Wow!! These are guys were great!!! Went to Best Buy and was treated miserably!!!! For context I have a 2002 Toyota Tacoma that had an old aftermarket alarm system. It was as old as the truck. So 19 year old alarms dont work well and my truck wouldnt Start because the alarm would fault. Every shop I called, including best buy, gave me appointments weeks in the future and quoted me 500 to 600 dollars!!!! Best buy even told me to drive to their sierra vista location to have the alarm installed!!!!!! I stopped by Valencia and Gabriel treated me right. He said leave your truck and give me a few hours!! Less than three hours later he called me and got I my truck!! Great service and cheap price on a viper two way alarm!!!

So far so good friendly people look like they do professional work and they take time to explain functions and features affordable prices !!

Went to Valencia audio but head unit bought some speakers but a few other things went home and stalled it had some issues and went back to ask him some questions and he helped to get everything working and in order they are very knowledgeable there and very friendly they treated us like family

My alarm (didn’t know my car had an alarm, lol) shut down my car when I changed out the battery. Gabe came came out to the house in less than an hour. He had me up and running in less than 15 minutes. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him.

This is a good place to get a new stero system installed I have put in all my systems hear n have never had a problem reasonable prices way better than audio express were they say they charge you a dollar for installation but rent you the tools they use to install your stero Wich doesnt make any sense

Gone 3 times already to fix a problem with the stereo that I bought and was installed there and still NOT fixed!!!!

Unprofessional installation, they drilled unnecessary holes and damaged visible parts of the interior also leaving a mess of cut wires and plastic everywhere.
