I have been with Advanced Protection for 15 years plus and have had nothing but great service from the first estimate and install to monitoring and even a future service call which was next day after I called. Not any defect but because a rat had eaten some wires. The monitoring service calls quickly to verify if it was an accident or a real emergency when we set off the alarm. The only company I will use!

We had been using them long time, several times the telephone broke and their system can not alert at all. We also just changed the new telephone company and this company dont want do any reconnect just ask us to tell telephone company fix, they dont want to reconnect the system to our new phone system. really bad service, pay the whole year money and dont do the job!
