Shopping Cart left small dimple dent on passenger door. Dent Doc sent someone that day to fix it. It wasnt deep so the paint was not damaged. It took him 20 mins to fix it. You would never know there had been a dent, it was perfect!Nice guy. Got right to work. Pleasant experience.

I had to contact the serviceman, he was like sorry Ive been so busy. Had to reschedule and then was late to appointment. I was very upset at the unprofessional manner of this guy. At one point I was like you can leave instead of receiving services but he was insistent on trying to fix the dents. The one dent he fixed, he scratched the paint. He was unable to fix the other dents and claimed he would note that so someone could follow up. I received one follow up email, informed them what happened and sent them a picture. I never received another correspondence from them until now asking me to write a review. I wouldnt refer my worst enemy to this company.

I live in an smaller area so they had to do some searching to find a contractor to fix the dent. It took a little extra time but they kept me informed about where they were at in the process. Had it not been for the technician that came out to service my vehicle- this review would be a one star based on the scheduling process. I initiated a request through my insurance and it took this company weeks to respond. Once they responded, they said that they wouldn’t be coming to me because of the “gas shortage.” When I explained to the dispatcher that I had been waiting weeks to get this taken care of- her response was accusatory. She claimed that the company called me several times, yet never once left a message? It seemed like the dispatcher (Lisa) was attempting to blame me. Considering this experience with the scheduling process, I was concerned what the repair process would be like. Luckily the technician made up for my previous bad experience. Jordan was on time, friendly, patient and explained everything to me. He also was able to finish my repairs in the exact time estimated. I’m happy with Jordan and thankful that he was able to turn this experience around for me.

I bought dent insurance when i bought my car. Mobile technician came to my place and fix dent on passenger door. He scrached all of my window tint while he fixed. The worst part was that the technician never said sorry on his poor performance. He paid what he damaged but i have to bring my car to dealership and another day had to be spent. Absolutely the worst experience in my life and no value for money.

We had a door crease in our camaro from some inconsiderate person in a parking lot. The Dent Doc craftsman came to our house promptly and was very well equipped. He was very careful and did a fantastic job of making the crease completely disappear. We will definitely use Dent Doc again if needed.

I bought the plan Subaru offered when I leased my Outback that included paintless dent removal and Im glad I did, since it seems to be a magnet to people that dont know how to pull into a parking space straight or open their door without dinging your car. Great Quality, very professional.Hello, as I understand it, Dent Doctor is the insurance policy Ford Motor Company sold me when I purchased my truck, I would not recommend Dent Doctor as they were refusing to cover the estimate from the local company which was recommended by Dent Doctor.I used a local company called IndepenDent PDR. Howard the owner was great to work with and had to get on the phone to speak with Dent Doctor and convince them the damage to the truck was within scope of the contract. Dent Doctor was refusing to cover the damage, but finally agreed to.

It took months to get this set up for the mobile service but when the tech finally came, it was a good job.

I had a mini dent on my car which was barely noticeable unless you really look, they were able to fix it real quick. This was in Indiana though, I think they contract out to whoever is local to you? The people I worked with on the phone that works for dent doc were very nice though!

1-800-Dent-Doc initially set me up with a shop in New Jersey and I live in PA. I won’t mention their name but at the time I was very busy at work and that particular shop did not want to drive out to me even though the selling point was that they do mobile repairs. I was disappointed at first but then some time went by and Dent Doc called me back to see how things were going and offered to set me up with another shop. Good service on the part of Dent Doc and well this dude was awesome! He came out sooner than expected because he was in the area and checked with me first. He did a phenomenal job in a short amount of time! Highly recommend Blake from Dent Tekniks (Philadelphia area).

I had a pretty significant dent on the right fender of my 2017 Subaru Forester. When Dr. Dent was done even the paint showed no evidence that there had been a dent.

Tommy was such a nice person to work with. I recommend him highly and plan to tell my friends about him. I cannot recommend the insurance, however, because we were sold the policy under the pretense that they would fix anything the size of a credit card with no mention of not painting the repair. As if a dent in your car would not need painting. This misnomer signed along with about 100 other papers after hours of purchasing a car. I will warn my friends never to buy this insurance.

It turns out the dent was near the edge where dog leg met the quarter panel, so he could not completely remove it because he couldnt get his tool behind it, but in less than an hour he had 90% of it gone. At first he said he couldnt do it, but when I begged him to try he went ahead. He originally stopped by with his wife on their way to dinner just to see if he could work on it, but pulled his tools out and completed it while his wife waited.I was very happy with his help!
