Nick are very knowledgeable about their products and are always willing to talk about the timepieces and make sure you are comfortable with your purchase. They have yet to let me down. Nick has been fantastic! Ive been working on a suprise wedding gift for my husband and Nick advised me for almost 6months!!! to find the perfect gift ! My husband absolutely loves his seamaster planet ocean. Would not have made this purchase without Nick.

Have been to the boutique a few times over the years to look at different watches. Every person Ive interacted with has been very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Also, kudos for taking precautions to keep the customers safe during the current pandemic - masks, gloves and plenty of sanitation at work.

Stopped to have my newly-acquired Speedmaster sized. Was offered cold water and some chocolates. Had a great conversation with the gentleman that assisted me about all sorts of horological topics and market factors. Spent some hands-on time with the new 300M in both black and blue which was a treat. Very knowledgeable staff with excellent customer service skills. Will stop by again to this location. Definitely recommend visiting if you have the slightest curiosity over an Omega timepiece. You will be pleased with your experience.

Nancy was awesome in assisting me with acquiring a Speedmaster. The experience alone couldnt have been better. Each time I visit, I feel welcome. I cant see myself going anywhere else for future purchases.

This is one of the best retail experiences Ive ever had. The watches themselves are superb but the service and the staff elevates the ownership experience to the next level.

Was up front that I was there just to look at the speedys. They took the time to let me try them on and talk about them even though a sale wasnt on the table at the moment. Great staff and experience.

Twice Ive dealt with them, and twice theyve been short, and almost rude. There are other ADs in the area that will gladly take your money without the attitude.

Unless you go in with your wallet out ready to buy you will not be treated very well. The representative(Richard) was rude and not helpful at all. I was inquiring about a piece( I will be purchasing it else where) and I was met with rude condescending replies. Not friendly or helpful. I will not return.

I bought an Omega speed master from the boutique on new years eve. It was treated their with respect and courtesy and took the watch home, when i posted the pics on forums every one complemented the wooden box that the boutique was nice enough to give me instead of the leather red box that usually comes with it.I later found an issue with the chronograph that i did not like, nothing wrong with the watch, and the chrrono runs perfect but when i push the start button it jumps ever slightly backwards before it goes smoothly forward, so subtle that it is difficult to notice with the naked eye and you have to film it with a close up to show it. I told them about it on the phone just two days after having the watch, they offered taking it to the service under the warranty so they can find out if anything wrong with it, I said i do not want to service a watch of 2 days old and i would like to have it replaced by a new one.They NEVER DENIED ME THAT REQUEST, and they did bring a new watch with all the factory seals and replaced my cards to reflect the new serial number and I could not be any happier.They really are not obliged to replace the watch, yet they did to satisfy me. And sure they did win me over.I feel safe when am purchasing from them and my next watch (SM300 master coaxial…hmmmmmm) will be from them, they won me over.Thanks to every one in the boutique, you guys are a reflection of what a real respectful business should be.
