I love how transparant the service is here. Getting the car serviced can be a little unsettling, but the team brings peace of mind to getting the car serviced. I like to come in the mornings and it usually takes a quick 10-15 minutes. Theres also a video on the screen to watch the service being done.

BEWARE. My Toyota 4runner was stolen from the mechanic because he gave my keys to somebody who claimed to be the owner. This incident occurred on 2/27/20. Mechanic didnt ask for identification, proof that it was his car, or anything. Let some random person steal my car. Ive obviously filed a report with the Tustin Police and theyve gone to the station looking for answers, but dont trust this place with a grain of salt. There are 12 security cameras - NONE of them work. What type of business are you running guys? Either you are covering up for shady practices or you guys are enabling/commiting the shady acts.Dont get gas here, never get your car serviced here. Unless you want your car stolen, with no CCTV footage. Oh and its been robbed multiple times at gunpoint. For you, and the safety of your vehicle, stay far far away from this place.

The machines don’t work all the time and if you pay with cash you have to get out of your car and pay the attendant.

Stopped at this gas station in a major rush, since i was running dangerously low on gas, the prices are higher than the arco down 1 block and resembles the chevron also 2 blocks away. The area is a bit sketchy, a couple of hours after pumping i drove by and there was 5 police vehicles at the station. Customer service was great.

Most corner gas stations are difficult to get to depending on your inbound path due to double yellows, traffic lights, schools, etc, but for me its really easy to stop in here on my to and from work. Parking to the west is ample with 3 entrances, but open space behind. I personally like their gas and the pumps measuring. They usually let me fill to the brim while other stations stop short. The service here is great. The amenities and items inside are maybe average though. Its not bright or big or super clean like other Valeros and sometimes they have those annoying waterless carwash guys or window crack repair people.

They refuse to fix the credit card readers on the pumps. Been there several times over the past few months and every time ALL of the pumps have a sign saying pay inside
