Osmond at the counter didnt want to help. Said I had to call Uhaul. I said Im already here but again, he did everything possible to not answer any questions or help at all.Because of Osmond, I will not do any business what do ever at the speedway location. I also plan to call the corporate office to complain.I ended up at the Rita Ranch location and they were happy to talk with me and answer my questions.

I am taking my car back for a hitch lights rewire. Hopefully this will be a better run.

This U-Haul ACTUALLY cares about their customers, unlike the one on Wilmot and Golflinks! That one lies to their customers even when they get caught red handed they still dont care!

Be sure to measure your own tow hitch height before purchasing a ball mount at this location. Do not depend on the expertise of the staff on site.I made the mistake of asking for assistance in selecting a ball mount for my truck to help a friend move, but after renting a trailer it became very obvious that the ball mount they had picked out for me did not have enough drop, causing the trailer to lean back quite heavily.You would think a simple exchange for the correct size would be the end of it... but no, you’ll have to purchase another one because you have already used the incorrectly sized ball mount already.Other than that, the staff is friendly and there are lots of great packing aids for sale to help make moves easier. Just be absolutely sure to check your credit card statement for a while after your rental, as there may be an errant “After-hours and additional day rate” tacked on after you return your trailer even though it wasn’t late because the guy who was supposed to check you in when you returned the trailer didn’t. Honest mistake, I’m sure, but I recommend watching for that possible error.

They installed break controller on my SUV. At first use of tow, it stopped working. Besides it started making a periods clicking sound on my car even when it is not running. Eventually it drained my battery that next morning I had to jump the car to start it.Anyways, Next day I took the car to the location and they told me no is there to help until Thursday which is 3 days later. The person was rude not willing to help, not willing to call the other locations who can help. I am now stuck with a vehicle that drains the battery and can get stuck anytime.I am very upset.
