I am impressed! I literally destroyed my screen even though I had a case and screen protector. I fell on the cliff of a mountain and my phone was completely shattered. I was devastated. But I called this place and was in and out in half an hour! And they made my screen new! FIVE STARS!!! Absolutely recommend!!

Dishonest! I ask them for the price for the most simple repair (replacing a camera lense with a part I had already purchased) they give me an outrageous price ($70) saying that its because its a difficult phone to work on, they didnt ask me which phone it was!!!!Dont go to them theyll try to scam and make il things.

I was calling because I live 2 hours away, to confirm or find out if you guys have or are able to replace the Razer phone 2 front glass screen only. They guy who I spoke with wouldnt even specify if he knew what phone I was even talking about or if it was even possible. He just kept telling me bring it in we have some parts for the razer. Sorry but Im not gonna waste my time to go up there and not even be able to get the time of day from your staff that probably dont even have what Im looking for or the capability to fix my phone.

Not only do they have the best repair prices in town (they beat everyone else by at least $35)...they have a collection of working vintage arcade games, open to the public, including some rare ones...this is hands down the best repair experience Ive had anywhere. Fast, polite, professional...and a very clean store with accessories at reasonable prices. An easy 5 stars!

My Samsung S7 cellphone needed a new battery. I dropped the phone off and the replacement took less than an hour. The phone is now holding a charge. Very pleased.

Getting my phone repaired was necessary because I certainly did not want to buy a new phone. Finally decided to contact Tucson Cell Phone Screen Repair and only wish I had done so sooner.The repair was completed quickly and confidently. They know their business extremely well. I knew that I had found the right people. My experience was excellent and professional. Very pleased.

My Note 8 was severely damaged after a minor fall, causing the screen to be damaged and the components under it to also be damaged. I brought it into the store and had it repaired for about $235 which was less than an estimated $250. They also repaired the phone within fourty minutes. I then got to my car and the phone alerted me that the S-pen is not there; indeed it is missing when it was not before. The fingerprint sensor does not work when it was working. I will be selling this phone to cut my losses, and will not shop here anymore.

They fixed my LG! If you own an LG you know how hard it is to find some one. Plus they were A LOT cheaper than the 1 other place that could fix it. Literally half the price. The other big thing is they are in the mall so the hour and half it took to repair it we shopped around! I will be back for sure!!

I came here today 5/1/16 The staff was friendly straight to the point and honestly the cheapest.. I looked around all over Tucson for the best price to fix my screen everywhere else I went it was 140 just to fix my iPhone 6+ screen they charge me $89 I dont think youll find a better deal anywhere else its took them 30 minutes in and out I recommend these guys.

They have a good and fast service. But after 20 days the screen they installed in my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 started detaching from the white paint in the front camera area. I took it to the manager and he told me it was a common Samsung issue and there was nothing they could do for me.
