When I happened onto USAB via Google search, I was suspicious of all the 5 star reviews the company received. How is it possible that any company is that outstanding? Well, the reviews were all true! The Regional Manager, Brandon Mayfield, answered my phone inquiry with a clear overview of the systems and services that he could offer, and came to our house to nail down the best options. From the start, Brandon was on-time to appointments, quick to return phone calls or respond to emails/texts, and very, very knowledgeable. Brian replaced our old interior security system which had become just too pricey with a more accessible system at much lower monthly monitoring costs. When we mentioned that we would like some cameras and motion detectors on the outside of the house, Brandon recommended some Ring products as a less-expensive alternative to the more commercial products that he carries. Although he does not usually install Ring products, he offered to install Ring products that we would buy ourselves, and recommended specific products. As soon as the products arrived, he installed them for a nominal cost and taught us how to use them. Brandon and his company truly represent the ideal of customer service, and I feel so lucky to have found them!

We purchased a home that previously had a wired alarm system. Over the years we talked about having it updated and activated, but never did. We finally made the move and called a few places. We just had a security system installed by US Alarm Brokers. Cant say enough good things about this company and Brandon. Upon doing more research before they came out I learned first hand that they work with TPD and even several TPD officers uses them personally so I chose them. I interviewed four different companies for my home monitoring needs. Being in the security industry, I know what Im looking for. The most important factors to me were technology and customer service. US Alarm Brokers has the very latest security systems out there, but the people I met from their company is what put them head and shoulders above the rest. Theyre very professional, personal, and responsive. Ive had to call twice after instillation for follow-up questions and they have been on it. Im very pleased and would recommend them highly to anyone.

Our older home had a 20+ year hardwired alarm system that needed some serious upgrades before it could function. Brandon came out and provided a pressure-free quote that allowed us to use the existing wiring with a new panel and much newer/better technology. After talking to a handful of other alarm companies, Brandon was a breath of fresh air. He was down to earth, extremely knowledgable on how to best outfit our home, and listened to what we wanted without pushing us to buy things we didnt need. He provided two options on the quote - one with some upfront costs and no contract (and a lower monthly cost), and one with completely free install but a 3-year contract. Both options were significantly better than any of the national alarm companies, and with undoubtedly better (and local) service. We ultimately decided on the no-contract option, but either option was still cheaper than almost every other quote we had.On the day of the install, Brandon spent quite a bit of time disassembling the existing wiring of the old system and ended up improving our system from 8 zones to 16 (which essentially allowed for one zone per sensor). We also installed some additional smart home options, including a smart garage door opener. He helped us set it all up on alarm.com so we can be fully connected through an app, with options to add functionality of additional connected technologies at a later date (smart lights, smart locks, thermostat, etc).A few days after we had the install, we had a false alarm due to a shorted wire in the OLD system (which was impossible to detect initially). Brandon immediately came out and fixed the issue at no additional cost - far exceeding any expectations we had. This was not an issue he created, but it was important to him that the issue was fixed and that we had a fully functional system.I HIGHLY recommend Brandon and US Alarm Brokers to anybody looking for an alarm system, whether its installing a new one or upgrading an existing system. Im extremely happy with the service, and Brandon is as good as it gets. Thank you!

US Alarm Brokers is the most professional alarm provider Ive ever used. Having experienced ADT, Protection One, Siren and Honeywell personally, the service and equipment is by far superior to my previous experiences. Not only was my equipment free, I was also able to alarm my overhead rolling garage door and have the smoke detector service added as well as part of my monthly package at no extra cost.

We have a local sandwich shop which includes multiple locations in Tucson. All of our stores have alarm systems through US Alarm and we are very happy with the service. They go out of their way to ensure all of our restaurants are secure. We had a sensor that we blocked with a very large plant. This plant caused a false alarm twice the other night. The very next day Brandon came out and tested the sensor. The sensor was fine and instead of having us move the plant he relocated the sensor. I called for the service on Monday and their schedule was booked. they still made it out the same day I called. Their support and service is a step above all others. This is my first house and I wanted to feel safe and from day one of service, I have had no complaints. The system is also easy to use! Brandon came out on a Friday night to install our system. My work schedule makes it tough to be home during business hours. I am a business owner as well.He was very personal with my wife and kids. U.S. Alarm Brokers came out and was able to do all of our windows and doors, motion detectors, remotes and more for nothing out of pocket. The other bids we received were crazy!
