My ordered food was delicious; chicken rolled tacos, side of beans, rice.Parking not so good; cramped. Its a challenge to get in and out. Food is the treat; delicious. Servers were very nice.

Excellent service both times I had to go in. The first time they replaced the screen but it had a faulty audio connection so they ordered a new old and installed quickly at no charge. Phone works great now. No pitch for cases or add-ons but they have some there if needed.

I called and asked if they would be able to replace my screen if I had all the supplies and the screen replacement, and they said yes you will just need to pay a service fee. I brought my phone in with the screen replacement and tools that I bought and they said that they would call me when they got done replacing my cell phone screen. A few hours later they called saying that my screen replacement didn’t fit my phone. They said I could either pay to have the right sized screen put on or they would have to put my broken screen back on. I paid $129 to have them put the right sized screen on. In the end, they told me to try and return the screen replacement I bought. My home button wasn’t working either, and they said I would have to take it to Apple to get it fixed. When we got there to pick my phone up they told me that they fixed my home button by replacing the screen; that my home button wasn’t working due to my cracked screen. They were really nice and helpful. They got my cell phone screen and home button fixed the same day I brought my phone in and I have a lifetime warranty. If my screen ever stops working, then they will replace it or give me a refund. Definitely go here to get your phone fixed.

Horrible customer service!! Am a repeat customer and have gotten screen protectors there at least 4 times in the past two years. Suddenly today I am no longer in their system by name or phone number. The man there today(who am sure has helped me before) refuses to sell and replace my screen saver for the discounted price which I have always received with absolutely no issues several times before. He was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. After a long day at work and driving 1O miles out of my way on the way home this was not how I wanted to end my day. Over a $5 screen protector. Really? I hope your business is the next to fold at that mall.

Id been having issues with my PS4 and after failing multiple times to fix the console on my own, I called GameStop (the Foothills Mall one) and they directed me to uBreakiFix (same location).I called in, described the issues that I was having, and brought my PS4 in later that same day. About a week later, they called me back with an assessment and price estimate and I picked my PS4 back up an hour after that. It works great and I havent had a single issue since.The man that I spoke with over the phone (Trevor) was the same person that repaired my PS4, and the dudes friggin awesome. He gave me a clear break-down of exactly what was wrong with my PS4, what it would take to fix it, and what those repairs would cost (and he was kind enough to humour my sleep-deprived video game ramblings).Im not too knowledgeable when it comes to repair costs, but the pricing seemed perfectly fair to me and Im stoked to have my PS4 working properly again. Id definitely recommend the place from this experience alone and would highly suggest asking for Trevor if youve got any consoles that need repairs.💪🐺👍

My iphone 4S has been a constant companion and a workhorse for me these past years. I started having issues with the battery life and couldnt figure out what was going wrong. After trying everything including a full clean and restart, I had My Gadget Gear replace the battery for me. The repair was done quickly, professionally and to my delight it didnt leave my phone bricked. Which was very possible with me considering doing the job myself. I spoke with Trevor about my charger port having a broken charger stuck inside it. He took it in the back and got the left over charger out without me having to have the port replaced. Great customer service I will comeback for any repairs I need.

Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. This place uses poor quality knockoff parts that break right away. We replaced a defective screen on an iPhone and the screen broke two days later while it was in my wifes purse. They refused to stand by their 6 month warranty. Let me tell you. THAT WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANYTHING. IT IS A GIMMICK. The tech claimed that we somehow hit the screen with a sharp object, which is a joke. What screen breaks while inside a purse, without dropping it?? Very thin glass replacement. STAY AWAY!

Took a phone in with cracked glass. Picked it up a few hours later and all was great. Took the phone home to find out there was a glitch due to a broken sensor. Took it back to the store and they handled it immediately, same day, and replaced the sensor.The people were courteous, prompt, and did quality work. As far as the glitch, those things happen. Although it meant an extra trip to the store, it was quickly and professionally resolved.The staff was very good to work with and knew what they were doing. They certainly care for the customer and strive to serve.I have no reservations recommending this business.

The phone was ready quick - they take pics of the phone before and after and had me sign docs - made everything seem official and legit. They even fixed my ear piece speaker - I can hear people on the other line now! I went there based on google reviews. Do not take your device to the Foothills Mall location. They’ll tell you anything to get your money. If you do go to this location, do not leave the store until you know for absolute sure your device is working, do not take the associates word for it. I was told my phone was working, got it home and nothing. All I got was a none refundable $80 lesson on why it’s important to make sure my devices work before leaving the store. If the device can’t be fixed, be honest about it.

This is a terrible company to do business with!! There is a reason they make you electronically sign a huge form before they will work on your phone. They lied to me about discounts, they promised to give me back my old broken screens, and they refused to return a non functioning piece of equipment that they sold me 3 weeks prior. The manager was very confrontational with me after I called him out on not returning my old screens and the phone charger that no longer worked. I spent over $285, and I couldnt get him to return a phone cord for $14.99. What a way to blow off a paying client, and make them never want to go back. They wouldnt return the screens, because they had already taken off and SOLD the other parts to the screen. This is how they make money. THE SCREENS THEY SELL ARE CHEAPER AT APPLE! Do your homework before you go to either of these 2 locations. All this place is good for is HORRENDOUS customer service and sales people that lie to get your business. BUYER BEWARE!

I had my son’s iPhone 6 repaired twice at the Foohills Mall Location. The first time, we they replaced the screen/glass (for cracked screen). After the repair, my son couldn’t fit the phone into his usual phone case which we showed the associate helping us. He basically told us that we should just get a new case since the phone is repaired and working. Since my son needed his phone, we agreed to use another case.Two weeks later, the screen stopped working and just turns black. So we took it back. The person who helped us this time was very technically knowledgeable and thoroughly inspected and repaired my son’s phone. Hopefully, the repair will last longer this time.

Love My Gadget Gear, complete lifesavers!! I dropped my phone in water, it started to show some signs of water damage. I was convinced rice would do the trick, I had it in rice all night and most of the day before I decided to call My Gadget Gear to see what they could do to save my phone. They had me take it in right away, opened it up and showed me how much water was still pooled all around inside. They took my phone and dried everything out, cleaned any corrosion, and tested everything to make sure it was working properly. They have amazing staff and I am so grateful for everything they did to save my phone!

DO NOT GO HERE! I wasted so much time and money at this store trying to get a screen fixed that they replaced. Over several months the store continued to repair the phone but I ended up having to go back into the store about every two weeks to have them to glue the screen back down, which continued to lift off. People GO TO THE APPLE STORE!!!!!!!!!!!! It is so much cheaper, they have reliable products, and they wont try and rip you off. Apple has reliable screens costing $109 vs My Gadget Gear screen $130. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO COMPLETELY WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

THEY BROKE MY IPHONE!!!After hours of work on it (just a cracked screen) I got my iPhone back to find that the haptics aren’t working and the scroll around text isn’t working. To add insult to injury there is now (after less than 48 hr) a HUGE BUBBLE by the Home button.I must take it back although I hate going to the Foothills Mall, it is so empty and dreary.I should have known they didn’t know what they were doing when Jose tried to tell me the zoom on my camera only went up to 5X.I am appalled by this “fix” and will report to the BBB. When I do take my iPhone back I believe I will just demand my money back and take it to a reputable shop.So much for trusting the good reviews this place got on Google.THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS IF THEY CANNOT FIX A SCREEN W/O BREAKING THE PHONE!!!

I cracked the screen on my iPhone 5 this past weekend. My cell phone provider told me Id have to pay $500 for a new phone because I was not upgrade eligible.I found out about My Gadget Gear from a friend, and they were able to repair my phone for a fraction of the cost. They even offer a warranty on their services which gave me the piece of mind that I was getting professional service.Everyone in the store was helpful and knowledgeable about their products. My phone works just as well as it did before my weekend accident. I also purchased a Lifeproof case from their store to protect my phone from future drops. They have so many cases! Needed a Samsung Authorized Representative to repair phone with a software re-install. There were some hiccups along the way, but they came through and were able to get my phone software updated so my phone is now in 2018, not stuck in 2016 version. Technician was able to do a thorough job at the right price.

After waiting 3 weeks for them to order a new battery not a recycled battery they were trying to install. I made the decision to order one on my own and have them replace it. We agreed to deduct the amount of the batteries they ordered and only charge me for the install of the new battery that I purchased. Brought my new battery to their store and they refunded me the difference as we agreed. The repair guy on site said it would take about 45 minutes and when I came back he stated that only a specialist could install my battery on my Motorola droid turbo 2. I asked for a full refund and they said they couldnt do that even though they refunded me the difference 45 minutes earlier. This place is a ripoff.

I went in with a phone that had a cracked screen and now I have a phone that no longer works. I went in the first time to get a shattered screen fixed on a galaxy s7, they did not have the part so they ordered it. I waited 2 days for them to call and say they ordered white (my phone is gold) would it be okay to use white, and I said no not for $200 I am paying to get it fixed. They ordered the gold part that took a week to come in. Finally I went to take my phone in and have it fixed, waited at the mall for two hours to go back and find out Dillon the tech fixing my phone heard a crack while placing the weight on to set the glue. He kept my phone and ordered the part again, two days later I finally had a fixed phone. About a week after that the screen started turning purple/black (it spread quickly and is now a black screen) so I rushed it back to them (they said to bring it in and they wold fix the problem right away). Left my phone with Dillon again who said he would order another part and have it fixed. An hour later I got a call saying I would have to pay the $200 again! I absolutely could not do that and am sure the problem was from them fixing it the first time. They took my money and I ended up with a phone that does not work at all anymore.
