Awesome service! Everyone stayed busy and helped each other. If one person had even a moment of downtime available they jumped over to the next station and helped out their colleague. There was almost a line out the door but I also didnt stand in it for a very long. As soon as I walked out the door there was an associate ready with my rental and any questions I had. When I returned the rental, someone came out aside and immediately with direction. The vehicle had cold AC and ran very smooth

Online part was trash, go in to get a uhaul. Took them 30min to verify and they took it off the allotted time we paid for. Otherwise, clean uhaul, friendly service

Probably the worst experience Ive ever had with the moving company in my life I would not recommend. Cashier is extremely rude and full of attitude. Not very knowledgeable on products available. Just avoid this place and DONT waste your time.

I had about $2000 in tools in the uhaul when I was going to return it and it was picked up by the uhaul company in front of my house and all my tools mysteriously disappeared. I would never recommend uhaul to anyone.

Nice clean and healthful customer service

This has been my U-Haul location of choice for many years. Ive done many local and out-of-state rentals through them, and gotten a trailer hitch. They have always been very helpful and communicated well. I also appreciate the good quality of the rentals and supplies we usually get from U-Haul.Recently, we had some trouble with a trailer we rented, and Christopher at this location worked over an hour to help us out with a resolution. Later the same week, Hal went above and beyond to help us get back on the road after multiple delays (on our part, not U-Hauls fault). Ive always preferred this location for renting U-Hauls, and these recent experiences are a great example of why I keep choosing to rent equipment here.

I had already put in about 1200 miles into a long cross-country trip, towing a u-Haul cargo trailer, and I pulled in here to have them check the wiring since one of the trailer lights wasnt working. As luck would have it, my car chose that exact moment to quit. The manager very generously offered me 1 month free storage, and even helped unhook and drag my fully loaded trailer straight into a storage space, leaving me free to deal with my car issues for a couple of days. When I was all patched up, he hooked my trailer up and sent me on my way without charging me a dime. I hope you never break down while towing, but if you do, this is the perfect place to do it, lol. Great customer service! Highly recommended.

Over two weeks to get a hitch installed. In the store 3 times. They didnt hold to my second appointment. Lack of communication. Would not recommend.

Went to have trailer wiring on my Toyota. Rather than use quick connect harness I specified, they hacked the wiring of my car harness and installed some one-fits-all harness which ran wires exposed to the exterior underside of the car and under the car to the battery. Went back in today and manager Hal took care of me. Ordered proper harness for my car and will have it installed next week when it comes in. Went in on day scheduled but installer doesnt come to work until 11 am. Left car. Got text from UHaul Car is ready. Went to pick up car and discovered the harness that was ordered hadnt been received so they did nothing. Asked why I wasnt informed before I left car and wasted half a day. Got ignorant non-answer. They had just ordered their lunch so they were more interested in lunch than helping a customer. Was offered opportunity to come back next week. I wont be in AZ next week. Finally went on their computer and found the correct harness had been in stock in their store at Frontage Road all along. They said if I drove over and picked it up they would install it. Im not letting these morons touch my car. The people here are ignorant, uncaring, brain dead, incompetent and just downright stupid. DO NOT patronize this location. The entire staff needs to be fired.

This was the most helpful and friendliest Uhaul weve ever been to! The general manager was incredible, gave us good advice and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed for our hitch. Thanks guys!

This is a very busy store, so it may take some time to be waited on, but they are a super great team of people and will make the extra effort to resolve problems for you. The manager, Hal, is awesome.

The people that work there were ok, but the general manager wouldnt return my calls after a week of leaving messages trying to find my Ubox that was days late. Now Im being charged for storage on the days that uhaul couldnt find my Ubox. The lot had screws laying around and caused a flat on my truck. I will never use uhaul again.
