Gonna make this a quick review but THANK YOU to the team at TBW for fixing up my vehicle in less than the quoted time.I was a sad victim of a parked hit and run and decided to handle it via insurance. I was recommended to this place and Colin took no time in handling the affairs and inspecting the vehicle. They were ready to do the repairs for me immediately but I wasn’t ready to hand the keys over. I had no difficulty dropping the car off based off of my schedule and admittedly I gave them very little time to squeeze me into their schedule so I’m grateful for that.They have a partnership with the local Enterprise rental car shop so if you need to be picked up in order to get there, they’ll schedule that for you. The weird part is that there are closer Enterprise locations but the one that does the pick up is the one off Edinger so just be mindful of that when making your reservation.My car was finished in 4 and a half days, where I was originally quoted one and a half weeks! Since I was out of town, they let me store the car until I was able to pick it up. Thankfully they’re open until 5:30 PM and I received my car in no time. Since I dropped it off during covid, I was really excited to see that they had completely covered the driver’s side with a plastic cover along with the wheel and the floor mat.Lastly, the warranty lasts for as long as you own the car. But after looking at the vehicle, I can definitely speak to its excellent craftsmanship. Thank you!!!

I was referred to this shop by my insurance company after a car accident. See photos. They have very friendly and knowledgeable staff, the process was efficient and thorough and I especially liked being updated frequently via the method I requested. Whenever I called, I was treated kindly and it meant a lot to me that they cared about my experience because of course it was inconvenient and stressful to deal with the consequences of a accident. They even went above and beyond and fixed peripheral things not related to my accident because they were already doing work. Specifically, I had chipped paint on my hood but because the hood did need a bit of repair, and they were already repainting other replaced parts, they fixed the chipped paint and it looks even better now than before the accident.Great shop, great people. Highly recommend.

Mercury Ins referred them. They did a good job.on the body work, updates and it looks good. So 4-5 stars for that, good job!HOWEVER, ALL OF MY CHANGE ($8+ it was full of Quarters and dimes) was taken from my change holder while at the shop. So they have a worker with greedy hands, taking whats not there. At least they left the pennies.... It is sad that a good shop gets brought down due to employee(s) who do these things. It is not about the $8, small change, it is just the fact that it happened that makes me LOSE TRUST, SO SAD......

I Just had body work done on my car at Tustin Body Works and Im very pleased. Sandro the customer service manager was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He kept me informed on the repair process. Karen who worked the front desk was also very helpful and pleasant to work with. They made the situation easier to deal with. Thanks so much.

Referred by my friend Aaron who sold them his book of business and Ray took great care of me and my daughter regarding her Audi A4. I see a couple 1 star reviews that are obviously illegitimate but all of the 5 stars appear legitimate. Never judge a book by its cover as they say, got to scan through the reviews to get a true read.

Outstanding body shop. I had my Lexus ISF there couple times with some bumper work.Highly recommend.

Had some repairs done there. No complaints except that the detail job after the repairs was not great. Did not vacuum the car well. Also left some residue on my passenger chairs. Had to clean them myself.

Just went to pick up my camryFound to many details like the painting does no mach with the rest of the car, they left masking tape glue everywhere, dust and some white drops over the seats in the interior, I have to point to Sandro everything and still I havent get my car well doneSo upset...
