I havent had a professional wax in probably 10 years and had a gift card for this place. Decided to get my bikini/lower legs/underarms done. I had Kathy ( Cathy? ). She was fantastic. Super friendly and the appointment was only 30 minutes. Would see her again.

Terrible brow wax. Had to pluck when I got home. Top of brows were not waxed at all ☹️

Switched to this location after moving. The waxes take a *lot* longer than my previous location, but my waxer was sweet — and unfortunately, no longer there.Truly, though, the lack of customer care here is what prompted the 1-star. Received a phone call when I was already on my way to my appointment that they were cancelling it. No apology, just “we have to reschedule you.” There was no flexibility to work me in sooner, seeing as they inconvenienced me, with their soonest being over a week away in mid-day. I had to prompt to ask for a wait list, and was given a run around. (FWIW, I think my waxer is gone and someone forgot to check the schedule and move her appointments around proactively, resulting in this last minute “emergency cancellation.”) So: cancelled appointment, no apology, no offer of ANY kind of flexibility or effort to try to make it right, and NO remediation to try to maintain me as a customer. I work in customer service and I know it is hard when “emergencies” come up, but the lack of empathy or attempt to turn the experience around really did it in. I wasn’t blown away enough at this location to feel it is worth the blatant disregard for customer experience and will be driving out of my way to try new locations.

Don’t believe them when they say all their waxers are great. They’re not. Experience counts a lot. It’s the same owners for all OC locations, I will not be giving these people any more of my money.

The service is fast and easy. They make sure your educated on the services and products that you are being provided.

Bought their package for 10 wax sessions, the quickest and most convenient franchise. Love every one of their stores Ive visited! Highly recommend

Just had my 3rd appointment and I am still as satisfied as the first time I walked in. I have been with Brianna and she makes me completely comfortable each time. She is knowledgeable, kind, and great to talk with. For what I am wanting from this type of service, I couldnt be happier! Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this place! If youre looking for a less painful waxing experience or if youre tired of your usual place, European Wax Center in Tustin is your spot. The staff is super nice and friendly. Very helpful when it comes to their products and I couldnt be happier with the result.If its your first time coming to this chain you receive a welcome discount - amazing! And if you come often enough they have a loyalty program which offers discounts. Do some research on this because you can get the lowest prices when you sign up on your first visit.Thank you again for the great service! You have a life-long customer.

I love European Wax Center! They provide great services and their products are fantastic! I saw this particular center a few weeks ago and had my first appointment today. I am a pass holder on multiple services and find it to be very economical. My wafer today was Nadia and she was fantastic - performed her services with expertise and she is so friendly! Will be asking for her again!

Great bed side manner!

90% of my visits here have been excellent. Check-in and check out is always quick and easy. Ive never had to wait any more than 5 minutes for my wax specialist. Each one has her own unique way of making you comfortable for those private place waxes, keeping you occupied with conversation.

Amber was amazing. First time having a Brazilian wax done she made it painless and very comfortable. I highly recommend Amber!

I waxed two weeks before my wedding and bought about $280 worth of cosmetics they sold. I applied the gel and my skin was allergic, inflamed, and pused. A week later, when I asked for a refund on cosmetics, they asked me to go to the hospital and get a medical certificate. I was in a bad mood, so I just gave them cosmetics there.I didnt even get a refund.It was really bad.
