I was very happy storing my household goods at this location. It is clean and well cared for, unlike my experience at Public Storage. In addition, Daniel, the manager, was so friendly and helpful with all of my needs during a very stressful time. I highly recommend!

Truly outstanding!! Ive stored belongings in different cities, states and different local and national companies. LIFE STORAGE stands head and shoulders above anyone else. Sparklingly clean, well lighted, perfect functioning physical plant, plus the professional and friendly help that we got from Daniel in the front office - what more is there to say? We needed a BIG storage space as a way stop for a houseful of furniture and they had a great 10 x 30 locker, that even had doors on both ends to make getting in and out, and finding the occasional I must have, right now object from its cavernous depths.

Daniel assisted me and was very helpful and kind.

I wanted to wait until i had the place secure before I left my review in fear that the secret might get out too soon. I looked at several storage units before finding Life Storage. This place deserves its perfect record of 5 star reviews.1. The prices for some units were literally half the competition. I don’t know how but at first I didn’t believe the prices after having compared so many other facilities.2. Brand new and super clean. These are still someone under construction but he units that are finished are brand new and everything is very well kept.3. Customer service is excellent. I got the run around at several other locations but Mark helped us out in securing a unit and he did a phenomenal job.

I was a customer at Life Storage for over a year and had a FABOLOUS experience! Daniel Tovar helped me multiple times with questions and even one to see if I could find a location with a conference space in Phoenix. If I called and my call was missed at the office, I received a return call within a few minutes. The employees were always courteous and VERY helpful!The unit itself had EZ access, was very secure and incredibly clean. The carts provided made it easy to add and remove items. In general, Life Storage was the BEST of many storage places I have ever had.

Life Storage has been great and the Orange Grove Site is absolutely one of the best. The staff was so helpful, even when we contacted them from our last location before we started our move. They set us up and had everything ready to go the day we arrived. Joels hospitality was beyond anything I could have expected, offering us coffee and the use of their conference room for my kids to use while we unloaded everything into the the unit. I wish I could offer more stars for both the facility and how the staff treated us. You cant go wrong with Joel and his team.

They have competitive pricing for the units and many to choose from, to suit your needs. I needed climate control and they have it. They also have carts to help you unload your belongings.

I have used self-storage facilities all over the country, and this Life Storage facility is hands down the best facility, with the best customer service, I’ve ever experienced. Joel, the manager, went out of his way to help me select the proper unit size and location for my needs, and even held multiple units for me just in case what I had reserved turned out to be insufficient. He did not pressure me or try to up-sell...and I have never felt so well cared for. The facility itself is new, meticulously clean, and has convenient restrooms and large flat dollies in each building for customers to use. If you are comparing storage facilities in Tucson, look no further. You’re not going to find anyplace that will stack up to this place.

They just finished building these storage units some are climate controlled, u have to buy there special lock for there doors at the end u get to keep a worthless lock. Also be aware that they will raise the price at anytime. Mine went up 30.00 after the second month.
