We purchased a makeup Slay station from Impressions. The mirror arrived shattered. My boyfriend and i had no idea that there was a certain amount of days that the package needed to be opened before reporting any broken items so we went a few months without opening it due to extremely busy schedules. We contacted Impressions and they told us there was absolutely nothing that we could do. However, Jessica Manno took over our case and after weeks of going back and forth communicating with Jessica explaining our situation. She finally contacted us with the great news that we were getting a complete replacement at no charge, i was in shock and could not be any happier! Thank you for everything Jessica i cannot be anymore thankful. We are still waiting for its arrival hopefully we get a notification soon on the status of our shipment. You were an amazing help to us! We will definitely be purchasing again, thank you!

There was a slight error in the description and Jessica patiently worked with me for days to go beyond what I could ask for to correct the problem. This place is mirror heaven. My best friend has had her Impressions mirror for over a year and I have been so jealous ever since. Every time I go to her house I go without makeup on so I can do it there in front of her mirror! But I caved and I finally went and got my own today and was so happy I decided to go to the physical store! Jessica was able to give me a lot of advice to steer me towards my decision based on my lifestyle and what I was looking for. I ended up with the black, Hollywood glow vanity mirror with frosted bulbs. Cant wait to set it up!

Everything that your woman needs to get dolled up and gussied! Beautiful furniture...online...but after delivery...well that depends on the quality, care, and respect for personal property by the shipping and delivery personnel. Inspect the packages and furniture for damages. Furniture assembly is required but easy if alone and able to lift and hold 75lbs or more for at least 15 seconds while gently putting the weight of each piece in place. Otherwise, two people would be required to safely assemble the furniture. An improvement would be to offer assembly after delivery with packaging takeaway service if the furniture is damage free.
I saw this media on social media, and just had to have it! It turned out to be soooooo much bigger and beautiful in person! It gave me the extra glam I needed to my vanity. Customer Service is quick, and efficient. Ms. J.Munoz was perfect in her customer service. She appreciated my business, and just wanted to help me solve my dilemma. It was so smooth and quick. Definitely doing business with them again. The products rock!
I ordered from Impressions Vanity the first week of January 2021, and it arrived a week later, I was very pleased with how quickly it shipped out to me. Plus I was able to track it the whole time.. I ordered the slaystation pro in black with the glass top and it shipped in two very big heavy boxes so make sure you have help bringing it inside your home. All the wood and screws came very securely packaged and were labeled so that you know which part goes with what. It is EXTREMELY time consuming to put together and the instructions are a bit confusing but with some help from some YouTube videos I got it assembled in about 5 hours. I’m in love with my vanity, it’s great quality, very sturdy and girly and beautiful. I even ordered another vanity in white for my daughter and we had no issues with the company or the item itself.

About 2 months ago my vanity malfunctioned and i could not turn off the vanity lights because the switch had gotten stuck on the ON setting. I was very upset and i contacted impression vanity and explain my issue. Angela R was my customer service rep and she went above and beyond to help me!! I am so happy with the outcome of the situation and i would hands down recommend this company. They are serious, professional, and dedicated to achieve customer satisfaction!! LOVE THEM!!
First off, i posted a review on Etsy and never saw it posted. I would this company a ZERO STAR. Sent me the wrong makeup cabinet. I took the whole thing out of the box. Its 70lbs! I was unable to lift or move it much. The UPS guy was kind enough to drag it into me house. I messaged them and they sent a return label. I packed the 70lb jigsaw puzzle back up and had a friend take it to UPS. When notified that it had been delivered, I sent them a message. They informed me that they were out of stock, unsure when it will be back in and issuing me a refund. All I wanted was the correct one. I could sign up to be notified (I get enough sign up /junk email).Never buying from this company again. Poor press board quality junk. The only good thing was I didnt have to pay for the return shipping, which I shouldnt have anyway!

I ordered my mirror came scratched, the material looked so cheap for the price, it’s not worth it all. The installation we had nothing was working the way it says it took about 6 hours to install???? The WORST customer service I’ve ever had in my life, you can’t call them only via email and they respond after 2 weeks. So stay away and don’t wast your money people😡😡😡
I have yet to receive my items. No one to get a hold of to cancel and still being charged for everything. No phone number available on website. Even emailing support has been M.I.A.... do not and I say do not order from them!
If I could give them zero stars I would! I purchased one of their mirrors from Nordstrom and not only did it come defective, we could not get the battery cover off. We tried multiple times, and decided it would probably need a screwdriver to budge it loose. But rather than breaking it we decided its best just to return it. However, it wasnt just the battery cover that was a problem. The mirror arm came broken; separated which we werent sure whether it was intended that way to be able to wedge the arm into the base. Nope! The arm would not fit into the base; either the base is too small, or the arm is too big, or maybe its that the arm was split? I have included pictures below for anyone planning to purchase this mirror. I have also notified the company via email with photos. Best of luck to you!!
Customer Service went above and beyond for me. I got a brand new replacement when my switch went bad. It was an easy process and Jessica Manno was so pleasant and accommodating. . Warranty was very good.
The drawer organizers were ok... I definitely found a better selection at the container store for a fraction of the price. Aside from this my overall experience with Impressions was absolutely horrible, from purchasing my vanity on December 4th and not receiving it for close to a month and a half later. I was constantly emailing and calling customer service. Needless to say my vanity and mirror came in 3 separate packages, and 5 of the drawer fronts were cracked and I am still waiting on the replacements. To top it all off 2 of the light bulbs do not work one was defected and the other was completely broken. Fast forward to almost 2 months later I have a 5 drawer unit with no drawer fronts, and 2 bulbs that do not work. I was completely lied to during my correspondence with customer service via email as they blamed their shipping company for the delay but when in all actuality I later learned that the item I purchased was out of stock and they blamed it on a glitch in their system after finally getting through to customer service over the phone. Im sad to say that this will be my first and LAST purchase with a company that that seems so reputable. My advice is definitely look for another company they spend so much money on their ads and marketing when really they should be spending more money on their products and customer service. My take on it is that this company is all smoke and mirrors (no pun intended) and I am extremely disappointed and saddened with how much money I spent with a company that truly does not care about their customers. I just upset at the fact that I read all of the reviews after placing my order had I did so I would have NEVER ordered from Impressions. It truly is a shame that they have beautiful products but the companyand Customer service is a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE.
Chose to pick up chair in person in October. So I called the week before saying I would be picking up my chair they said great. I went to pick it up and they said its not at this address (address sent to me by email) they then sent me to a warehouse 2 miles away. That warehouse didnt have my chair either. More than 2 hours of driving and much time wasted to not even get the chair that I bought. Fast forward its now dec and havent been refunded or even contacted.
Staff is beyond rude, they hang up on you. MANAGER Eva is never available so God knows who is under the staff supervision. These type of employees/staff makes Impressions Vanity look like a complete joke and trash. Why offer Diamond warranty if they dont even abide by it. My recommendation save your money and avoid a complete headache. Hoping corporate actually takes customers/consumers feedback. Zero stars, going to BBB.

This company is horrible!!! I placed my order last month I only received 1 item from my order I emailed them following all the instructions given sent them pictures of the only 1 item I received and the person answering my emails said I received both of my items in the boxes. Which is not true I received 1 box with 1 item the only thing is said 2 was the label. I replied to her and she up to this day has not replied back. I sent another email to someone different and up to this day I have not received a reply. I am already very upset with situation that I am just going to open a dispute with my bank since they dont even answer phone calls. It is very sad to see this company have very bad customer service.
I am trying to order a Vanity - their website states it is a bundle - with Mirror. But its confusing and I cant tell if the mirror actually comes with it. Should be simple to get an answer. None of the phone numbers work - Ive left a message on their site twice. NO ANSWER. I cant imagine if there was an issue or something got damaged in transit. I dont know how businesses can do business like this.......UGGGG
Absolute disgrace of a place. Messed up my online order 3 separate times even after I drove down there myself. Horrible distribution set up that packed wrong or missing things. My vanity mirror came in the wrong color the first time then with NO bulbs the next time how’s that? I never make bad reviews but I couldn’t even stand spending so much money and it not be taken care of at all by this company.
I previously gave them 1 star. I could not get ahold of ANYONE for a simple question - no phone number. I was contacted via email and that rep was very responsive. I ended up placing an order for a SLAYSTATION - I love it. Please note - it takes assembly (no joke) but its a really solid piece of furniture. I just placed an order for a chair yesterday. Im giving them 5 stars because I could not modify my 1 star review - so it will balance it out.If anyone from Impressions Vanity reads this, you do need to up your customer service game a bit - its a common theme in your reviews. Your product is very nice, dont let the service be an issue.
I must say I was hesitant on ordering because of the bad reviews.I originally wanted the Slaystation Pro but since it was sold out I settled for the mini Scarlet Slaystation.I ordered in the morning and by the end of the day my order was shipped.I received my order a wk later ( I’m on the east coast)Everything was well package in styrofoam. It took about an hour to assemble & it was everything I wanted.Scarlett is the perfect size, not too big not too small!The only issue that I had was that one of the bulbs didn’t work. I contacted support and María Luisa promptly responded & sent me a replacement.
Exceptional customer service, thanks to Clarissa C.! She is amazing! The furniture quality is above par for the price. It took several tries to get all undamaged pieces, but the third time around, the warehouse did an such amazing job of wrapping (thanks again to Clarissa!) that not even the worst delivery service could have damaged it even if they tried. Hubby is finishing up “his” project now. 😂 I can’t wait to get my cosmetics organized in my new vanity!
I purchased a few mirrors for Christmas Gifts last year - still in great condition!!!!I ordered online and picked up in store (Tustin Location). They have a lot different styles - Im sure you will find what you are looking for. The girl at the front counter was really nice and got my order right away!
The vanity itself (the slaystation pro) was amazing. Even more beautiful in person - my fiancé absolutely loved it. We did see there was a scratch on the glass top and Jessica from customer service helped us get that replaced free of charge. Highly recommend this company due to both their product and their customer service. :)
Horrible customer service. I placed an order for a nearly $700 mirror almost a month and a half ago. After about a week they had me pay another $68 to have it shipped to my home. Weeks had gone by and I hadn’t heard anything about my order. I reached out to the company TWO WEEKS ago just to see where things were at, being that the location of the store is only 30 minutes away. They responded to me just yesterday saying that my item was out of order and no longer available. I asked Adam Hernandez why I wasn’t notified of this sooner, and asked what my options were. He never answered my question and referred me to a more expensive mirror I could purchase. I understand that times are though right now, but to wait this long only to tell me that I can buy a more expensive item? Extremely unprofessional and I’ll be bringing my business and money elsewhere.
The button had broke on my mirror and Jessica Manno relations specialist was able to help me with getting a replacement order. The brand new mirror arrived in the mail then I just had to put the damaged mirror in the box, printed the label and took it to my local ups store and that’s it! She even emailed me once they received the replacement. Impressions vanity is amazing !

I order my desk the 590 something about a month ago never recieve it. I email them and they show no interest in helping me, they avoid my emails now. They have not once answer there phone. Honestly do not waste a dollar here I have to 650 dollar and never got anything. My bank did its best to help me but they refuse to return my money. So as of now I consulted a legal team for help and to guide to get my money back. oh and I did pay insurance.

I think i’ve been more then patient. And nothing i called several times before the phones were down and still nothing I sent an email placed a ticket sent a message thru instagram. They said someone from customer service would call me and nothing. That was over a week a go. I just want a refund. The vanity had missing screws that connected the mirror to the table. They also gave me lower quality light bulbs then the ones I ordered. The vanity took me a person with arthritis 3 days to complete. Two days for each of the drawers and one day for the table top. The directions were so unclear and sometimes wrong. It took around 3 extra hours to complete it just because of the directions being so unclear. The drawers literally had to be kicked/pushed in super hard to even get them in the drawer because the railing would lock it in place. For $1,408 this is unacceptable. I am so disappointed in how long it took to put together. The quality of the vanity is cheap wood that chips when putting it together and pieces have fallen off. My sister ordered a similar vanity from there at the same time as me and her table top was already completely built right out the box, all she had to do was put the drawers in. My table top came in pieces, and I had to spend grueling hours putting it together. My hands hurt so bad after the whole ordeal. This is such a low quality piece of furniture it’s worth maybe $500, definitely not $1,400. It would have been easier to put together something from ikea with directions in latin compared to this. I’m disgusted that this was a waste of my time and money. I also had to buy different screws for the mirror because they didn’t include the right ones.
Do not even waist your money! I have been waiting for over a month to receive any information regarding my order status. I have tried to email them multiple times and all I get is a robot reply. Trying to speak with customer service is a JOKE. Every time I call I am on hold for almost two hours before I eventually give up. I am not exaggerating. There is no estimated wait time or hold music. Just a woman saying, “Please stay on the line while your call is transferred to the operator... Thank you for calling impressions.” Every FIVE seconds. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience. I will NOT be ordering from this company ever again.

Worst customer service ever! They never answered the phones or responded to my emails! I bought a slay station in April and I never received a courtesy call or email that my order was ready for pick up until I was able to reach them in July. The vanity was missing parts and the quality is cheap! I also bought a Royal Petit mirror from them and It doesn’t work when I finally got a response from them the told me to send them a video and told me to just charge the mirror, which I knew wasn’t gonna work! Be careful when you purchase from them! Medina Vanity is way better!

I had ordered a vanity set that wasn’t in stock anymore so they sent me an email & offered me a different one & made everything right which made me happy for the simple fact that i ordered it for my girlfriend! The customer service was more then outstanding Angela was the lady that helped me & she was great she was patient with me she sent me links to the vanity that they were offering she explained everything to me took her time with me never once had an attitude nor got irritated! BE AWARE!!!!! Received wrong item. Emailed, messaged and commented on IG for a month no answer. 2 different phone numbers disconnected then it started working left messages no answer. Requested a UPS return label multiple times - nothing came. It’s been 2 months now and I had to dispute it. This was the worse experience ever. These mirrors are so expensive and for them to send the wrong item or not send it at all and then you have to dispute with banks for months. It’s sickening. PayPal that’s the easiest way to get money back when this “company” decides to ignore their customers.
I LOVE my Slaystation - it is a life changer BUT it seems they have changed their manufacturing. I recently bought one for a client and the top had to be completely assembled and the glass was not as thick as before. We had to pay someone $500 to assemble the top and bottom for us! Since I live near the warehouse, I called Impressions and asked if they had an assembly service they recommend and they did not. That was surprising to me. I love the concept but it takes a VERY long time to assemble and if you cannot do it yourself be prepared to pay someone to do it.
I bought one of their vanity mirrors and it is amazing! When I was moving, one of the bulbs broke because of mishandling and I bought a replacement online. When I received it, it turned out it was WAY bigger than the one I had so I contacted their customer support and they were able to help me order the correct replacement and at no extra cost. Their representative Mariana was amazing!!! she helped me a lot through the process. GREAT service!

My boyfriend ordered me one of their mirrors and typed in our address wrong. They quickly were able to re route it and have it sent to the correct address. So, this company required that we submit any issues within 48 hours. Mind you, building this thing alone, takes 48 hours - worse than IKEA. After discovering a couple parts arrived broken, it took me 3 hours to get in contact with someone. Another 2 weeks to get them to ship out my parts. The phone just rang, and rang, and rang..it took them 2 weeks to send my replacement parts. I bought this thing September 10th, it is now October 7th, and I still have not received my replacement pieces. Meaning, my vanity is in pieces, while I await the necessary parts needed to assemble. Not worth the price. at this price point, I shouldve gone to an Ashleys furniture or another place that will deliver the vanity built.

This is the worst ever to order from. First the mirrors on 2 drawers arrived cracked. So they replaced those. Then I ordered a vanity chair over a month ago and inquired several times as to when it will ship only to find out that weeks ago they knew it was out of stock and didnt bother to contact me and issue a refund. After threatening with a lawsuit my money was finally refunded.Next once we finally put the table together we find out that the glass doesnt fit the tabletop.This has been a horrifying experience.Never will I purchase from this company again.
I have been trying to return a $639.63 Vanity Mirror and this company has not responded to my request for a return label. The company gives you thirty days to return an item, and they aren’t answering their phones or responding to my email request.It is not a reputable company. They have horrible reviews for poor customer service. I have repeatedly emailed them for a Return Label and they will not respond. Do not shop here. I have to file a complaint w BBB and my banking institution.Someone responded to my Instagram DM saying that per their return policy I am entitled to a refund if the item did not arrive damaged, which it did not. Ive had my mirror for about 4 years and I LOVE IT. Definitely an investment well made. About a year I had bought new cool light bulbs for my mirror because I didnt like the warm light bulbs anymore. Recently I had 2 break randomly within 3-4 days apart, I contacted Impressions Vanity and Jessica Manno (client relations specialist) assisted on getting 2 replacements. I freaking love this company and their customer service is on another level! Very pleased with every experience I get with Impressions Vanity.

I order the Hollywood Glow Plus Vanity Mirror, and it’s absolutely perfect. It was exactly as pictured online. The only problem was two of the bulbs weren’t working. I contacted Customer service and within 24 hours I got a response, and was sent a email for replacement bulbs. Thanks Irma P. for your great customer service. Highly recommend if your looking for a beautiful vanity mirror.

I got a vanity mirror from Impressions Vanity about 3 years ago and just recently the light switch stopped working. Luckily they have a great warranty and I was able to send back my old vanity mirror and received a brand new one with a new switch. I ordered the Hollywood Vanity XL 2.0 mirror and it is beautiful! One of the screws in the hardware set came defective so I reached out to customer service. Jessica M. replied to my email promptly and sent me replacement hardware for my mirror! So far I’ve been really enjoying my new mirror!

I emailed the route support team and they emailed me back saying that they filed a claim for me; however, I emailed them to ask if I can get a return label for my shattered mirror and I still have not received anything. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! ITS A SCAM and such an inconvenience!
I ordered 2k worth of product last week. I have tried 6 different times to get a hold of the company via email because the website says that is the only way they are supporting orders right now. Crickets. I have not gotten a reply back to correct a mistake. That is a lot of money on the line to get zero response. I am a first time customer and I would never recommend this company to my team.
Absolutely LOVE my vanity. Its stunning and has the coolest features. Aside from the quality of the products, the customer service is also wonderful. Prompt responses and a sweet staff. Jazmine helped me with anything I needed, in a timely manner!
On July 03, 2020 I placed an order with Impressions Vanity for a SlayStation Mini Table and Vanity Mirror Bundle - Pro Black / Clear LED Globe Bulbs (Cool White) / Hollywood Glow Plus which totaled $789.59 On July 12, 2020 I reached out to Impressions Vanity via their Instagram page for a update on my order on July 13, 2020 I was informed That I would be receiving my tracking info via email shortly which I never did. On July 15,2020 I sent impressions vanity a follow up message on Instagram and received a reply later that day with my 1st UPS tracking number. However upon receiving my First order July 21, 2020 I noticed there was several items missing I sent a email to impressions vanity and attempted to contact them several times utilizing the number provided on their website to no Avail. They do not answer the phone and replied to my email one month later their customer service is horrendous. On July 30, 2020 I contacted impressions vanity via Instagram in regards to the incomplete order and was informed two more boxes were in transit to me after investigating And viewing the UPS website I noticed there was a total of three UPS tracking number however at this time I only received 1 of 3 packages. My 2nd package had a estimated delivery date for August 03, 2020 which arrived and my 3rd package stated “In TransitPlease check back later for scheduled delivery.” time.. On August 03, 2020 I asked for impressions vanity to look into this matter my 3rd package hasn’t updated in over a week which I found odd... impressions vanity have yet to provide an update on my last Tracking order1Z2EY2944234073521 However when I attempted to file a claim on this last tracking # via UPS website I was unable to do so as per UPS they hadn’t received the package and this is why the tracking number haven’t updated in over a week only a shipping label was created. Now that I have inform impressions vanity of my findings they continue to ignore my Instagram messages
Nieces order was not filled as.she purchased. They changed the order to what they had in stock. Offered to go to another store to pick the items my niece ordered would only take minutes to pick up - not guaranteed.
I recently had a wonderful experience with customer service at Impressions. I had one of my mirrors develop a chip in the backing of the mirror somehow and I was hooked up with Cynthia R. who was very understanding and offered a replacement of the mirror right away. Total time from my first contact which was over the weekend to end result was two days. I couldn’t be happier.
Wonderful customer service!!!!! I had bought the Touch Pro LED Makeup Mirror with Bluetooth Audio+Speakerphone & USB Charger and I loved it so i was very sad when the charger port stopped working, BUT!, Impressions Vanity has a wonderful customer service team and their products are so amazing that they come with a warranty, they sent me a BRAND NEW one for FREE!!! The communication with customer service was wonderful, Natalie Goodrich was the agent I was in contact with and she was awesome. Very helpful and friendly. Impressions Vanity is my number one choice. OUTSTANDING!!!
Ive been wanting to buy a vanity for awhile now. Not to sure who or where to buy one from, but I finally decided to go with impressions vanity and let me tell I was beyond satisfied with the whole process thanks to Irma P. I bought the Hollywood Glow Pro mirror but unfortunately 3 bulbs would not turn off with the switch even after switching lightbulbs around. I contacted customer service right away and I got a response in less than 24 hours. Thank you so much Irma for making this whole process easy and painless. If you are looking for a beautiful vanity mirror I highly recommend them. I will be purchasing more items soon.
Wish I could choose no stars!. Worst company ever bought a 600$ mirror when I received and opened it up the light bulb boxes were damaged then I took the mirror out and a big dent right on the corner I keep calling customer service but now reading that they are no longer excepting calls only through email can’t even get a response. Ladies DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I was unsatisfied with the brightness of my new mirror in comparison to my sisters older mirror (the same brand/style). I reached out to customer support and Mariana Alvarez responded to my email within 3 HOURS! Amazing customer quality. They sent me a return label right away and will be sending me a new mirror! Awesome!
I broke a part that was attached to my LED mirror so I contacted them via email and they responded to be right away. She was super helpful and responded to all my emails promptly. Soon I’ll have my replacement part and I’ll be able use my mirror again! ❤️
Love my mirror for 1, what you see is exactly what you get! Amazing quality. Literally the best mirror I ever had to sit in do my makeup in. Customer service is very quick to report to any problem you may experience. My boyfriend accidentally broke the neck that connect to the base part of my mirror, as I wasn’t sure what to do I emailed and Mariana Alvarez was very nice & replied very fast and fixed the problem for me by sending out a new base and neck! I definitely recommend their products and if you ever have a problem like I did, they are very caring for their customers and fix whatever problem you may have.
This company is amazing. I had placed an order for one of there products and after going over my order I saw that I had selected the wrong product. I reached out to the support team and they where fast to respond. Angela R. Was amazing with letting me know she had fixed my order and I would get up dates in 1-2 days. I am very please with how fast the company helped me.
I am missing basically half of my order. This entire experience with my purchase has been terrible. When I first ordered my purchase, I didnt receive an update for a MONTH on whether it was shipping or not. I had tried emailing, calling, DMing them on instagram, literally everything and did not hear anything back. Then I finally received a tracking number update and said it would be delivered in a few days. When I received my packaged I received only part of it??? I was missing the mirror with lights. I thought this was strange and that the rest should be coming... I waited and no other packages arrived. I checked the tracking and it said the mirror was delivered with the other packages. Now I continue to not be able to get ahold of any customer service rep to help me with this issue. Im super upset because I really splurged to buy this item as it is almost $2,000.
I had the pleasure of working with Elaina Vega (a customer service specialist) and she was on top of my email as soon as it was sent out. Her replies were prompt and she provided me with plenty of information pertaining to my order. She handled all of my questions very professionally and was able to give me a rundown on when I was suppose to receive my package before I was even able to check my tracking number! Amazing customer service by far. I had an item ordered for mothers day, and somehow I did not receive it. So I emailed them. Mariana Alvarez responded very promptly. She was very professional, and reassuring that she would get this resolved, and did so. I appreciate that she followed up with me and made sure that I was satisfied with my resolution.
Spent 1400 on a white slaystation tabletop, vanity mirror, 5 drawer unit for my wife... recieved the white tabletop and mirror, but then recieved a BLACK 5 DRAWER UNIT?????? Asked for the right colored product to be shipped out to me and nothing?... been almost 2 weeks and have heard nothing? Ridiculous!!! Do not spend your money here! Its a 50 50 chance something with be wrong or broke. Take your money else where! Horrible customer service. You cant even reach anybody by phone!

First, let me say that their customer support team is first class and amazingly helpful. Well the lady that assisted me in my case, Mariana Alvarez, was anyway. She deserves 10 stars. The products they offer are top notch. The only reason they did not receive a 5 star review is because I had to contact their customer support for a damaged part to begin with. Which, they made right. But in their defense the product did have to be shipped cross country. I would defiantly recommend to a friend.
I love Impressions Vanity!! I ordered the Hollywood Glow XL 2.0 Vanity Mirror, and the dimmable switch on the side of the mirror did not work after some use. I contacted them and was able to receive a new mirror in less than two weeks!! Their customer service team (Alyson) was amazing at assisting me

Buyer Beware! This had to be some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered a vanity stool for my mother in February only to have the wrong one delivered- no problem.We sent it back and requested the correct one, but it never came. I filed a claim - but never heard back from the company. Weeks later (mid March) I call them to follow-up and I get a sassy phone representative who was lass than helpful.Why was I never notified of a denied claim and why did it take me calling more than four times to get a refund? Had i not called on the claim i filed, a refund would not have been issued.I dont know anything about vanity stools - but this place is a joke when it comes to being responsive, courteous, and even ethical.Dont waste your time or money.
I purchased the SLAYSTATION PRO 2.0 BUNDLE, I was so scared, and was second-guessing to get it because of the price. After Miss. Priscilla R. customer service, and was how fabulous she was I change my mind instantly. She was so patient with me, she was so nice, she answered all my questions with detail, she was friendly. I wasn’t really sure if I wanted to go through with the order because you guys know the price is crazy, but because of her and her skill and help I decided to go ahead, instead of waiting three months. Can’t wait to play with my new goodies, I’m too excited
Awful experience, customer service is the worst.. got my mirror and was broken during shipping, purchased shipping insurance and have not gotten any help or response from neither one... will never buy anything from this website again !! Do not recommend purchasing anything to anyone
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Their drawers are made of the cheapest material and are BEYOND OVERPRICED!! I am surprised I have not seen any negative reviews at this point. I would suggest buying your drawers from a good quality furniture store and attaching crystal knobs for the extra glam! Otherwise this set won’t last and is definitely not worth the pretty penny they charge. Also, the assembly of these drawers is a major hassle and you will more than likely need assistance.
Ordered black sparkle vanity case for a Christmas gift. Contacted by company on 1/3 and told that black sparkle was out of stock but champagne gold available. Responded that change would be okay on 1/5. No acknowledgement from company. Resent response on 1/12--still no acknowledgement. Called on 1/24 and left message asking for update. Received email offering me the silver case because NOW the champagne gold is ALSO out of stock. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Now asking for refund--well see how long it takes for them to respond to that request! If I could give them no stars I would...
My review is based on the marketing/customer service and NOT their products. I received what they called it an exclusive 10% off discount code offer (sounds very special huh?) but when I went to shop for a vanity bundle (almost $1300), it didnt work and apparently when my gf chatted with them online, they said, nope, we cant honor the discount code we sent you because we have a sale - then why in the world would you send it to someone--- I guess, just to say you cannot honor it??!!! I planned to buy the vanity for her but now have to shop somewhere else.
I bought an Impressions Vanity LED make up mirror that was $119.00 in Feb. of 2019. About a week ago it stopped working. Luckily I had receipts and began working with Sophie from Vanity Impressions Co. to resolve my problem. Sophie answered every single question I had and replied to my emails within the same day that I sent them! I have returned my mirror (bought a different one from the same company that I’m very happy with) and Sophie is overseeing the refund of my original mirror herself. This is why I bought another mirror from the same company. Sophie was fantastic in customer service making sure that I was satisfied with the outcome of my situation. I do recommend Impressions Vanity Co!
I had the most pleasant experience with Jessica Manno of impressions Vanity company, my mirror was damaged they are sending me a new one, they helped through the process, you have no idea how appreciative I am for no hassle. I ordered the vanity for my wife and it showed up shattered. She contacted support and spoke with Alyson who was more than happy to help get it resolved. After a couple of pictures being sent, we received a new email confirmation for the new mirror. We havent received it yet but Alyson was great at helping the process get started! Thanks again!!
I will never order from this place AGAIN !!! I order a Vanity Mirror for my Suite ( Clients) .... They took my money out my account .. No confirmation nor email.. Their customer services is bad ... Don’t even bother trying to call .... I just think it’s a business number but no representative.. It’s horrible I suppose to have launch date and I have to postpone... I’m very upset ... I spend my hard earned money ...
