Whats the whole point of letting customers schedule a service at 4pm if you are just going to tell them that they have to leave it overnight? To the service department manager you need to clarify this during our online scheduling process.

You will regret itI bought my car in other dealership,my car was making a noise I called ford, that said to take it to the nearest ford dealer.Itook my car to autonation ford They refuse to do warranty work, the manager told me to take my car where I bought it I told him I didn’t felt safe to drive it, the manager respond no his problem

I dont do reviews. However, I am making an exception. So, pay attention. Dealerships have a bad reputation. Service departments often suggest services and repairs that arent really needed. A little known fact, I was a mechanic. So, when this woman in ill health showed up, little did they know I was not your average customer. The service representatives have NEVER suggested a service or repair that was not needed. The service department has integrity some thing that is rare these days. FYI, they still dont know I was a mechanic.

This is a top notch service department, I had a warranty issue and Bob Selff did an excellent job taking care of my issue.

I chose 1-star simply because 0-star wasnt an option. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE CENTER. Especially if you have a Mustang. Heres my sad story. About a month ago I brought my car in complaining of a Clunk in my cars rear end during driving as well as when shifting between Drive and Reverse. Its an automatic. Anyway, 7 days later they tell me my car is done and that they had to replace the DRIVESHAFT. I thought that was weird because the noise was in the rear end. Well, the first time I shift into drive what do you think I heard...CLUNK. So, I brought the car back to them a couple weeks later for the same CLUNK problem. Get this.... my car sat there for 12 days with almost NO ACTION. The only this they did do is a preliminary inspection of the drive-line slop and decided... we should remove the transmission and tear it apart. This started to scare the crud out of me so I picked-up my car before they could pull the transmission. After I left the service center with my car I drove directly to a local Shelby dealership/Service Center. They guy was amazing. He diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes. He asked me, Can you wait an hour? and I was like.. Sure. In less than an hour he had my car completely fixed and performing beautiful again. He only charged me $120 for his time as well. So, do you want to know what the issue was? The one where ford replaced my driveshaft and was now going to pull my transmission and tear it apart?.... It was nothing more than a loose axle nut. The guy just had to tighten it up.... THATS ALL! If you love your Mustang... DO NOT TAKE IT TO AUTONATION FORD TUSTIN SERVICE CENTER. You will regret it.
