I was just in your store on First Street in Tustin California and was treated like a criminal from the moment I walked in the door. Wish I could give 0 stars.

So yesterday night I went shopping here around 7:30pm and I ask for assistance with this girl name Adela. I asked her can she point me to the direction of Uber gift cards she did and I told her I couldn’t see her, So I asked her to please come over and show me where are they and her response was they are over there. Didn’t give me any direction or didn’t even come from the cash register and help me. I felt really disrespected and not feel welcome here all customer should feel welcome when they go shopping and I didn’t so I will never go shopping there ever again and I advice the manger to check that little girl because she was rude and disrespectful.

If I could rate this store with 0 stars I would. Very poor manager skills shown by the manager. I went in to do some work since I am a merchandiser but some times these so called managers forget we are also customers as well or potential customers but when you get an attitude of the I dont care or snippy attitude one changes their mind about being a customer so I went to a different location and got my ice-cream some where else. If she treats merchandisers this badly I would hate to see how she treats her customers. Very poor.

The ice cream scooper acts like the ice cream came out of his pocket Ive always came here for ice cream but lately this newer guy doesnt know how to give a good scoop.. disappointed! I can buy more ice cream for a $1 els where. 3:00 p.m. is usually the time i go for ice cream not anymore I guess...

I been here lots of times cuz is close to my house, but lately Ive seen this useless girl that dont know what she is doing, today she try to sell me a bottle of protein for $77 when it said was on sale for $22 +50% off!!!She said that it wasnt, and when I show her the yellow tag she said that wasnt there before, insinuating that I put it, she made so mad!!I just walk out, I didnt want to say something I would regret!!!

Quirky place, good as a drug store but also for different items in seasonal departments. BEST ice cream which is sold by the scoop or container

Customer service is not one of their main goals.they had a promotion long time ago. and even that they had the sticker there they said that I put it there, that they didnt had such offer, so stupid.and the pharmacy, oh god, I dont even want to order/pick up my medicine here.they are so rude, treat me like I was begging for food. they are so unprofessional in this department

Toddlers can get flu mist or shot hereMin age is 2 or 3 yearsThe rite aid in tustin says 2 years old is ok.They had to have their 1st flu shot from pediatrician because they get 2 the first time.Blue shield of California PPO is accepted
