Sharon Schlessinger is the absolute best. She helped us with our current system when we were having problems( we were living out of the country at the time). Everything was handled with such efficiency and professionalism. When we moved back to the states, I contacted Sharon so we could update our system.She came out to the home, was so thorough and professional. She listen to our thoughts and concerns and also helped us to see needs we did not think about.ADT/Google is very fortunate to have some like Sharon working for them.

Commercial Customer for over 3 yearsHorrible scheduling and communication. Customer service constantly passing the buck on responsibility between employees. Missed the first install dates, without even so much as communicating that they wouldnt show up or why. After finally showing up to install an additional piece of security to our business, we find out immediately after they left that it is working incorrectly and constantly calling the police. Contact Adt promptly, to be told the best they can do is send another technician out in 3 weeks.

Be very careful when they give you assurances that their system will meet local Pool Security code. Very disappointed in the whole process. Recently moved to a new house and used the same Local ADT for over 10 years and was happy with it. So we called them first to get a new system installed that would also meet our need to get a new Pool inspection passed. Nope. System failed miserably. In addition, we were told twice that the system would work and I even shared the local code from the county website. Still they just wanted to close a deal and get it installed. Now I have to go out and buy $300 in new alarms that meet the local code and have to decide if I am going to keep the ADT system. Whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth.Addendum: I got a response from April Helms, the Lead Admin immediately asking for more information on the issue I had. April asked when was I available for a call in the next day or two. I responded with my cell number and times available for a call. A week passed and no contact, so I reached out again and she wanted more information, which I gave her. Finally at wits end, I emailed again, another week later and finally get a response. Now, 3 weeks after the installation that failed the inspection they are asking what they can do. They should have lead with that. Now I know why the stock price of this company is $8 a share with this type of customer service.

I want to say that Safe Haven Security co. is one of the worst companies I have had the misfortune of having to spend my money with. I bought a house from DR Horton in October 2020 and they have Safe Haven Security do ADT Alarm installations. All they want is for you to sign a contract but dont service you. I called and ask to speak to a MGR and they said one would call back six weeks later they called. I have not used the alarm because it keeps going off and the tech that installed it said to call her but she no longer works for Safe Haven. They sent another tech but we have have similar problems. I do not recommend Safe Haven to anyone that wants a security system installed.

ADT is absolutely the worst home security out there. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I am currently looking to change to a different home security company. I’ve been lied to so many times by ADT. I made an inquiry to see about what upgrades there were and when ADT finished telling me about them I was sent a bill for $1200.00!!For New equipment I never agreed too!!Be very careful when dealing with ADT!They don’t tell you once the cameras motion goes off that the system doesn’t record for apx. 3-4 minutes and the thieves know this and that’s when they vandalize you. A class action lawsuit in California about this was won!

This is the worst customer service! Technician parked in our driveway, ruining our pavers from a truck leak. The appointment was double booked, leaving us to wonder if anyone was going to show up. Each time you call ADT, you are left on hold an extremely long time. If it wasnt for the fact that this system came with the house, I would be looking to replace it ASAP. Go elsewhere for your security services.

Weve been so impressed by the customer service weve received and continue to receive from the salesperson, Sharon Schlessinger. She couldnt be more personable and professional. She is genuinely concerned that we get the absolute best system for us and that we thoroughly understand how everything works, from the sensors to the touchpad to the online app. Even after the installation she has made herself available to help us become comfortable and familiar with everything and to go over any questions we might have as we start using the system.The installer, Josh, was also very professional and explained everything he was doing as he set up the system. He worked with us to find the best placement of the sensors, and like Sharon went over all aspects of the system with us. We really appreciated his patience!So basically getting our new ADT system has been an excellent experience!

Today an ADT sales rep came to my house to offer me a security system. My dogs were barking in the background so I told him Im not interested in a system as I have large dogs. He proceeded to say Ill just shoot straight with you. My dogs are my family, and people will do horrible things to dogs if they really want to get into your house. I dont think this was a necessary or appropriate comment and it definitely didnt persuade me to purchase a system. Statistically homes with large dogs are less likely to be burglarized and ADT does not call the police until the break in has been confirmed. I tried to call both the local ADT branch and the main number to report this incident before writing about it publicly but in both cases I was put on an automated endless loop.

I love ADT as a security system. My sales rep, Sharon Schlesinger is amazing. She is extremely knowledgable, kind and very very patient. She will explain things over and over again if needed. Her installer, Bobby is polite, knowledgeable and so quiet I forgot he was there. Thank you!

In particular, the ADT app is really nice. The app is able to arm and disarm the system within seconds.

I dont know what the deal is with Joshua but the dude wont stop harassing us to buy ADT. Going as far as scare tactics about not being safe if we dont. Weekly calls and multiple visits to our door. Pack of predators apperently. No means no.

My family and I are absolutely thrilled with the updates that ADT just installed in our home. We had an older system that ADT replaced with their newest technology, ADT Control. We added the new beautiful touch keypad, video doorbell, garage door opener, and video cameras. We have been with ADT for over 15 years in two different states and have always been happy with their service. Here in Tucson, AZ we are now ecstatic! Territory Manager Sharon S came out to our home and did a complete evaluation of our current system. Sharon made recommendations based on our needs and wants, and what we were looking to accomplish. Technician Josh did a tremendous job on the installation and gave our entire family a quick tutorial. The new system is beautiful, works perfectly, the smart phone app is fantastic, and makes it so easy for our family to use, especially our children. The service provided by both Sharon and Josh were top notch, and we cannot thank them enough!

I recently purchased a new home, and had signed up to have the “New Homeowners” security package installed as part of the closing process. I spoke with someone over the phone about getting everything done and was given a quote for the work. The call suddenly dropped after an hour of coordination and I had to call back again and restart because the representative never got back in touch with me. With the second representative, We discussed smarthome options with door locks, thermostat controls and the usual cameras/doorbell accessories and settled on everything. Fast forward 9 days, and a technician showed up to accomplish the install, and some of the work was completed as I was assured the door locks, thermostat/smarthome stuff was not included and was extra. Going along with what seemed logical (more stuff=more money) the technician left after installing just the camera, doorbell and door/window monitors and controls. Three days later, another ADT representative shows up to my doorstep to do a site visit before installing the equipment for the “New Homeowners” deal/package that I initially bought into, he essentially tells me I’ve been ’douped’ and I’ve got to call ADT to sort everything out. It’s been four days, I now have over 400 spammy emails from ADT, and I’m paying roughly $30 a month over what I was quoted and I’ve spent over 3 hours (and counting) listening to the most chaotic hold music I’ve ever had the displeasure of hearing. My account info isn’t recognized, and the ADT mobile website is coated and rendered impractical by tons of ads and a “Chat with an Agent, who really just forwards everything to the trash folder” option. Everything sucks and I’m having a bad time, but I don’t want to jump the gun just yet with a bad review.

We have been customers for years and have never been dissatisfied. ADT always takes such great care of USAA members too. No matter how frequently we move, they always take care of our needs. Sharon S. is the best!!! She is so kind and treats us like family. We have her number programmed as we know she will always be there if we need her.

Horrible experience. The tech showed up at 8 am and we decided to go with the service. Wasnt too comfortable because he said in order to get us an employee discount he would have to call his boss. He gave us the discount and never called the boss so, I guess that was just a scam. He started the installation around 11 am and said it would be an our or two. I noticed my husband was running around the house trying the help the technician. My husband, who was an electronic technician aboard a submarine, told me he didnt think the tech new what he was doing. Our home is brand new and when we built the house, we had it hard wired for an alarm. The tech was trying to bundle three windows to one sensor and could not figure out how to do that. Finally around 3:40 i asked the tech to gather up his tools, undo what ever he had done and leave. I did not want this service. He got his boss on the phone and the boss tried to talk us into letting the install continue. After we decided we really did not want the post, the boss said he would cancel the contract and refund the $400 they charged us. Well, that has been since May 1st and today is the 22nd and still no refund. The tech also left a mess of wires and damaged a wall. I called to ask about the damage and was told I had to get two bids from licensed contractors out. My husband took care of it. Horrible service. Funny thing, the tech told us he was at an appointment until 11 pm the night before. Now I know why - the guy did not know what he was doing. I was surprised the boss never called us to find out the details of what happened. Guess no one really cared.

Ralph and Myles came to our home in order to reactivate a system that had been previously installed in a home we just moved into. They were both very personable, knowledgeable, honest professionals. We had a window scheduled from between 11 AM and 5 PM for the appointment. I was notified by a supervisor around 1:30 PM that they would be running late, and arrive closer to 6 PM. Ralph and Myles then called me shortly before 6 PM to let me know that they had a long day, working in severe monsoon activity, but were heading to my house. No problem whatsoever. It happens and I’ve come to expect it with any type of home appointment. In any event, it was well worth the wait. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Ralph and Miles answered all of my family’s questions and thoroughly demonstrated how to operate our system and thoroughly utilize all of our services. Thank you, Gentlemen! Keep up the excellent work.

I was satisfied with the install but not so much the sales aspect. Sharon made It seem like she went out of her way for me but didn’t even acknowledge that there is a $200 gift card for referring friends and family. I, am ADT customer, referred my mother and Sharon didn’t even put me down as an ADT advocate. I am a ADT customer at a different address and should have been placed on the promotion, because it’s useless to tell us after. I would not go through her again nor refer to her anyone.

It may not be the least expensive system, but it works PERFECTLY, and their people are A+. Highly recommend. I first called their 800 number and spoke to someone in a call center, but eventually I was connected with their local Tucson people. Their local sales person, Sharon S., could not have been more helpful in explaining the various available components, upgrades to the standard system, etc. I could not believe this - Sharon even contacted my home insurance agent for me and provided a certificate that got me a discount on my home insurance. One less thing I have to do. Thank you, Sharon. She also gave me a discount based on USAA membership, and offered to be my point of contact for any future changes. Their local installation technician, Josh, did a PHENOMENAL job…. made the system work perfectly, and spent time explaining to me how everything worked. I can now completely control the security / access to my home from my phone. I just wish that every company I dealt with was as professional and helpful as ADT and in particular their local team. ADT, I have been a loyal customer of yours for ten years and have since decided to end my business with you. Around September of 2018 I decided to turn my system off as I was having difficulty with some of the settings, after three days I figured I would get a call of some sort from the monitors. This was not to be, I didn’t receive a call about my system monitoring until April of 2019, that’s 8 months. I called your local office to cancel our service as our contract was up; I have since received four phone calls in two days. It’s extremely funny how much service and support one receives when we aren’t paying anymore. Each call we were offered a better deal and they had also mentioned two different discounts that we had already been eligible for but weren’t receiving, all of this without having to extend or sign another contract for $23 a month. Why would I pay another damned cent for service that you have already proven to me, does not work.I wouldn’t accept your business if you offered it to me for free, for life. I paid you and you promised to protect my home and my family. I don’t trust you.

Please tell Myles that I found the dog food. This statement is important for ADT Managers to know because as a person who suffers from extreme paranoia since September 2017, my memory has been so affected that when under the stress of paranoia, I cannot remember something I did just moments ago. My paranoia is real at times and because I question everything that is out of place, my paranoia is just my imagination. But, it is important for ADT Managers to know that not once did Myles find my concern about the missing dog food funny nor did he discount my fretting as being insignificant. I would say that I see Myles as an empathetic person. He is one who understands the customers needs and feels compassion for the ADT customer such as myself.And now I can move on to my next hobby, that of playing around with my new ADT Alert (direct to the police) System. Just knowing that I am hooked into the police gives me a great sense of peace of mind. My plan was to have the new ADT cameras installed one to monitor the back yard and one in the front. But Myles suggested putting the cameras inside the house. He explained that having the cameras inside would be more to my security, especially when I was away from the home. His explanation made sense to me, so that is where I agreed to have the cameras installed. The point here is that Myles could have agreed with me to put the cameras outside. It would have been a much quicker, simpler job, one that probably would have taken half the time and not nearly the problems that were lurking inside. I did appreciate his leadership in showing me the difference between the outside cameras verses the advantage of the inside cameras. I respect his knowledge about ADT. I trusted his guidance.I have had the help of hundreds of service people, I could tell by Myles demeanor that he was trustworthy. I believe that Myles brings attributes to ADT that only enhance the reputation of ADT. Service people can either harm or make the reputation of the company they work for; Myles makes ADT look good. On a scale of 1-9 (a 1-9 scale is used because the phone cannot rate someone as a 10 because as soon as the number one is struck there is no opportunity to strike the zero; so, that is why I use the 1-9 scale with the nine as the absolute highest point one can earn).I rate Myles performance and knowledge and concern as a nine.Myles called before coming to ensure the appointment was still on.He arrived on time.He was courteous toward me the entire time.He understood my anxiety and validated my feelings of fear.He kept the work areas clean so that I would not have to clean up after him.He has excellent people skills.I believe that Myles is a valuable ADT employee.He treats ADT with respect; I respect him; I hope ADT will, too.

Scheduled to come out to my home, I waited 4.5 hours and no one showed up. I called ADT and was advised when their technician is overbooked they simply cancel whomever hasnt been serviced that day. Their policy is that its too bad for you. Beware.

He also took responsibility for a miscommunication I had with my sales person, because “he is the face of the company” and I just loved that.Although I am sure that most of your customers feel this way about Mike, I hope that you read this on behalf of the people who don’t have time to pay recognition to you for hiring such a lovely individual. He is what true customer service is all about. Something we are surely lacking in these times.

We couldn’t be happier or more impressed with the excellent service. Sharon Schlessinger has been helpful above and beyond all reasonable expectations. For a variety of reasons it was a difficult installation, but both Sharon and the installer, Scott Engle, we’re determined to do whatever was required to get it done and done right.

If there are 10 starts I would give ADT and Sharon 10 stars for her exceptional help, professionalism and friendliness . I have never written a review up to now since usually I do not have much time. I had a great experience with Dave Duncan, one of the ADT technicians here in Tucson. He was awesome and explained everything very well and was very patient. He answered all my questions and made sure I am familiar with using the security system before he left. Awesome job Dave and ADT!

We had a pleasurable experience with ADT. We had some complications with moving our account to a different home upon a move, but Sharon really went above and beyond to help us out. Rarely do we have customer service make the leaps and bounds she did to make our lives easier. We are so grateful that we had her to help us!

I called ADT due to clarity issue with an exterior camera. A technician arrived within 1 hour of my request. In no time at all, Myles diagnosed the problem and fixed the camera so that it works better than ever. His work on ensuring that our ADT security system is now working optimally has given us peace. What a great experience! We had a tight window before we were leaving for vacation and really didnt think ADT could get everything installed before we left. Sharon Schlessinger made a trip to our house on Saturday to discuss options and by Tuesday Joshua was here installing everything. Super happy with the new system and the new keyless entry on the front door. I cant say how much better we felt knowing that even though we were going to be away, we were protected - thanks to Sharon and Joshua. What a team. We recently asked our ADT specialist to review our existing system. Sharon Schlessinger, Territory Manager, was very helpful in going over our features which to our amazement we didnt know all of our features. Sharon also made an evaluation of our home with the existing system & made recommendations (i.e, glass shatter alarm, carbon monoxide monitor, etc) to have our home up to date & security safe. The best is that Sharon was able to reduce our monthly rate & she made us very comfortable with understanding our system. Also kudos to Josh Roberts, installer. Very thorough, our dogs loved him and he cleaned up after installation. Great service we would recommend ADT to anyone.

I called this morning after having a couple rough nights with the alarm going off. They were able to send out technician the same day! Joe has been truly amazing! After hearing some horror stories about home alarm companies, that included poor service and up selling, I was so pleased to meet Sharon from ADT. She showed great patience with us and delivered everything we wanted in a system with minimal hassle.Time will tell if the system delivers all it was promised to but so far.... Myles was FANTASTIC. I usually dont write these reviews as good service is something you expect when you are paying for it. He was extremely personable and outgoing, thorough, didnt make me feel uncomfortable or stupid. He explained things to me and really made combated the Buyers Remorse. After explaining he replaced parts, tested them, and made sure that everything was perfect, and not good enough. He was fantastic and deserves a raise. Thank you Myles!

My wife and I have been customers of Protection 1, now ADT for twenty one years. During a renovation of our house, we suspended our alarm service. Although getting the services updated and returned to service was difficult, Ryan Justice, the technician who installed and reconnected the service, was courteous, professional, concerned and interested in completing the work to our satisfaction. As an aside, the service contract ADT uses is one of the most onerous and ridiculous contracts I have every read.

Victor was great. He was very professional and let us know what was going on with our system. He really educated us and we are very happy he was sent to our store to get the job done.

The worst.Prices kept going up with no extra services. ADT made it VERY difficult to break up with them. Beware of the auto-renewing contract that makes you stuck with them forever. Then, if you actually get out of your contract, you will get calls and calls and calls from all the sales people who are now suddenly interested in your business. gross.
