Reservations mean nothing to this Uhaul. I am moving today and had a truck reserves for almost 3 weeks. I get a call yesterday from this Uhaul telling me they are canceling my reservation because they dont have a truck. This place literally gave me 5 hours to figure out what i was going to do without even an apology. I know penske is more expensive (about 50 dollars more in my case) than uhaul but their customer service is MUCH better and you get unlimited miles. Highly reccomend not going here as they dont care if you make a reservation or not and dont care about the customer at all

Very slow service dont recommend it at all also a little sketchy how long they took to pay. Dont recommend at all going here.

This is ridiculous!im here at uhaul right now which is 7:39 (been here since 7:20) and i cant get to MY stuff that i PAY a hefty monthly fee for to store my stuff. I have looked online for a reason or updated time of acess to my storage and nothing is there! Iv checked the actual building here and same thing as the first i was not able to find any info regarding why the storage would be closed or why any building here would be unaccessible withing the time of normal store hours or better yet normal access hours. This is unacceptable! Next step is to send over a email to whoever is in charge of this place or better yet above the owner that is running this uhaul.

Josh, Jason, Melissa and others on the U-Haul team made my moving experience easy, convenient and had answers with swift response to inadvertent problems that arose(flat tire) with roadside assistance. The best UHaul in the area. storage is clean and priced just right. Employees were knowledgeable and helpful. Even with such short staffing they still excel. Highly recommend.

RVS fill propane here! Skilled knowledgeable staff, polite and professional. Propane 7 days a week. Would not use tractor supply nextdoor, staff there was unable to fill ours after 3 attempts. Uhaul no problems.

I made a reservation for a trailer hitch install but the store didn’t do something within their computer system to record the reservation. Not that big a deal because the employees did what they could to correct it. But the GM of the store treated me terrible during the visit. Acted like it was an inconvenience to have my business. I have used Uhaul in multiple locations and always had a good to great experience. But the store manager in Marana is the worst I have encountered.

Typical moving n storage place people are nice friendly and helpful as they should be. Good experience overall no complaints . Except that they did not remove my red lock after I paid my late bill ....no big deal but they said they would remove it right away two weeks later I went to move out and the lock was still on I told them they removed it and no hassles and they said sorry.

Needed a truck for a day. The online ordering was easy and the truck was ready when I showed up. Staff was very focused on making sure you understood the process. Nice truck and easy check in when returned.

Joshua Valera is a straight out racist. I went in after having issues with the mobile pickup to rent a cargo passenger van to pick up a dirtbike. Being I had a Florida license he said “I’m going to do you a favor and let you get out of here”. I looked at him as if he was crazy. I had my license since I was 18. I even showed him after putting in my license on the dmv website was legit and valid. His attitude suddenly changed. So he scanned it and somehow it came up as a different number. However for him to assume it was fake without thinking the new system was incorrect or getting a manager involved to find a solution he probed me as of why I have an AZ id but a Fl license. I told him because of a ticket I’m paying off. He had no reason in the first place to prove as if he’s a cop or something. Termination is in his future to come.

Poor service and very unhappy experience. I was offered a truck with half tank gas, and I forgot to tell them, when I returned the truck, they asked me to pay for another 55 dollars for the gas refuel, even though they were aware of that I only drove for 20 miles. Chris is very rude and refuse to negotiate. The truck is good, but I will never pick up one at this location.

When you make a reservation youre told theres a $50 guarantee that the vehicle you reserved will be available. Mine wasnt. So, I get a bigger box truck I dont need and the insurance costs more and so does the fuel because its not gonna get the same mpg as the van.Not surprisingly only the manager can do anything regarding the $50. Was he there? Nope? When was he gonna be back in? Not for a week. Convenient, huh?There was actually a class action lawsuit regarding this bogus $50 guarantee. Google it. Did that change anything? Nope. Just another huge company that lies. Be going to Penske next time.

AWESOME customer service..Moved from Colorado to Arizona..they made my moving and storage experience perfect!

We stored our furniture at this facility for two months. During this time the customer service was acceptable. Upon unpacking everything at our new home we discovered mouse/rat dropping in all of our boxes/bags, on top our the mattresses, pretty much every where.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. This is my first time in this location. I typically always go to uhaul for all boxes and packing materials now I will never go back. I waited for 15 in line without even being awknowled and I left. There were 4 people working behind the counter and only 1was helping customers. I am very disappointed how this location is being ran and will never buy a single item from this location!!!!

I WILL NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN. The guy was cool at first then when we got there he was to busy on his damn phone, then he was no where to be found as we were trying to purchase something there and little did we know he had the truck on and running! There trucks are trash. Nice to look at but the moment you touch a little mud!? Youre stuck then we told the guy and 1 he didnt care 2 we told him we didnt want a reciept because we wont be doing business there and he proceeds to say well maybe you shouldnt of wasted your time if you didnt want the truck. If this is your guys customer service its horrible. No customer should be treated like that at ALL. Did I mention he was also the MANAGER!?????

I have counted 5 bad reviews about the manager Joshua Varella!!!!This guy is your worst nightmare.DO NOT deal with him.I have moved my freight 3 times,so his boxes can be at the end of the trailer,to make it convenient for them.3 other Uhaul places moved the freight without complaining,but he is citing a Uhaul policy that he can not touch the boxes per their policy!!!!I am a truck driver and deal with shippers and receivers all day every day and can tell you that you rarely see someone like him,who had completely lost all signs of being a human being.Stay away!!!And forgot to mention that this is a pretty young guy-something is definitely very wrong!

Will never use Uhaul again. Rented a U-box for a cross country move, first part went fine recwived everything on time but now theyre trying to charge me for another months rent on the box! It was picked up 10 days ago and Iwhenbo call I keep getting transferred to the reservation desk which isnt at the store location and they really cant help me. The manager of the location hasnt called me back yet. This is piss poor customer service, I dont care how good another location may be I will never use this company as a whole again

Set up appt with Josh, (good egg) for class 3 hitch and 5 pin electric for afternoon Mon Labor Day. Have to to be in Texas to pick up RV Trailer Tues, Josh said no problem and website stated same appt available Mon. Got a call from a Jeffery Sunday morn after asking not to be called until afternoon. He left mess stating he was changing my appt to Tues same time. What the Heck!Apparently they are taking Monday off.In the past for many decades I have had okay service at U Hauls. After this I will never trust their word again!Cancelled appt and purchase with Cust Rep and filed complaint.Lucky for us we have another tow vehicle, but this could of cost me thousands in a lost deal on a trailer I must see Tues under contract.1 star is generous, also when I tried to talk to Jeffery directly after he cancelled my appt via voice mail, I never could get through (basic run around), 1st call was referred to Customer Rep, 2nd call disconnected and 3rd told hed get back to me, he was bust with another customer. Wasted a good hour or two of my time on incompetence or worse out right lies!

2 wks prior to my empty u box delivery, I called & updated my address for empty delivery AND destination delivery. At empty delivery they were delivered to the address that was first used on the reservation and not the updates address because the driver said my handheld never updated. After shipping them across the country, again they were delivered incorrectly, to a location 250+ miles away from where I was living!!!! I even called a week before they were shipped to confirm they had the new desination and zip updated and the driver SAID she would update the address when she wasnt driving but of course, never did and they got shipped to the wrong part of Tennessee!!! And she then says she doesnt recall me changing it. And when I say I just received an email saying they have been shipped to the wrong city, she told ME to call the Tennessee Uhaul and have it figured out. Why should I be calling?! ITS YOUR MISTAKE!!!! So after paying $2700+ for these upods I got wrong empty delivery location, pick up, transit and delivery to another wrong location and now I was responsible tonfind and relocate my own pods to the correct city in TN.....for a cost of course!!! And dont expect a phone call back from Josh the GM at this location. I left SIX messages and not one call back from him about the poor service. Worst service EVER!!! Next move we will take our business elsewhere!!!!

Terroble customer service. On hold for forty minutes each call. Delivery was not as planned. U boxes did not have covers on them so a plain plywood box set in yard and sidewalk. We will never use u boxes again.

So went to return a trailer, didnt pock the right location and instead of helping us switch the drop off point they told us to call the 800 # and sent us on our way. So we leave in search of the right place when the 800# sent us right back where we started by changing us to there.... poor poor customer service

There is unfortunately a bit of a wait in the lobby so I suggest ordering your truck online and arrive a bit early for pickup
