I got a rear end collision by someone and I have my bumper replaced here. They have collaborated with my insurance company and everything went so smoothly here. The customer service is excellent, they text you when your car is ready to pickup and you can text them with any questions you have before your car is ready.I think they also collaborate with rental company, so I was able to pick up my rental car there and returned my car here.Also, their estimate repair price and final price is really reasonable! I got quotes from others and the price was ridiculous high.During the COVID environment, I didn’t expect them to fix my car so fast, but they actually surprised me by fixing my car within 4 business days.

I picked up my car, Tesla Model 3, from Fix Auto Tustin this morning and am very satisfied with their overall services.Someone hit my car while it was parked in a parking lot. Tesla dealer repair shops had a month long wait. So I brought my car here since they are Tesla approved body shop. Estimate was quick. It took about 1 1/2 - 2 weeks for them to get the parts they needed. When I dropped my car off for the repair, they gave me an estimated completion date which was 8 - 9 business days. They texted me every few days with updates while my car was in their hands. This was a big plus. It might be small gestures but I appreciated a lot. Most of all, my car was ready right on time and they did a great making it looked like nothing every happened. Thank you, Johnny and the team. I highly recommend them!

Fix Auto Tustin worked on my Model 3 Tesla to fix a rear fender bender. The official quote from Tesla’s company body shop was $12,000 (insane for a dented lower panel (even considering sensors etc in the body). Fix Auto Tustin did this repair for $4000. The did a fast, highly professional job. They kept me informed on progress through regular texts. And they did it 2 days faster than quoted. Johnny was great as the project manager, as was the whole team. I highly recommend Fix Auto Tustin. 😎

Fix Auto was amazing throughout the entire repair process for my Tesla Model 3. Everything was so EASY and seamless! I felt comfortable bringing my Tesla Model 3 to them based on the previous reviews I saw on here as well as for the reason that they are an approved body shop for USAA and Tesla themselves! My vehicle came out flawless after it was repaired and it only took a little over a week. I did everything through my USAA app and the shop did their due diligence to call me, set up my drop off time, send someone to pick me up for a car rental and send me on my way with no BS! The estimate was fair and all of the staff was phenomenal and friendly and they even washed the outside and cleaned the interior of my car (they even cleaned my white seats)!! When I picked it up, my baby was SPOTLESS. Thanks fix auto Tustin for taking care of me! 100 % recommend!

I have been to this auto body shop twice. It was recommended to me by my father who took his car to get fixed and he was ecstatic with the results. I was in an accident in August 2018 when someone ran a stop light and hit the passenger right side of my car. This was my first accident so I was devastated. I called to make an appointment to get an estimate and the receptionist asked me when I was available, if I was going through insurance, etc. When I arrived at my appointment, I met with Joe Grenrood who looked at my car and wrote up an estimate that he sent to my insurance adjuster and he also gave me a copy. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I had to take my car in the following Monday since I was going to get a rental car for the time being. He estimated that they would keep the car for about a week and a half. Once I left my car, I received automated texts every other day informing me when they started the car, found additional damage inside, how much longer it would take, and when my car was available for pickup. I appreciate this VERY much because it took the stress off about thinking about my car. When Joe found additional damage in my car, he immediately called the insurance adjuster and worked out a new price. I love that they go directly to the insurance instead of calling me. I inserted before and after pictures of their amazing work. My most recent accident was in May 2019 caused by someone hitting me while I was parked. I immediately called Fix Auto to get an estimate appointment and appointment to drop off my car and the receptionist remembered my last name! Flattering yet embarrassed that I had to do this all over again WITHIN 1 YEAR! I came in for the estimate and there Joe was standing and smiling because he remembered me and my little blue car! He assured me hed take care of my car once again and take the target off my car. I appreciated the laugh! My car was completed within 3 days and Ive never been more happy with the service Fix Auto Tustin provides. I hope the employees reading this understand how appreciative I am of their hard work, but I REALLY hope I never have to see you guys ever again.....lol

This was my first claim ever, after someone smashed my driver door while it was parked overnight on the street next to my apartment.They really did an amazing job and made the car look like new. Good experience with this place. There are only a few body shops approved by Tesla and they have a tendancy to inflate the prices. This place gave me a reasonable quote and performed the work slightly faster than intially quoted. The price in the quote is the price I paid.

Most companies boast about their work but few match with end result. With the world a mess and being unsure if trust this business excelled. Not only repairing damage to right fender.they were communicative,prompt,professional and above excellent in presentation. Arthur was believable and positive and true to his word as was Craig. When I first took my Toyota Tacoma to the shop, they took pics and details of the truck and tailgate that was stolen. Within days I was told to bring truck over for install. Took less than 10 minutes for install. I checked the operation of tailgate and backup camera. All worked great!! I am quite pleased with this shop and craftsmanship.great job guys!!!!

The service level at this facility is the kind you no longer experience. Left my mouth hanging open. I had rented a car to use while my own car was being repaired. When I get to this location to drop off the car, I was about to call Uber when the Enterprise rep stood up and told me my car was already there. The great service didnt stop there. Throughout the entire process, I was notified of every milestone and they delivered one day earlier than promised. All people work as a team and I believe its a reflection of leadership. Someone gets it!

The people at fix auto made my repairs process so easy. They called hertz for me to get a ride for my rental and then contacted hertz to pick up the rental so I could drive my car home without issue. I had a very good experience here. Every single staff member, especially Graham, was very helpful. I was blown away with how quick the fix was and how I was updated every step along the way. WOW, I took my work truck in to get the door fixed and it came out like the day I put the first mile on it 14 years ago, great job.

The did a great job restoring my vehicles bumper and sensors. And they washed and cleaned inside and outside which was a pleasant surprise.

Fix Auto provided excellent service after I got into my accident. They were calm and clearly knew what they were doing. I was even given text notifications giving me the status on how my cars repairs were going. These guys also have an Enterprise rental car service available! Only reason I did not do 5 stars is because I had to return when I discovered the screws for my undercarriage were not replaced.

This is the cleanest auto body shop I have ever seen. They took very good care of me and my car.Very responsive and good repair. Justin is super nice.They made my BMW 645 back to when it was new. And the price is very reasonable too.I will take my car here next time even if it is not covered by insurance.

The passenger side mirror of my 2018 Toyota Camry was knocked off, so I went in on a Friday to get an estimate. Johnny from AllState helped me out. He was curtious, professional and made this upsetting experience very easy. The part was ordered right then and there. Wednesday morning the part was painted and ready to be installed. My car is a matalic blue/ green color, not very common. The color match on the new mirror was spot on! I was very impressed and satisfied. Johnnys care and attention to detail on the exact color was the highlight as that was my biggest concer, that the new mirror would be a different color than the rest of the car.After arrival, it took a quick 30 minutes and the car was ready to go. They have a nice waiting area with complementary coffee and water. I highly recommend Fix Auto Tustin and would return myself should the need arise once more.Thank You Johnny!

I had to get some paperwork done here as part of a loss claim. I had an appointment to do the paperwork at an exact time and I was a little disappointed to find out none of my paperwork was prepared before I arrived. I had to wait in the lobby for an extra 30 minutes while my initial paperwork was prepared and an extra 10 minutes when the technician incorrectly filled it out. The lobby was nice and they offered things like free water but if I set an appointment to sign a set of papers I would of expected them to have them ready especially since no other customers were there the entire 40 minutes I was there.

The workmanship is definitely top-notch. It is certainly beyond my expectation. Highly recommend this place.
