Easy very happy I could make transaction without going in store. Sadly when store was open it may be nearly empty but customers and employees did not respect the 6feet minimum. Was very happy to see outdoor set up n employee stayed distance too many do not. U can hear just fine 6 feet away or more =)

Shopping at Sephora’s are always a hit or miss for me. I either feel like I get followed around or like I can’t get help to save my life. But I stopped by this Sephora to look at the fragrances and Angel and Aisley were both so helpful. The talked to me about the fragrance I currently have and why I wanted something new... then helped me pick out something perfect and assisted in finding some other products as well. All the other staff members I chatted with were very kind as well! Even though it’s further from my house, this will definitely be my go to Sephora from now on!

My only reason for visiting this store was to complete a postmate order. I gotta give them a 5 star review because they greeted me very warmly when i walked in and a girl practically took me by the hand and helped me get exactly the things i came to get. She then directed me to the cashier where more nice and friendly people were there to help. Overall a very pleasant experience.

My daughter and I were approached by at least 4 sales consultants during a visit at this location on a Friday evening. One of them was great at helping us select exactly what we came for. Another employee, however, in her attempt to promote a skincare line, was somewhat suggesting that my skin didnt look so good. She even sent us home with free samples, which I really didnt need because I am committed to a product line Sephora doesnt carry. I bet its hard to be tactful in this position. Maybe you guys can talk about ways to do it better in your training meetings so people wont walk out of your store self-conscious on a Friday night.

Worst customer service and worst management. Such an unprofessional management managing this store. There is 30 people outside on line but they don’t separate the returns and purchases. Everyone must stay in the same line. What kind of logic is this? Seriously worst service ever. Routhie the manager does not know how to manage whatsoever. Sorry for this store

I love coming to this location. It is so close to my house, and beats driving to South Coast or the Irvine spectrum. Parking is always easy and the staff is friendly and professional. I came in on Saturday to get my makeup done. Definitely recommend Analuisa! I can’t do eyeshadow or put lashes on for the life of me, so I make appointments for special events. I was happy with how beautiful my makeup looked and I’ve been wanting a dark brown liquid lipstick. Can’t wait to wear this color all fall. I will be back when I need new items.

I was very pleased with this Sephora - the vibe was very welcoming and helpful, plus they were well stocked. I would definitely go here over the South Coast Plaza one, as I appreciated that the associates here were knowledgeable and enthusiastic (rather than making me feel as though I was imposing on them when I needed help).

Everyone was very welcoming & helpful! I dont live in this area but I was in the area, I forgot to ask the girls name who helped me, but her eyelash extensions were beautiful & she was very helpful & patient, I took quite a bit of her time & she was very honest about all the brands I asked about 👌🏻👌🏻

Didnt get much help on the sales floor, no one asked me if I was looking for anything, so I just wandered around until I found what I needed. The cashier was friendly... this is the Sephora closest to my place. Its in a big shopping center, so there is always parking available.

I prefer Sephora over Ulta because I can always ask staff for recommendations and they will show me more than one product line. I also love that they will give you little samples so you can try out some products if youre just not sure yet.At this location, everyone has always been friendly and helpful, even hunting down another associate who is an expert in whatever I have a question about.

Im reviewing this place after taking numerous trips to this location. After the countless visits to this store I can honestly say that this location has the WORST customer service and without a doubt is DISCRIMINATORY towards people of color like myself.Let me start by saying that Im a Rouge member, which means that I spend more than the average consumer. The service that Ive received has been less than stellar, especially from management. There have been times where Ive been straight up ignored or not even acknowledged. Other times where I politely ask for something, and a cast member will instead show me a different product from the one I had asked about. Ive also been ignored when I ask for help, and instead a cast member will go to someone else who is wearing an expensive handbag. Other times I get followed around the store, because they think I might be stealing. Ill get stared at from across the store. Its an uncomfortable feeling, and it makes me feel awful everytime it happens.I believed at first that maybe it was just me. So, I changed my appearance. I dressed up in expensive clothes, fixed my hair for a couple of my trips, and dressed up humbly for other trips. I was treated with respect and kindness when I dressed nicely. Sales associates flocked to help me. They saw the jewelry/handbag I was wearing and probably thought I was finally worthy of their time.When I walked into this store wearing workout clothes, I was followed around the store. I was watched with a close eye, because they thought I was going to steal. Sales associates insisted that I use a basket to carry my items when all I was carrying was a small lipstick, and sephora concealer. I couldnt swatch anything without someone keeping a close eye on me. When I went to checkout the cast member didnt acknowledge that I was a Rouge member even after scanning my phone. She immediately assumed that I wasnt a member at all and was charging me full price, knowing that their was aeRouge sale. I asked her about when that sale started. She looked at me as if this information wouldnt matter to me, and she feigned to forget when it was. I asked about the VIB sale and somehow she could magically remember those dates instantly. I told her I was a Rouge member and had to show her my Sephora app to prove that I wasnt lying to get my discount. She rolled her eyes, and finally gave me my discount.I think Im done with this store location. I hate being treated like Im a criminal. I hate feeling like Im not worthy of help. Im done with this location, and will take my business to Ulta from now on.

Love going to Sephora at Tustin Ranch... Its one of my favorite Sephora stores to shop at!! All the girls are sweet and helpful.... But my favorite is Justine!!! Shes always going out of her way to find me the best products and shes alot of help... The products she ends up recommending to me.... Never fails they always turn into my favorites ....she will even go out of her way to see what stores carrys certain products if she doesnt have them in her location...Also she does a fabulous job on her perks... Shes pretty much the reason why this location is my favorite... She does an awesome job and has an awesome personality! I look foward going back every single time!!!❤ All sephora stores should have Justine working in them!!!😃

Shocked at how rude the employees are here...no one was helpful and the girl at the checkout seemed very bored and actually rolled her eyes at my face when she asked me if I had an insider account and I said no...who even does that?! Unfortunately most employees at the Sephora’s I’ve been to tend to be rude for some reason. They need to conduct better job interviews

I like this Sephora since its only about 5 minutes from my place. Otherwise, for high end brands like SK-II and other selections, I prefer going to the South Coast Plaza location off of Bristol st. The South Coast Plaza location also has better makeup artists and a larger selection of gift sets. This Sephora is smaller but has the basic essentials. I also get the occasional makeover here as well. Weekends get packed so schedule a makeover in advance!Since this location is smaller, it is usually less busy. Last weekend for the VIB rouge 20% off sale, I got most of my items at the South Coast Plaza Sephora. Then I came to this tustin location with my husband to get some last minute items. I like to go to both locations as the selections are different. As for makeup classes, this location does not have any as of yet, so I recommend going to the South Coast Plaza location instead. Overall, a decent store for last minute items and sometimes has what Im looking for.

Went into the Sephora for the second time. The first time I went in I waited for 20 minutes for somebody to help me. When I did I asked for a color match the girl literally took all my foundation off and proceeded to put on what she thought was best. I told her I didn’t have time I had to go back to work she ignored me despite this and when I had made purchases that I needed and left. I thought I’d give them a second try . So I went back again and was literally the second person to walking to the store. I asked one of the sales persons if she can color match me. She said yes just give me a moment she proceeded to go to another woman at ask her what she needed and helped her and never came to see what I needed. The manager asked me if I needed something explain the situation to her she said I’ll send someone right over. Again All I did was wait! They were sales people on the floor doing nothing but nobody came over to help me even after hearing the manager say I needed help. I don’t know when Sephora got so bad with their customer service whether it’s Irvine, Costa Mesa or Brea all the sales people tend to be so rude. I’m never one to call the race card but boy being Hispanic sure makes me feel this way in Sephora.I went to Ulta got excellent service dropped $500 Sephora just lost my business.

This Sephora is brand new so its very large and clean. Ive been in a couple times and no one ever asks me if I need any help. I always seek help. I asked the greeter if they had a Fenty Beauty item and she said let me check and she didnt come back after 10 minutes then when she did come back she went back to her post and ignored me. I asked so did you not have it? and she said oh, no. Brand new Sephora but unfortunately subpar service as always.

So meh. I was ecstatic that there was a Sephora opening nearby that would save me fighting the traffic and lines at South Coast Plaza. But, alas...this doesnt actually save me driving anywhere. Its a very small Sephora which does not seem to receive any of the new launches. Each time I go in I ask to be pointed to a specific item, and each time Im told they dont carry it and I have to go to South Coast. Its fine for your super basics (although call in advance, as even some of those are missing or have limited selection - tried to grab my standard Tarte blush and found they dont stock it here), but Ill have to keep ordering the new stuff online. If you are a makeup junkie, this is not your store.

Went in here with my girlfriend and we waited for 15min in line with one poor girl as the only one working cash register. Meanwhile the manager was not called just once, but twice, and all she did was tell the one girl working the cash register to make sure she also answered the phones. There were about 5 other workers wandering this small Sephora location that could have jumped on to help get the line down. Two customers behind us ended up leaving their would be purchases on an endcap and just left the store. Bad store management. 100% With this being a new store you would think corporate would want to train some common sense into their store managers. Very disappointing and a waste of the customers time. Your better off going to another Sephora location at South Coast Plaza than deal with these slackers.
