Fortunately, I have discovered a compassionate and well-informed Verizon service provider at the Verizon store on Oracle! In the past when Ive entered a Verizon store, Ive been an apprehensive customer because of the of assistance. Luke Gloggs willingness to take the time to restore the functionality of my cell phone needs has given me hope in Verizon providing customer service. Thank you Luke, you are perhaps one of the best Verizon specialist that has assisted me.
Very good and fast service. Alfred (I hope that’s his name) was very nice. Guy was quick and helped with with every step on switching my line; printed a receipt showing my monthly installment; helped me pick the correct accessories as well. This was Saturday, but still, it was worth making a Gmail account just to put this review out there. Thanks again
Do not go here if you are a minority I had a very horrible experience with prejudice. They ignored me and my partner for an hour and a half yet greeted every white person right away. Once we were finally acknowledged they told us their system was down and to try bestbuy. Would not have been such a bad experience if it wasn’t for being ignored for over an hour.
This place is not there anymore Verizon moved far far away its getting hard to find one these days had to go to Best buy instead
I went into the store with the expectation of switching my service to Verizon and because of my experience I left with my same TMobile service. Alfredo misled and outright lied to me about what my monthly bill would be. He was rude and unhelpful the entire time, like I was bothering him by asking questions. When I saw on the print-out that the monthly price was different than he told me I was furious because he was trying to sneak it past me. He tried to tell me that it was the same plans we spoke about. Unfortunately for him, I can do the math and it didn’t add up at all. I spoke with Jose the Manager who also didn’t have any customer service experience. He didn’t want to hear my side and there was no apology whatsoever or attempt to fix the situation. I do not recommend going to this location.
Went in on Saturday to upgrade my phone because my battery can’t hold a charge for longer than a few hours. Was told at the door that I could not upgrade because I didn’t have an appointment. I looked online to double check, and don’t see any indication that an appointment is needed to get a new phone. Poor customer service means they miss out on a $1000 sale and I’ll just take my phone to an independent location to get the battery replaced. Don’t go to the store, it isn’t worth your energy or time.
The service people were nice the customer care was good answer some of my questions but I didnt have to wait too long
I had to order a phone twice. 1st there was a payment issue, order was cancelled. 2nd I ordered over the phone with a rep and did in store pick up for the location he chose. I got charged. And when I came for the phone later in the day they say it’s still processing. Phone wasn’t ready. I’d also like to mention how impossible it is to talk to a human about this when you call their phone lines. I’m on hold while writing this review and it’s been 20 minutes. I really regret trying to be a customer for this phone company.
Purchased a new value smart phone. Also purchased a new screen protector, case and wireless charger as part of a %30 discount for accessories. The representative looked up on the internet to make sure the phone has wireless charging capability. Turns out that the phone is not wireless charging. I returned the next day to return the phone but was told I would have to pay a $50 restocking fee, no exception. They sold me a phone and told me features about the phone it doesnt have and sold me the accessories to go along with it that dont work. Now I have a phone that doesnt charge wireless like I want. They offered me to return the charger at no charge. Wow
Went with the idea i would he able to upgrade my phone and get the $700 promotion credit. When I went in I was helped by a young woman who said we needed to complete a few more extra steps to get the promotion such as paying off the phone completely and upgrading our line. We did both of those things and she still could not figure out why we were not getting the promotion so she had us leave and come back we called Verizon and it turned out that she did not understand that we need to open up a new line she was just telling us we can get the $700 credit by just trading in our phone. It seemed like she did not know anything at all really, she basically tricked us into paying 300$ and we got nothing out of it. Very disappointed and i will be changing carriers.

I would give no stars if I could. Staff was rude and unwilling to assist us with changes to our account. Went as far as to say we had to call someone to make the changes we wanted. Been a customer since they were Airtouch in the 90s. Every visit to the store gets worse and worse. Must be the price you pay for all the remodels. Everytime I go into the the store its different. Contemplating finding a different carrier for my 7 lines of service.
Staff was helpful in directing me to Best Buy for my Samsung protective cover. They didnt have it in stock.

Service is WAAAAAAAAY OVER PRICED
A Verizon tech on the phone sent me to the Verizon store to assist with a fix for the cell phone. The Verizon store agent stated that there are no techs at any of the stores any longer. The expensive cell phone still needs to be repaired but no one knows the fix at the Verizon phone IT help desk or at the Verizon store. The end result is the phone is not fixed.
I hate how Verizon give the people that work there no power to do anything. I will definitely be switching.

On May 6, 2021, Mr. Alejandro Espinoza, General Manager of the Verizon store located at 4405 North Oracle Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705, refused to provide customer service for my mother’s iPhone which was running hot. My mother is Vietnamese, close to being 80 years old, and unfamiliar with technology. Mr. Espinoza also argued with me and lied to me on the phone about divulging account manager information to my mother. Mr. Espinoza instructed my mother to come back to the store and he will provide service to her. My mother came back to the store on the 7th and the 8th of May 2021, but she was told Mr. Espinosa was unavailable both times. The Verizon representative also refused to service my mother’s phone and instructed my mother to have her son do it.After being refused service from the Oracle store, my mother visited the Verizon store located on North Thornydale Road in Marana. The representative at the Marana store serviced my mother’s phone and was able to resolve the issue. Also, the representative informed my mother the employees at the Oracle store are mean.I am grateful for the assistance provided by the representative at the Marana Verizon store. However, I am disappointed with the treatment and refusal of service exhibited by the General Manager, Mr. Espinoza, and his employees at the Oracle Verizon store. It appears Mr. Espinoza, General Manager, and his employees have refused to assist my mother based on her age and her ethnicity.Please do not send me a generic apology for the actions committed by Mr. Alejandro Espinoza and his team. I would prefer a callback on this issue. Also, I strongly believe the General Manager and his employees at the Oracle store should be held accountable for their wrongful actions.

On my most recent visit, the customer service people came outside to help people. No one was allowed in store and we all wore face masks. I was there with a broken phone. They didnt give me a Case Number for the form I had, but they did give me the phone number to call to get a new phone. I had to return and ask if the battery and other stuff listed on the envelope could be removed, but was told they couldnt remove them from my Samsung Galaxy S10+. I should have remembered to ask about this on my first visit. The reason for four stars instead of five is that they didnt have a case for my phone and for not helping me with the form/case no.
This would be a zero if that was an option-I wanted to find out some options for paying our grandchildren’s cell phone bills, there is nothing when you click on this store, from Tucson’s Verizon locations, that says appointments are necessary and nothing in their phone message-it says in store shopping is available and under health and safety there is nothing that says only by appointment. I was told by the rude employee that it’s all over their website and then she walked away. You are a phone company, fix your google information or close up.
Waited forever to buy a screen cover fir my phone than the associate hands it to me instead of putting in on like every other Verizon store I been in. Real sad

We traveled to this store because our Oro Valley store had closed. We were met by an employee before entering who asked the purpose of our visit. I told her I just wanted to look at models of phones. She asked if I had an appointment which I did not because the web site DID NOT state an appointment was needed to LOOK at phones. She would not allow us in to look at phones without making an appointment. REALLY? She was rude and walked back inside the store. She basically turned her back on a potential sale. Very disappointing service as I have been a Verizon customer for many years. I would understand if the store had other customers waiting...but from we could see from outside the door - the store was not crowded at all - only 1 other car in the parking lot. While we understand precautions are necessary, rude employee behavior is not.
I went to finally get my phone fixed after a month of being without one and I was told at the door I couldnt come inside unless I had a real mask. I have a home-made mask that covers my nose and mouth with a filter inside, but instead of being helpful and polite, the guy at the door practically laughed in my face. I have been a loyal Verizon customer since 2010 and have never been treated so disrespectfully. In these times, youd think kindness would play a part in everyday life. So much for customer service, very disappointing.
Minty, from your Oracle & Wetmore store in Tucson, Arizona, is an outstanding customer service representative. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, she went out of her way to help me with the problem I was having with my Apple Watch, which I purchased from your store. She is a delightful & very knowledgeable young lady. Minty went right to work & discovered the reason I was having so much trouble getting it to work properly. I have to say the time I spent with her was a pleasure & was the best customer service I’ve received from this store. I’ve been a Verizon customer since you came to Tucson. I’ve purchased all my phones, tablets & now Iwatch from you for several years. I’ve also influenced my whole family to move to Verizon so we could share in the best mobile service & coverage, in my opinion. After today’s visit I plan to come back to purchase my next iPad, from Minty.😉 I already have my eye on the one I want & hopefully it will show up on the holiday sales. Once more I have to express my delight in having found Minty! She is a very special young lady! ♥️
Took care of my problems
Oh my gosh .the worst experience I have ever had. The manager was so rude and she wouldnt help us ar all . Our phone didnt work on incoming calls yet she still wouldnt give us a break on changing out the new 10 day old phone for a different one. I wound up talking my sins used phone he got a new phone yet it still cost me 300 dollars before we left the store. After just spending 200 dollars for the phone that never worked. And all beware go Verizon and Verizon, are totally different stores. One will not service the other. Phones phone.lines customers or nothing. I am so disappointed I changed cricket to Verizon. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and Verizon wiped me out of any extra money for the next month. Go Verizon heck no. Mr. C

This store ugh. Staff is rude and unpleasant. Tried to go there to get a phone, had my mother (the acct holder) with me. They let her in but not me. Told them I was purchasing but she had the acct. Ill ask the manager. She left me standing there in 106 degree heat, in a mask, for 10 minutes. I finally tried to enter to find out what was going on and they refused to let me enter. Sorry, I understand social distancing and the limit on customers, but they just left me in the heat instead of immediately telling me. I am happy to spend my $1000 at another store.

You cant call the store directly, you get transferred to a call center than transferred again, than give your email address & wait on hold to receive you appointment time! I went to this sore to get a screen protector put on for my daughters new phone. I waited in line outside and waited for the rep. Shen came out and said come on it but, we can not put the protector on. Why I asked? “we can not touch your phone”. Okay, management pay attention I just had my phone protector done the day before at another store. Even if she was filling your direction you are at a CELL PHONE service center. You do not have anything in place all this time during COVID? The rep camp out of the store without a mask using a door handle that everyone touches but, you can not touch a cell phone. YOUR PART OF A CELL PHONE SERVICE STORE! Even when I leave anywhere I have protocols cause of COVID. I will not come back to this store because of sheer stupidity and laziness.
Mari! Hands down the bestest! She helped my son Rene with getting the phone his dad ( now passed away) promised him. She gave him very understandable options and explained everything to where he can understand.. and if my son is happy, MOM IS happy I appreciate all she has done A+in my book

Been very frustrating lately with Verizon. Now you need an appointment to come in store, they are booked until January, customer service online is terrible, no one will call back. Just very disappointed.

The most incompetent crew I have ever met in any carriers store. It was so bad it even blew the lid for a phone company.I was thinking about switching to T-Mobile as the 2 lines my wife and I share were costing us more than $130 per month with a little bit of data (2GB I think). This is with a government discount as my wife works for the G. I explained that situation to Abraham who checked our account and found that it was in the name of my wife (for the discount) and that I was not authorized on the account. OK, fine. I told him to disregard any change request as all I was doing was to inquire about the possibilities to get a lower monthly payment. He refused to tell me if and how that would be possible and handed me over to a manager, a gentleman with a grey beard whos name slipped my mind. I explained the situation again and told him that he should disregard any changes as Im not authorized but to treat me like a new customer and if I could have two lines with data for less than $130.His answer blew my mind as he started with Well, I cant tell you that because you are not authorized.... What?! How retarded do you have to be or were you not listening to what I was saying? Verizon Wireless plans are now a matter of National Security and you need to be authorized to know about the rates?Great! Moving on and switching to T-Mobile. Great Customer Service, Verizon, keep it up!
The staff is pretty good, its just the policies that arent always in the consumers favor. Decent selection of phones, but make sure you do your homework, as they were completely unaware of a $250 promotion. However, once it was brought to their attention, the staff was quick to help us make the most of it.
Asked for insurance claim and was told to call on my phone when it was broken. Called insurance company and they said why didnt they give you the paper work to fill out. I dont know. By that time she was helping others and wasnt I interested in help us get paper work to fill out. No help at all. Still have pay for phone you cant use every month. Pretty sad.

Perfect!! I was met at the door by Annette. We introduced ourselves and she asked me what I needed--transfer contact data from old Android to new iPhone. Annette told me to wait one minute and a tech person would make the changes I requested. Jasmine appeared about 20 seconds later knowing exactly what I needed, and she was very polite and professional. She took my phones and then returned my phones to me all set within five minutes. Smooth as glass. Kudos to Annette and Jasmine for outstanding and friendly customer service. This is the way it is supposed to be done.

Rude to mother who needed international service. They said dont you know how to answer a text when she asked for step by step instructions to set it up. She had to maneuver with the help of other Verizon customers.

The blonde little short girl was super rude to my husband and I when we came in... The entire time we were being “helped” she was giving us attitude. I’ve never had such bad experience in my life. All we noticed was her tapping her fake nails on the counter, arms crossed & rudeness. After she refused to help us, we requested the manager to help us and he came out being just as rude. I couldn’t help but crying in the car on our way home. I’ve never experienced such service. We will be changing to T-Mobile! The young man at T-Mobile on broadway near UofA was amazing!

Given the location, this store can get pretty busy certain times of the day. That said, my experience here has always been great. The staff is very helpful.
What is going on with these people?! They take no pride in their work at all. They just want your money but when you have an issue they can’t help and you have to call the 1-800 number. They have the most incompetent people working at this location and not only that but they are so rude. I can’t stress this enough... GO TO A DIFFERENT VERIZON!!! RUN!!!

Bring a pillow and blanket if youre going in to the Verizon store because you will be waiting for an unbelievably long time. You can only look at the same phones for so long. But, aside from the wait, the associates in the store (for the most part) are friendly and helpful.
This store has the worst customer service ever. I asked the guy to check how much would be my bill if I get new phone, he said just add 4 bucks. Please you have your device and just check with your computer!! nah he was too lazy to do it and ruched me out. I will never comeback to this branch as it is the worst. I wouldnt mind driving all the way to the other side of Tucson but not to go to this store again. the representatives dont know about anything.

This is definitely the place to get a new cell phone. I got my Samsung Galaxy 7 and am delighted. The store is busy but they are very organized and in assigning somebody to a waiting customer. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and gave me useful recommendations and comments about cell phones.
Great service, moved from Sprint to here and it was so incredibly painless. They gave me a fantastic deal and made me feel that they would work hard for my business, which they did.
I found the staff in this store to be extremely helpful, patient, and very good at explaining differences amongst all the options. The person who helped me upgrade listened to what was most important to me and asked great questions to help me make my decision.
At times this location can be extremely busy. I like the fact they have a door greeter and immediately puts you into the schedule. The staff has always been supportive and polite.
This store has poor customer service. Bought $140.00 package for my new iPhone which included glass screen protector, clear cover and charger for home and car on Sunday. On Monday I noticed the screen protector was coming up on one side. Went back to store and the manager said I had to go to the mall and get replacement at the Kiosk, which charged me $10.00. From now on I will shop on line and never visit this place again....they SUCK! Should have never chosen Verizon 😠

Just went there with my girlfriend so she could return a screen protector that had bubbled and come partially unstuck after 1 day and it mustve been at least 45 minutes before being seen, and 20 more for the rest of the visit before we were back on the road. CAN YOU SEE ME NOW,?? LIKE TODAY PLEASE?
According to store rep Andy (unfortunate that he shares my name) - National Security issues prevent Verizon from allowing me to port my phone to PagePlus.Let that sink in.We were having trouble activating an old phone on PP, so PP suggested we speak to Verizon to allow the transfer. Andy told us that he couldnt do anything because Verizon has exclusive agreements with the White House, the FBI, CIA, etc and allowing phones to be transferred out would be a security risk for those clients, so they prevent transfers for any customer. I asked why we were able to transfer a different phone out with no problem... According to Andy - that was an older phone, these rules are for newer phones only.He looked at me dead in the eye and said this with a straight face. And he said it with enough authority that Im certain it wasnt the first time hes told this story.I called Verizon to alert them of this clown, they took a report and said the store manager would call me - nobody did. Oh well... Andy has become the butt of a great cocktail party story. But still, I would highly suggest you avoid this store until they get more responsible agents and managers.
Clean big store with plenty of options including a kiosk to pay your bills also plenty of staff to assist you andbthere very knowledgeable!
The location is fine, and they have the devices were looking for.Im not sure if its incompetence or a lack of any customer service skills but we seem to be able to get things done at other locations but not here. Their plan cost estimates seem to be 2 times those at other locations.They try too hard to sell you into what they want and try too little to listen to what we need.

When the sale is going, they will sell you the moon. The moment you got problems with the phone. You have a very good chance of being ignored and not really being helped.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could.This is going to be a very long post about why you should not come to this location. First of all the GM Ezekiel is the worst possible GM they can have. Every interaction Ive had with him (even as him as a regular employee) was awful. Lets start with the most recent interaction. Got a Mophie on Sunday took it home to charge it for 24 hours after charging it for 24 hours it only had one light showing four lights meaning its fully charged. In the instructions it specifically States do not use it until it is completely fully charged. I walk in explain my situation. The first words to come out of his mouth are did you use an iPhone charger. Clearly I do not own an iPhone so no I did not use an iPhone charger. The young lady that helped me today was amazing and so was the guy on Sunday. But in the middle of this lady helping me Ezekiel is not only helping another customer but rudely asks her if she tried charging it. Yes weve been sitting there for 15 minutes to see if it would charge anymore inside the store. Well well? guess what!!! it didnt!!. One of the first interactions Ive had with him was almost 2 years ago. He ruined the SIMS card to my phone. Then told me go home and wait itll connect later. I come back the next day saying its still not connecting he tells me I need to buy a new SIM card that I (as in me) broke it and its my fault. Refuse to replace it. So I talk to the GM at that time and she took care of me she was awesome. There have been about three other experiences with this same gentleman that have been awful. He should not be employed by Verizon whatsoever. He is a horrible customer service employee and how dare you jump on your employee in front of two customers. No customer needs to see that.Ive had to call Customer service after every occasiona, for them to fix his mistakes. The Verizon center people took care of me. All of his horrible customer service should be noted in my calls...
I really wish I could get zero or negative stars. Unfortunately, I am saddened to say this was the most horrible experience I have ever had! Even after specifically asking questions regarding any fees or hidden fees or anything like that, they lied straight to my face. Only for me to find out that everything they told me was a lie!!! And I dealt with the manager!!!because after other employees at another Verizon store had lied to me and cheated me, I told them I did not trust anyone and only wanted to work with the manager. Come to think of it the manager was even worse. Nowadays you can get what Verizon has elsewhere; however, I figured with higher prices, comes great customer service- that couldn’t be farther from the truth
My family has been with Verizon for about 15 years. With that being said we have a ton of lines and many years of service with Verizon. So about a week ago I got an e-mail telling me to stop by the store for a free Hum by Verizon upgrade. So I stop by, only to be helped by a snarky associate who only cared about his commission & what he can try to sell me. (This has always been a constant theme with this location in particular, I only stopped here due to its convenient location on my way home from work) Anyways He reads the e-mail and then tells me that there are no such promotions in my account or that he has never heard about this before. I tell him the e-mail was referring to my HumX (First Generation) and it needed to be upgraded to HumX (Second Generation) but he insisted that I was referring to the original classic Hum and not HumX. Anyways after going in circles with this so called “professional” he tries to finish our interaction by offering me to add another Hum onto my account instead. (Honestly I was going to add another one anyways, but the entire reason I came into the store was because of the e-mail and the upgrade to my first hum line) So I told him no because I can just do that myself on the My Verizon app. He got all irritated & became visibly upset because he didn’t get to make his sale and said “I’m going to notate your account that we spoke about this!!!” So I called Hum, they told me that the store representative should have been aware of the ongoing issues with HumX (First Generation) and that it has been discontinued due to inaccurate GPS signals, she told me not to worry that they would take care of this issue for me. So Verizon Customer Service took care of my issue for me and upgrade my HumX (First Generation) to HumX (Second Generation) free of charge and now I’m adding my second HumX via My Verizon! Anyways the moral of the story here is you can add all the notes you want onto my account, but when you spend the amount of money and have been loyal to the company as many years as we have, Verizon corporate is going to take really good care of its customers. To you and your fellow associates at your store, we may have a giant money symbol over our heads as we walk in and you could care less about taking care of us and our needs. All you guys are worried about is to see what you can try to sell us to benefit your paycheck! However to Verizon Coorprate we are the best part about the company and the only reason you’re employed. So to my fellow consumers do yourself a favor and use the My Verizon app to do any upgrades or make payments. It’s fast & easy! if you have any real issues save yourself the trip to the store and just call Customer Service at *611. If you MUST go to the store, go to the Broadway Location in front of Park Place Mall. Those associates are actually there to try and help you and are not just there to see what they can try to sell you today (trust me it’ll be worth the trip) Best Wishes to you, your fellow associates at your store. I know. I know. A 5 star review for Verizon? But yes, this store has been incredibly helpful over the past few months helping me with a myriad of problems associated with my new S8+ (pro-tip: do not buy directly from Samsung - service is a nightmare. Wish I had held out for the Pixel 2)
Long wait times. The employees are very helpful. You will spend 2-3 hours easily from the time you walk in to the time you walk out.

The employees in this store are shockingly ignorant, moronic and inattentive... You have to explain everything over 5 times and they cant do the simplest math! They promise your issue will be taken care of, give you their business card to call in case of anything but never return your call and your issue stays unsolved, money taken and time wasted away. I recommend trying to solve your issues over the phone with customer support before going there and leaving disappointed. Those people simply dont care.
