Giving 5 Stars on INTEGRITY!!!. My situation is one that probably no one will ever experience. We moved into our new house that had nice insulated garage doors but no motors. Our contractor recommended Kaiser for motors and installation. Kaiser price for motors and install met or beat everyone else.Tech showed up when scheduled and install went without a problem. After install doors worked perfect. Approximately 3 weeks later opened big door and track hung up on wheel and jumped the door up into the fire sprinkler in the ceiling of the garage breaking the sprinkler head off. Water went everywhere.Kaiser responded with replacing or original doors with brand new doors, new tracks and replaced some items that were water damaged to compensate for the incident.Service Tech Anthony came out and did a 100% replacement and install of the old doors and tracks. Anthony showed true concern and apopogetic for the incident and in his 20 years of doing garage doors had never seen this happen. Anthony made sure and double checked tracks, rollers, and travel from fire sprinklers that if doors ever jumped track that this would never be able to happen again. Anthonys pride in his work and in the company made sure we were 100% satisfied before he left.

I called around for a quote and Kaiser was the least expensive and quick to come to my home. The serviceman took less than 30 minutes to repair the torsion spring. Great job!

Made appointment a week ago. Business called to confirm appointment range time between 1-3pm the day prior. The day of service, nobody ever showed up or called. I called office and they stated that technician still had 2 more stops before he could make it to my appointment and asked if I would like to reschedule. Sorry... not with a business that cant even let me know that they are running late. Poor customer service today.

Called Kaiser and briefly spoke with Heather but before I could give her info on address, put on hold, then the call to voice mail. Left msg, no call back on friday. Next day (saturday, probably closed), left v/m msg to schedule an estimate. Well see if I received c/b on Monday.Poor customer with respect to setting up a time for estimate.

Never received my quote for my gate. They came out and measured and I never heard back.

If I could give zero stars I would. They put cooper garage doors on our new build 4 years ago. Since then it’s been nothing but trouble. The doors literally fell off the tracks shortly after install and almost landed on our cars. Later the motor burnt out. Rails had to be replaced. Wall mounts fried. The light sensors don’t work and the lights stay on non stop. Now the coil spring has broken and even though they told me this is normal wear and tear I have zero faith that this is normal when that garage door has given us so much trouble. You have been warned!

My garage door spring broke on a Thursday and called them on Friday. While looking up the number I noticed they fix gates also. I have had my gate fixed three times by other entities and it never held. After the tech finished I discussed it with him and it was obvious that they other people didnt know what to do. Dont waste your money and time with anyone else.They scheduled me for first thing Monday morning for both garage and gate. The people they sent knew just what to do and gladly paid the very reasonable amount. Highly, highly recommend them.

I converted my carport into a garage, installing my own garage door that I bought through Costco. I had a few questions and needed a few special parts along the way. The Kaiser team was patient, helpful, and had all the parts I needed.

After two weeks of waiting, they called me Friday to tell me theyd be here Tuesday and call Monday with a time slot. No call on Monday now theyre coming Friday. If they werent hired through a third party I would have canceled.

The technician was rude right from the start. I tried to tell him the motor was the issue and he refused to listen. So he installed new censors and still didnt work. Then he said oh it might be the motor. Now waiting even longer for a new motor. The only positive feedback for this company is the very nice lady working in the office.

I called Kaiser because my garage door opener sensor wiring was frayed making the system inoperable. When I called, I believe her name was Desiree answered and was very polite and immediately explained to me she would have Caesar call me with scheduled time frame for the day agreed upon. Caesar called me as described from Desiree and explained my time window for the day of repair. On that day Russ called me and informed me he was in route in the time frame Caesar said. Exceptional service and price! I am a small biz owner- and for me customer service is everything. The salesman and the installer gave us the kind of old fashioned service so many businesses no longer supply. Someone gently backed into our garage door. I called Kaiser first- and got a bid for replacement panels. After receiving 4 bids (2 of them had said the panels were no longer made or available and I that had to get an entire new door) I then knew how much dishonesty was out there in the garage door marketplace. One of the bids for replacing the damaged panels was $20 less than the price quoted from Kaiser- but the way Kaisers salesman represented himself and his product - made me feel more comfortable going with his company. During the installation their installer was very thorough and made sure I could lift the door in the event the power went out on my opener and to show me how it was balanced opening it anywhere I wanted to stop to see how that worked. (Being a woman - that weight was very important to me.) He gave it a total tune up. Our door had never operated quieter or smoother. We are very happy with Kaiser and now recommend them to everyone.

Today at 5:30pm one of their trucks flew east down grant at about 65 MPH (i witnessed this from alvernon all the way to swan). The truck would ride right up against other vehicles to bully them out of the way. The driver even used the middle turning lane to pass people. Incredibly wreckless and putting everyones life on the line. Tried to contact them to inform them of this dangerous driver and the mailbox was full. Tried to contact their emergency after hours line and couldnt get through. This is my FIRST EVER REVIEW... Thats how friggin crazy this employee was driving.

Awful awful awful customer service. I never even had a technician make it to my house to give me a quote the customer service was so bad. I called last Thursday to have them come out and give me a quote to replace my gate. I was told I was put on the schedule for Tuesday and would receive a call with two hour time frame. I never received a call and no one ever showed up. I then called was told they didnt know what happened and they would have Jan call me back. Never received a call back. Then I all of a sudden receive a call this Thursday saying I was on the Friday schedule for a time frame of 9-11. Noon rolls around still nobody shows up. I called them and was told oh he must be running late such poor customer service and they didnt even seem remorseful at all. I cancelled the technician from coming, not that I have faith he was actually going to show up. I hope other people have better luck but this company lost my business.

Kaiser installed my new garage door 7 years ago and its been trouble-free ever since. My contractor forgot to mention that I needed to have the metal panels sealed annually, so they began to fade. I phoned Kaiser last year and they sent Francisco to do the re-sealing and he also replaced the rubber seal. He did a great job! This year, I called and requested Francisco, again. He is awesome! So professional and efficient -- and fun! Sarah, in the office, is fantastic to deal with! Kaiser is awesome!

I recently had a solar-powered mechanical gate repaired at my residence. The Kaiser technician, Steve, showed up on time and did a professional job. His expertise was beneficial as he helped understand the problem and made me aware of other aspects of maintaining the gate mechanism in good order. He was very fast and efficient and I would recommend Kaiser to others for this kind of work!

Very good experience. The technician Tom Moore came out on a Friday, did the estimate and returned on Monday with the replacement panels. I requested service for a broken spring on our roll up door. They scheduled the visit quickly and the service technician (Dennis) performed admirably. Had a broken spring on my garage door; I called their competitor first, but they were way overpriced. I called Kaiser and got a quote from them in which the estimate was 600 dollars LESS (400% difference) then the first company I called. It took them 5 days to come out and fix the spring, (wishing they would had come out sooner, but not complaining with this price difference) The technician did a great job, very professional, honest, and quick! Would recommend again!

We used them to re-install our garage door opener and replace the wooden block that supported the arm of the garage door opener on the wall. It was a job several other garage door repair places had declined to do. Their technician, Daniel C was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. The repair was high quality- much better than the original company who had installed it. The entire 1 hour repair and materials cost just over $100. Thank you for a job well done at a bargain!

Our tension spring broke and I found Kaiser through the LiftMaster website. They were able to send Tom to fix our garage door the same day. Our door had never been serviced and Tom was able to replace the chain (gear). Now our door runs quietly. Kaiser installed a new motor on our old garage door and it works beautifully. The repairman was courteous and nice. Best of all their price for the motor and installation was very reasonable.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! We replaced both of our old, worn out garage doors which were the originals to our 30 year old home. Salesman Billy was wonderful to work with and gave us various options in every price range and went into detail on the pros and cons on the build and construction of every option. He was prompt and courteous with all of our questions and returning our multiple phone calls. Installers Henry and Devin arrived at our home as scheduled and walked us through the installation process, answered questions, finished the work (they even worked late to finish the job), and then left the garage in spotless condition. Russ came out two days later to finish installing the decorative hardware on the outside of the doors that the original installers were unable to complete because it was too dark outside when they finished. All in all, Kaiser Garage Doors & Gates is an A++++ company in our book!! Dont hesitate to call them!!

The technician was very good and experienced. He arrived right on time at 6:30 AM (!) and was already done by 7:00 AM. He explained to me what he did to repair the garage door and checked to make sure everything else was okay. Getting the appointment was more difficult. It took them a long time to call me back to set up the appointment. I personally dont mind, but I could imagine that new customers would want a faster way to get the appointment. But again, the technicians (this time and in the past) have always been very good.

I bumped my rating up a star because they at least tried to make up for the poor service / or lack of service. Hopefully my experience was just a fluke.We called ahead and explained what door we had and that the springs were broken. They said they can work on our type of door and springs so we scheduled an appointment. The service person showed up, took one look at the door and said they did not work on that type of door and spring system, but they could convert the spring to a traditional style and would call us. The whole point of giving out the information on the phone ahead of time was to help them prepare for working on our broken door. They could have told us over the phone that they didnt work on them / or that a conversion would be required. Oh, and they never called us back. My wife finally called them to complain and was told we would still have to pay for the service call. They later called us back and told us we were not responsible for the service call, so we were just without a garage door for an extra week until we hired someone else to convert the door. The other company came prepared and didnt require a second visit to do the work.

WOW!I have lived in Tucson for 23 Years. I have owned three homes in the Tucson area.My most recent is home as well as the two others have had kaiser doors in them and these guys are dependable!I recently bumped my Garage door with my car. Thinking I would not make it to work or have my house safe when i did manage to leave, I called Kaiser. This was around 6:15 a.m.Steve answered my call quickly, even though it was very early. I explained my problem to him and told him i did not feel safe leaving my garage open all day.They sent out Tom to fix my door. He explained what he thought he could do for me, withing 20 min. my door was crunched back into place and i could go to work.Low and Behold they came Through! They got my door down and running ( sort of ) it was in bad shape so this was better than the alternative, gave me an on-site estimate of what I needed, included two other options and all very affordable.Dustin the sales person for kaiser was patient and helpful, the front desk and scheduling people were understanding of my time. Tom was Great!I am in the process of having my new door delivered and installed today and i am just so happy with this level of service that i had to spread the word. While moving into our new home I unfortunately backed into our garage door. Since Kaiser installed the door initially we contacted Kaiser for the repair. Contacted on a Friday we were scheduled for the repair the following Tuesday - 11am to 3pm. On Tuesday morning Ramon called at 10 oclock saying he would be here within an hour. He arrived promptly at 10:45 and went straight to work and within 45 minutes had all three panels replaced - door looking like new again. He was polite, pleasant and a good worker. Would certainly use Kaiser again.

Our garage door jammed on Thanksgiving Day. Cables unspooled, rollers out of tracks, door hanging sideways and partially open. Total mess. Expecting that service would not be available until after the holiday weekend, I used Kaisers email service request form. Next day (Friday) we received telephone call at 8:00 am, service was scheduled for later that morning (same day).Technician (Tom) arrived on time and was both skilled and courteous. After multiple adjustments, garage door resumed normal operation. He even lubricated rolling components. Very pleased with his work and the professional response by Kaiser.

Had them come out to replace the springs on our door. They sent out two guys which I dont think had much experience and all they did was trash our wall and ruin the door by bending it and dropping it twice. We had to call another company to come look at it and they said that it was beyond repair and would need replacing. Basically we paid them $275.00 to mess up our door which cost us almost $2,000 now to replace. Do your research and dont call them if you want quality work by knowledgeable people. I called them and sent them a letter explaining with no reply. I definitely would not recommend.

Im happy with both experiences with Kaiser at two residences over a period of about 20 years. The most recent was December of 2015, and the tech arrived promptly, fixed the jam, didnt overcharge and the door stayed fixed.

Our rental company said that Kaiser would call, but they didn’t so we called them. Spoke to CJ who was not helpful at all when I was asking for information and trying to have someone come out. Very rude.

I am a fussy person, so when I saw unusual wear and deterioration of the weather stripping on and around my garage door, which Kaiser had installed about 16 months prior, I called the company and described the problem. Pete came out on his next business day to look it over. I was hoping to get one, maybe two, strips replaced. Instead, Pete offered to replace all four strips so everything would look right and all would match in color. A couple of days later, Dan showed up with all new weather stripping, carefully measured and trimmed all pieces before installing them, showed me how to spray lubricant to minimize future wear, did some touch-up painting, then found a problem with the electric eye and fixed that also. Yesterday, when I attempted to open the smaller of my two overhead garage doors, both controlled by Liftmaster openers there was a very loud bang, and then nothing. The door would not budge even after I disengaged the drive mechanism. A close neighbor recommended Kaiser. They were so right. It was same day service and Chad, their technician, arrived within the hour. Not only was he prompt and courteous, he was a real expert, and replaced the broken spring along with a badly damaged sprocket. all in slightly less than an hour. I would highly recommend Kaiser Garage Doors both for their service as well as their expertise.

I contacted Kaiser last month to Obtain a quote for a garage door opener for one of our garages and also to automatic our driveway gate. I was told that Billy was the contact person. I left a message and he did not call me back. So I called the next day and he said he just got my message that morning. Now I called mid afternoon. I have had my own business for over 30 years and when a customer calls, we call them back ASAP. I told him the 2 items I needed an estimate on and asked if he would be able to come out on Feb 20th to look at what we would like to do. He said his schedule was open and he would call me the 19th to let me know what time. Well NO CALL. I called on the 20th and he said, oh, he just got out of a meeting and that if I wanted him to come over he would figure out how to get to our home. I told him NO thank you, I do not like chasing people. Well we went on to do other things and finally I am at the point that I needed to get these items done. Kaiser has great reviews and I thought, well, maybe it just was a bad day for him. So called again and talked to Billy and he said he would come out the next day but needed to coordinate my appointment with another one. So I waited and the next day he did call me and said that he did not need to come out he did an Arial view and would send me a bid by email. He said it would be that afternoon or at the latest the next morning. Well, no bid. So I called around noon the next day and got his voice mail. Left a message. No call, no bid. So you can thank Billy for losing a sale. I found another company and they came out today, gave me a quote and I gave them a check. REALLY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I purchased this unit from Kaiser Garage Doors, Tucson was told at the home show by sales man Pete Vanover that could use this with cell phone. Come to find out it is adaptable by adding an internet gateway for 60.00 plus dollars. Very disappointed by being miss lead and now if want to utilize the technology have to purchase additional equipment. When contacting dealer they were unable to answer questions I had. The install was good, although he was not positive when I told him who the salesman was, ask if I had any problems. Did not then do now. Installer and service prompt when called

The code for the garage door remote was typed on the invoice. Because of this someone gained illegal entry into the house.Codes should not be on an invoice. This puts their customers are risk!
