Discovered that I lost a screw holding my frames together during the day. Was driving around and passed by Buena Vista. Decided to stop in just to ask if they offer repairs. First thing I noticed was that it was a very clean and relaxed environment. The nice lady Kathleen (sorry unsure about the spelling) helped me out. She explained that the threaded insert was stripped, and that caused the original screw to just slip out. As I waited I window shopped a bit and checked out the wide variety of very nice, and economical frames available. She applied a hex screw to help it stay in and hold as long as possible. They were very friendly and helpful. Really helped me out and turned my day back around. Thanks again!

Dr. Trejo is amazing. He knew exactly what my issue was, something that other doctors over my lifetime have completely missed, and he took the time to explain it to me. Even drew me a picture! Hes also incredibly funny and welcoming. The staff were kind enough to take a break from their work to help me pick out frames that fit my face without trying to upsell anything. Im so excited to have finally found not just a good optometrist, but a great one.

Office staff went above and beyond to help me during a sudden loss of vision event. I was given their address by my insurance company instead of the correct address where I actually had an appointment. Staff says that happens all the time as they used to be affiliated with the other office. They went out of their way to call the other office for me to make sure I would be seen. Everyone in the office were so kind, helpful and compassionate.

When I walked in. Patricia welcomes me with a warm smile and made everything so simple and easy. I just got my new glasses and I’m able to see colors I’ve never seen before. Now that I see my girlfriend with these new glasses, she looks SMOKIN good! Thank you Patricia and Dr.Trejo for allowing me to see the beauty in my girlfriend. I recommend!!

Dr. Trejo and the staff here at Buena Vista are always professional and efficient! You can tell they take pride in their work. My family and I have been coming here since I first needed glasses. ( over 10 years!)They treat you like family.10/10 would recommend.

Been going to Dr.Trejo since I was in middle school in other words for more than 20 years he has a great sense of humor and very professional I wont go to nobody else! I totally recommend him. 👍

Bought two pair of glasses for $900 got them back wasn’t able to see out of them got adjustments wrong they used my second prescription refill to fix their mistakes missed it the second time as well Very bad experience $900 gone down the drain going to have to redo this whole thing over at my cost
