I just got my car back from Audio 2000 after they had it for a few days and let me say it was worth the wait. Im very happy how it all came out it sounds amazing. Just want to say thanks to Bill and Dan on their incredible work. I will definitely come back again.

Ive known Bill for many years and have always had my car audio done at his shop. He does quality work and has the utmost knowledge in car audio. He just upgraded my stereo and I get many compliments on his work. Hands down he and Dan are the guys to see if youre looking to improve your sound system. Keep up the great work guys, Ill be seeing you soon.

Audio 2000 is the only shop to get any audio work done on anything! If you can think it, they can do it! Or even if you just want a simple audio job done. The only thing better than the work done here is the people doing the work.

Got a deck install on my Solara and boy did they have to work some miracles to get it finished. Overall the service was fantastic, Bill was great and his buddy did a great job with the installation and everything works as it should. I highly recommend Audio 2000 for your needs.

I had a quick change I needed done. My deck died with a library CD in it. Dan scheduled me for the day the new deck would get to the shop in the mail. I got in there after delivery that day and they had it in quickly. It only took about an hour and they were able save the library CD too. Bill and Dan rule, get there.Also woodworking artistry!

I stopped in here and spoke to owner about a system upgrade in my car . This guy is extremely professional and all around nice guy. He gave me a tour around his shop and showed me this installation he was working on and I could not believe the craftsmanship of the systems he installs. If you want a truly custom system this is the place.

Great work! These guys just got my factory stereo to sound amazing! Audio 2K added 2 amps, a sub with custom box and a processor for a fantastic price, and my Silverado now bumps! Highly recommended, and surpassed expectations! Bill (owner) said he hadnt done his job unless I gave him 5 stars, so here it is!! These guys are old school sound gurus unlike anyone else in town! Experience, experience, experience! And it shows! High attention to detail and a clean install made this job perfect! If you want it done right, this is the place to go! I shopped this new system hard, amongst several other established shops in town, but these guys had the best price and now I know after working with them that their product and installation skills are untouchable! Thanks guys! My stereo sounds so good that I dont want to get out of truck! Im taking the long way home!!!!!

Excellent customer service! Even for a little guy that may not spend a lot of money. They made my small purchase feel like it was the most important purchase of the day. They do amazing, award-winning custom installations while still providing exceptional service for those of us that arent necessarily creating amazing car audio systems. They made me feel valued. Unlike some of the other shops around town.

Was going to go with Audio 2000 back in May 2019. I was wanting a custom down-firing box. However the owner argued with me on what I wanted. In the end I decided to go with a smaller box than what he wanted to install.About a week later I changed my mind and decided to hold off. I had put down a $250 deposit at the time that I originally decided to purchase the box, woofer, install. As I later learned that week that I changed my mind, apparently deposits are non-refundable according to the owner Bill.Learned my lesson.

Ive known bill for 25 years he is one of the best custom stereo installers I know. Hes done a few custom installs for me. Plus all the Lanzar vans hes built.

Ive been going to Audio 2000 for over 10 years for all of my vehicle Audio, Video and Security needs.Bill has always given me fair prices and has gone over and beyond on each of my custom builds. I advise anyone who needs anything Audio, Video and/or Security related completed to their vehicle to go see Bill!

I love this place! They have the best Audio installers in Tucson and are always friendly. I also had my windows tinted there, and they do great work! Love that they dont use cheap film, only good products. Top of the line service from Audio2000

Very good experience. Called the day before, spoke to Bill, the owner (he answers the phone). Made an appointment for today. Arrived at the business and discussed my car audio issues with Bill. We discussed the possible solutions and prices associated with them. No hard sell whatsoever. He gave me great information as to my desired outcome. His staff member Dan (fabricator/installer) drove my vehicle to the install bay, proceeded to replace speakers and within approx. 1 1/2 hours, I was ready to drive away with a renewed audio system. Price was right, service excellent, and most of all, I purchased what I wanted/needed, versus driving away with stuff that someone else thought I should buy. I would do business again with Audio 2000/Bill W without hesitation. Many thanks.

I stopped in after checking prices for window tinting at a few other places. Had my windows tinted here and am very happy with the work done at Audio 2000. Pricing was much more reasonable that the $200 to $400 plus I was quoted elsewhere! Very happy I stopped here.

Just went to Audio 2000 in a rush as I needed my Goldwing seat fixed before an upcoming cross-country trip. Bill went out of his way to accommodate me in a busy Saturday schedule, and fixed my seat on the spot. Thanks for the awesome and friendly service.

I chose this shop based on reviews and they exceeded all my expectations. I took my wrangler for a simple install and meet the owner and the installers. Very professional and knowledgeable. After hearing the background of the just the owner he is literally one of the most respected and knowledgeable people in car audio, not only on tucson but nationally. From competitions to magazine features and simple builds, the quality is unmatched.

These guys have installed a sound system in a few of my cars. They installed for poppers and an alarm too.If you need it done right the first time, these are the guys to do it. If you want a system for sound competitions or just simply a hands free stereo, they do it all.I collect older cars and I only trust them with my collection. Do not use this shop they will rip you off Bill is a fraud I like the way the only applies to my review considering I never received Receipt I paid him in cash like everyone else does But of course he will play it off is right and everyone else is wrong

Did a good job installing a car stereo for me. A bit unorganized but I think they were just really busy. Their prices are less than those over priced gimmicky places but just a bit more than the cheap places that dont install well, I think it was worth the money spent. Good installation and friendly service, would consider visiting them again (although the make America great again mug on the counter may be a deal breaker next time....).

Ive been a loyal customer at Audio 2000 since 2008. Every time I walk into this shop I am amazed at the craftsmanship just lying around. One reviewer said that Bill is the best in AZ, but Id bet that hes one of the top in the nation. This is no Audio Express. Bills talent and skill goes so far beyond audio installation. He regularly turns out fully customized interior modifications. Just SOME of the projects Ive seen go through his shop include a fully custom carbon fiber console piece for a truck (which turned out glossy, curvy and sexy), fully custom door panels to accommodate speakers that were otherwise too large to fit on a door... The list just goes on and on. And when hes done, youd never know the vehicle wasnt just made that way (aside from how bad-ass it looks).And if that werent enough, Bill is honest and an all-around genuinely good guy. He is a craftsman who is passionate about making beautiful things, and doing it right. He clearly enjoys the process, and everything he turns out he does with an eye towards precision and perfection.There is NO-ONE else I would trust to do what Bill does. I moved from Tuscon to Phoenix, and I STILL bring all of my work to Bill. If you want a first class custom installation from a veteran and thought-leader in the industry, your search is over.(And if youre on a budget, dont be scared away--he can do plain-jane installs too, and has for me on my very old Jeep. And you wont experience sub-par service just because youre not in for a high-end full custom job).

Relationships are the most important thing any business can share; the value can be the transactional or long term, Bill and his team of installers are top notch. If you want a small job to a national show car, this is the guy. He is an Expert at what he does, the attention to detail is incredible, the master craftsmanship is unmatched, I cannot say enough about the quality of work, we trust our entire fleet of healthcare vehicles to him for security, GPS systems for finding patients houses and quality audio systems for our hard working employees such as weather alerts through satellite radio, backup cameras for safety, and Bluetooth hands-free systems for taking calls from patients and doctors offices. I cannot express enough how fantastic and professional his business is, a rarity in todays fast-paced service field.

Bill and his team at Audio 2000 are -BAR NONE- the best in Arizona. Bill has been at his Tucson location on Speedway for the past 20 years. He literally invented the modern fiberglass techniques used in most of the industry today. Beyond his technical knowledge is his artistic eye and craftsmanship. Hes an award winning segmented woodturner - and that same passion for aesthetic perfection is evident in all of his car audio builds. He doesnt shy away from challenging vehicles like my BMW install- which had a bunch of crazy German integrated systems that needed to all still work after my audio upgrades were complete. I will be taking my wifes Landrover to him in the next couple of months. Highly recommended!!

I have the most worst horrible experience with this place I have deposited half to get trunk done. The owner Bill did now following thru what agree he trying to charges extra just to install the remote when he already charged to installed the unit itself. I brought him all the parts the only thing he need is his time build the box swap out 2 pairs of speakers 3 battery and 2 volt smd meter and sound processor I got charged closed to 2k. Today I went to another shop to checked my install cuz I have a short the damn speaker wires not hooking up. Stay away from this place .I will dispute with my bank. I have invoice from other shop showed the installation garbage

Completely trash customer service. As you can tell from the response of the owner. What it seems like you mess up alot of cars who get DUI ignition devices installed. My cars definitely not filthy maybe some cosmetic issues. So when responding back dont try and add things to make yourself look better. I Had a interlock device installed and they ended up braking a piece around my steering wheel then tried to tape it up with black tape to try and hide it. No common courtesy to let me know. Im telling you people never go there!

Dont believe the hype of the other so called expert stereo shops with their $1 installations. This place is the real deal. Great customer service, sage type stereo advice and superb quality installations are all in a days work for this shop. Even though they dont carry a lot of high end products on hand, that doesnt mean that he cant get it and usually the same day. They do carry everything that you need for your installation and they have a huge wood shop in back. They saved me a ton of money and my ears from poor choices in audio gear. Remember, you get what you pay for!

Awesome custom install, stereo, subs, 3 amps, amp rack, wiring, backup camera, front camera, and sound processor, beautiful job, it looks factory with a custom touch.

Stopped by yesterday to discuss a install with bill and he had no problem showing me around the shop and showing me all the custom work that they do. I made the mistake of going to audio express to get a box made. The one thing ive known for years is, this place knows custom fabrication and it cost for it but the work ive seen from this place is unmatched whole amp racks made out of plexiglass like who does that or would dare to do it hahaha. Ill be in shortly for a sytem bill i might have to lower my budget a lil after talking to the wife but you guys will be doing my system soon

Pretty cool people business is business I guess

Went in to get an interlock installed and that went good but when I got home I noticed my brake lights were permanently on. I gave them a call and was told rudely there was no way they could have done that and it would be $125 an hour to fix it. I asked to talk to the installer of the interlock and was told he was busy but hed give me a call back. He never did. After trouble shooting it myself, I figured out that they unplugged something right next to where they installed the interlock and fixed it myself. Would never come back here for anything as it is clear they have careless installers and poor customer service.Edited for response:The fact remains that the installer did unplug something that left my brake lights permanently on and when I called to ask what he might have touched I was ignored and had to figure it out myself. You as the owner should have asked the installer when I called and at the very least made sure I received a phone call back after you took my name and number down. This had nothing to do with frustration of getting an interlock installed but did have to do with the frustration of getting an interlock installed incorrectly- leaving my brake lights permanently on for 3+ hours while I waited for a return phone call that I never received and then having to troubleshoot the problem myself and finding out it was 100% something that your installer did.
